Spent approximately $3,on a sectional couch made with inferior materials & poor craftsmanship Repairs neededGot horrible customer service
My mother and I purchased a leather sectional couch When it was first delivered, it didn't look anything like the display The pieces were not uniformly sized Also, it was apparent the chase had been used, as it had a huge divot It took attempts, but the store eventually delivered a satisfactory chase Shortly there after, the back of the manual recliner had broken off from my mother barely leaning on it When she called to have the piece replaced, they argued with her and said it would cost her $even though it was basically brand new When the repairman finally made it out to look at the manual recliner, he said the wood was rotten, and that is what caused the damage He ordered parts to repair it It took months for the back of the recliner to come in and when he went to repair it, the repairman realized they ha

Queen bed with mattress purchased and broke 3mo later.I cannot get it repaired by anyone.I get no call backs from Mgrs
The queen size sleigh bed and mattress was purchased on 02/22/for $ Approx 3-mo later I called them as we were in bed something broke underneath.I called Morris and they said they would send someone out from Saw Inc to fix it.They came out and said oh we need parts.Also showed me screws and other parts laying on floor under bed along with a wrench.The parts were ordered from China.I cannot remember how many times I called Morris and Saw about the broken bed.I was told oh parts coming from China.Finally almost yr later and prob calls parts were in.Man came out to fix it from Saw he said the pieces that fell off the bed did not belong to the bed they were on.I was flabbergasted.No wonder the mattress was sagging so bad.He left .So now what do I do????????I called to talk to *** and left him THREE messages and noreturn call.This is custome

I purchased a product from this company (king size bed)on February 18, They charged my credit card on this day, and promised delivery of the product on April 21, They are now changing the delivery date until May 7th and will not guarantee delivery on that date because they have officially been out of stock on the item since January They have continued to sell the product and collect consumers money knowing they do not have the productThe management at the store is very matter of fact in that she can't deliver what she doesn't have and could care less that customers have designed and purchased other products around items she is selling and can,t deliverIt's very deceptive and unethicalThey are offering a refund but since they have had my money for months, I feel I am due more than that Plus I now how to find a new bed after two months of waiting These businesses should have to take ownership but they just send you from one corporate department to another

I purchased a sectional sofa form Morris home furnishingsIt was delivered on 12/10/When it arrived it did not have the feet for itI agreed to accept the couch and the delivery rive contact his supervisor who told him they would order the feet and send a technician to install them by 12/13/No one contacted me by the 12/so I called themI was told by the representative on the phone she didn't see any order for the feet.She told me she placed an order for them and I would be contacted and a technician would come and install themI waited ,again, and never was contactedI called again on 12/22/and the representative told me she didn't see an order for the feetShe then told me she would talk to someone in the parts department and would call me back to let me know when the would have the feetNo one calledI tried to call again on 12/23/and no one answered left a message

On January, a technician came to my house because I put in work order for my armless love seat The loveseat has spring issues which also caused the cores to become flattened I've had this couch for less than on year and it's still under warranty The technician said he would let Morris Home Furniture know so they can put the order in for the parts and should be delivered within 5-business days
