I had ordered two pieces of furniture in June One I had to put half down (special order) on I paid for completely I had to return the paid item as the delivery guy would not authorize the install as he thought the item would not fit I asked to remove the box and wrap and he didn't feel comfortable so he declined I was fine with that and informed my sales rep *** of this and she was rude Not just to myself but to my wife as well Very condescending She would talk down to us
Well my special order came in and it seemed that there was a discrepancy with the price I had owed Since I had already paid half I though I would only owe the other half *** call on Thursday 28th of September I was out of the country and could not return her call unit Monday the 2nd When I called her back and questioned the amount owed she threatened me that she would pull the paperwork if the item was not paid for in advance I asked to speak to the GM (***) and *** indicated he would

I have had the worst experience with this store and this companyWe ordered furniture in the 23rd of November with a delivery date of 08decI received the email stating my furniture would be delivered on that day as wellI got a phone call the day before saying only one of the pieces I ordered would be delivered and we set up a delivery date for the 2nd piece for 21decThe 8th came and went with no delivery at all ! I called the store at the end of my delivery window and no one could seem to help all day long ! I called timesAnd no one even apologized ! I had gotten rid of my furniture the night before and was hosting a holiday gathering with patio furniture since my new furniture did not show upFinally at the end of the day someone called me back and said the computer had miscalculated inventoryThe fellow I talked to told me that they absolutely would be taking the delivery charge off of my billI was promised free delivery when I ordered my furnitureI am so unhappy at this point but agree to reschedule my delivery date for 19decfor the sofa and keep my delivery date for the 2nd piece on the 21st
We sit on patio furniture for days
My husband takes a half day on the 19decto accommodate the delivery window we are givenHurray ! I get an email that says both pieces are in and will be delivered ! Amazing ! I am tracking the delivery and it gets to our home BEFORE the delivery window and I have to have a neighbor break into my house, because who knows when this furniture would ever actually show up againGuess what ? We purchased a three piece leather motion living room set with a delivery date (there is no sales date on our invoice) of August 14, (order number ***The total for these three pieces was $4,which was paid by credit card*** *** was our sales rep There were two repair calls in the beginning in which Morris Furniture sent out a company to look at our furniture in which the first one was to see that the sofa appeared to be leaning on one side They took a quick look and said it wasn't I also noticed the color coming off the seating area on the same sofa and the chair I had to call for a separate service call for that for which they came out and the repairman recolored the areas but he told me that it was defective due to the coloring not adhering to the material After which the recoloring came off and contin

We purchased a sectional couch from Morris Furniture on 12/29/ We filed a complaint within the year warranty period and continue to fight

I am rejecting this response because: Prior to the foundation repair, two staff members of Centex walked through my house upon request There was no leak or any water out around the house I showed them, the location of pipes around the house After the foundation repair, I received notification from your staff members that one of my pipes was broken by Centex, that I should pay for it, and my family and I went without hot water for weeks I've just received another message on my answering machine, from a staff member that Centex's warranty is not going to be honored if any problem occurs to the house requiring Centex to come out to do another repair I am not satisfied with this deceptive practice in business I have paid $4,to reroute the plumbing system that Centex broke during work I paid more than half down payment prior to the foundation repair, a total of $4, I am continuing to pay Centex $monthly as an in house deal and will pay in full soon Yet, I have only received reports of pipe and lines that were broken I need to be reimbursed for the money spent on repairing the pipe and for the trouble my family and I are going through

I purchased a large sectional on 2/26/2017, costing over $On this date the sales rep said that the earliest we could PICK UP our purchase at the Florence, KY location would be on 3/15/And we could deal with that so we went ahead and made arrangements for this to happen and counted down the days until we will have a couch!
