We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. We inspected the installed flooring on September 6th, and repairs are scheduled for this Saturday, September 10th.

customer via telephone and email to advise that we will honor the requested
discount. We appreciate the customer’s feedback and look forward to amicably
resolving this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:  The sample provided to replace my original order was NOT COMPARABLE to the Alpine Chapel sample that I originally ordered.  I did receive my $150 deposit refund but this cannot compare to the amount of aggravation and irritation that I had to endure by dealing with an incompetent company such as Empire Today!  Thank you to the Revdex.com for your help in getting my deposit back.

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. Replacement was completed on October 8th with Vinyl Plank flooring at no additional cost to the customer. We thank the customer for taking the time to provide feedback on their order.

We regret the delays in
completing the installation. For customer satisfaction, we are offering
 the customer a refund of the stair portion of the order with a signed
agreement. We look forward to hearing back from the customer and amicably
resolving this matter.

We appreciate the customer contacting us regarding their concerns. The inspection results have revealed an area of the installation the must be repaired under the installation warranty. We have spoken with the customer and agreed to repair the luxury vinyl plank under the installation warranty at no cost to the customer. The material has been ordered.  The repair will be scheduled at the customer's convenience once material has been received. We appreciate the customer’s feedback and look forward to amicably resolving this matter.

this job has yet to be completed as promised to start on Sept 29th then again on Oct 1st and yet again on Oct 12th no one has shown up to lay my new product sitting in my living room oh my three weeks of dealing with sub floor this is just wrong and now I'm being told this is my fault by Jim the installation manager so rude
