directly by Mudderella LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Mudderella continues to state that NO refund is due; they state it doesn't matter how many times they change the venue, date, or time of the event, once a person has registered, NO refunds are due.  This doesn't make any sense at all; it's obviously a scam.  Who would register for something blindly, not caring when the date, time, or venue of the event would be?

My bank issued me a refund of the costs I had paid to Mudderella. Mudderella has refused any other contact with me.
