Paid via my debit card.The original flight tickets for three was approximately $800:However,was overcharged by $1000-totally $1804.My flight search contacted me via email to refund me by February 27th and no later later than March 4,2020.I have emailed/called/left messages with no reply or being put "on hold " to only have the phone "hung up "after asking me to "hold ."I have contacted my bank with a dispute claim as well and orders a new debit card due to fear of this company.

Desired Outcome

All I want is my refund for overcharging and services not rendered .

This is not TRUE.The only transaction for February 2020 was the $1083.56 withdrawn from my account.I have all of my documents from my bank to prove "no chargeback /credit of &1803.56 back to my account.at all."I have my bank statement and complaint via *** was forwarded to Revdex.com with my initial complaint.I can forward my bank statement from February 2020 to present to prove this false statement via Flight Search.
I have called several times-to be disconnected and sent several emails with no response at all until through Revdex.com and Flight Search is still lying.I wouldn't waste my time lying about recieving my refund.This is ALOT of money and it's frustrating and hurtful to keep having to know this company is doing this.I appreciate Revdex.com for all of your assistance in this urgent matter.

Myflightseearch misrepresented themselves, indicating they were ***. They also lied about charges and refunds.
On March 3rd, 2020, I called a phone number I believed to be *** customer support due to the positioning of the ad on ***. I was looking to cancel a flight and did so through Myflightsearch as I was under the impression that I was speaking directly to ***. I believed this because I was told explicitly that I was speaking to *** support and not a third party. I was also told that my entire flight cost would be refunded to me and that the cancellation fee of $250 would be usable as a credit on my next flight. After completing the transaction, I realized I had been scammed and called ***. They confirmed that somebody had in fact cancelled my flight, but that I would not be refunded, and the $250 fee was not a usable credit, but rather a scam and that I would not have been charged any cancellation fee had I actually been speaking with a real *** agent. Calls back to the person I spoke with resulted in no refunds, only further claims that they were in fact *** Customer Support and that I would receive my refund in ~15 days.

Desired Outcome

I am confident that my bank will refund the charges as I have fraud protection, but I believe what occurred was criminal in nature due to the blatant misrepresentation and lies that led to me being charged $250. My hope is that the Revdex.com would be able to take further action to ensure this scam is shut down.

Booked at flight, got conf email, went to airport and airline had no record of my purchase. Called they said we were refunded but never got my money
On 2/23/2020 I purchased a flight from *** for $140. Received a confirmation of booking email . Got to *** airlines on the day of my flight, 3/4/2020 and they had no record of my purchase. My bank was charged already. I had to purchase an other ticket because it was imperative that my brother, who I bought the ticket for made it to ***. I called to find out what happen and to make sure he had his ticket back home still. They didnt give me an option to keep my ticket. Claimed they refunded my money because it was a non operational flight, but the flight number is the same flight number we bought the new ticket for. When I made that clear to him, he said the flight back was non operational and dismissed me with "you will find your money refunded in 24 to 48 hours)

I booked a flight two weeks ago. I received an email saying that it had been canceled but I never received a refund. I keep calling but no answer.
I purchased a ticket for a flight to be with my family. I found it strange that I did not receive a confirmation email or a receipt. I later received an email stating that address information did not match the card. This is the only address I have ever registered with the card I used. I have repeatedly called the company and keep getting sent to voice mail. I have yet to get my money back or receive a call back.

Purchased flight, one (1) day before the departure date, received an email stating my reservation was cancelled without explanation.
Purchased round trip airfare on 2/22/2020 from *** - Confirmation #. Payment of $250.64 was debited from my bank account (***) on 2/22/2020. The confirmation email stated I should receive the e-Ticket in a separate email. The flight was scheduled for departure on 3/1/2020. On 2/29/2020 I received an email from *** stating my flight was cancelled with no explanation. I called MyFlightSearch.com customer service and they did no have an explanation and that my money would be refunded. I called *** Airlines and they stated MyFlightSearch never forwarded the funds to *** to confirm the reservation. Called MyFlightSearch back again and was told they had a technical issue and could not send the payment. I never received an email with status stating there was an issue and that the ticket probably would not be issued. I complained further, asked to speak to a supervisor, was told there was no supervisor on duty. Was transferred to reservations, no one could say why I was not notified. If the company had a valid partnership with ***, MyFlightSearch should have contacted *** to state they were having technical issues transmitting the money. After talking to reservations without any resolution or additional information, I was transferred to customer service again. Customer service told me the reason the reservation was cancelled was that the cost of the flight went up. Again, I was not notified that there was a price increase and afforded the opportunity to decide if I wanted to pay the additional money. I was told on numerous times, my money would be refunded. To date, the money has not been refunded. This company did not deliver on its commitment to provide an airline ticket as advertised.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund for the cost of the ticket. I am seeking consequential damages of $1,000. I would like to have the company removed from the internet search engine.

I am missing a refund of 817 USD since Oct 2019.. they keep saying I'll receive a check in the mail. An I have not.
I paid for 2 tickets on October 21st 2019 to go from *** round flight. They took the amount needed. Then cancelled an refunded. Then took 817.44 USD without giving me my refund. Everytime we call they hang up, or they tell me a date on when I should get a "check in the mail" I have yet to get money back.

All I want is my 817.44 USD back an at this point some compensation for the hassle!

The company has ripped me off of an airline ticket in which they have said they are going to issue me a refund. I have been waiting since December 24
I received confirmation from a customer service agent the night before my flight that my trip was good to go the following morning. When I showed up to the airport the morning of my flight the airline said the the ticket had somehow been cancelled.
I called the customer service agent back from myflightsearch.com and he said there is nothing he could do because they were'nt open yet- and wouldn't be for anoter 6 hours. I had to re-purchase a flight ($770 now, my original ticket was $339). I called over the next few days to see about getting a refund and was very cordial on the phone with everyone I spoke- but was disconnected while on hold 5 times! I asked for a supervisor and was told I cannot speak with a manager, I must email the customer service email.
When I finally got a hold of anyone in charge, he said they would issue me a refund for $339. I have been waiting since Dec 24th 2019. They keep saying "Your refund will be processed and please wait for some time". They've said this 4 times

i would like an official investigation into this business, I am not the only one who has had this same problem and they do not seem legit. I am also expecting my refund

I ordered two plane tickets to *** and by the next morning, I got an email that said I cancelled it, which I didn't, and want a refund.
I ordered two plane tickets from this company last night, 3/1/2020, and got a confirmation number (***), saying my e-ticket would be sent. My this morning, I got an email that said I had cancelled the reservation and it would take 14-17 days to get a refund, by March 26th-April 1st. I did not cancel this reservation and they have my debit information (which I did cancel)! Help! I'm at a loss about this scam!

Booked a flight in the name *** on line Feb 4/20, confirmation number ***. Cost quoted at $560 US. No ticket issued. $2560 US; converts to $3496 *** charged to *** credit card, which has now been cancelled.Numerous emails regarding a refund. There are copies of all. No refund in sight. There are no additional identifiers, names or employee numbers etc; only two phone numbers.

The amount charged on the credit card of $2560.46 US was reversed (or credited back) to the card on March 7/20. I'm not sure if the company provided a refund or if my bank cleared it, due to my complaint of fraud made to them. Regardless, the situation has been resolved and I'd like to thank you for your time in this matter.

On Feb 15th, 2020 I booked a flight with booking # ***. Today, Feb. 27th, I received a refund for a flight that is tomorrow!
This company has had my money for 12 days! They send a refund the day before the flight? A lot of people were counting on this flight! We have taken time off from work rescheduled appointments etc. No explanation or anything. This is a VERY BAD business practice.

I would at the very least like to receive an explanation as to why they waited until the day before the flight to let me know why they are not going to honor this. I have tried to call them several times today. Just a message to leave name and number. No one has contacted me.

Bait and switch scam
I was trying to book a flight this past Friday, and was comparing prices on various airlines. I had typed in *** and was looking at their flights for the dates I had put in for. There was an extremely good price for round trip listed for 220.87. I booked it. I do not know how it happened, and until I had finalized my purchase, I was not aware that my booking had been overtaken by "my flight search.com", and I had in fact inadvertently booked through them with ***. Also, my flight dates had changed. As the dates, while not best for the flight, were ok, so I accepted them, and as the price was the price I had decided on, I thought it would be ok. I have never used a booking agency before to book a flight, and doubt I ever will again. The price was immediately charged to my card, I know, because I checked. I got a ref number for my transaction per email which also stated I would receive the ticket shortly after payment was confirmed. Twenty four hours later still no ticket, so I called them. I was told their computers had crashed and they would need another 24 to 48 hours. I called the next day (24 hours), and was told the "booking team" was gone for the weekend, but the person on the phone said my ticket had been emailed. I told her I had not received it, and she promised I would receive it by 7:30 am the next morning-which was Monday. Monday morning came and went with no ticket. I called again, but was routed to voice mail, and I kept calling with the same outcome. I looked the up online, and tried another number which was answered. The lady who answered told me there had been a glitch, and I would receive my ticket within 24 hours. I told her this was unacceptable. She then asked me to give them 4 or 5 More hours. I refused, telling her I needed my ticket immediately. After all, if they could bill my credit card immediately they should be able to issue a ticket at some point between Friday afternoon and The following Monday afternoon . At this point the lady admitted there had never been a flight for that amount, and then said she would start refund procedures which would take anywhere form 7 days to 2 billing cycles to complete. Then she suggested I also allow her to book another, more costly flight which would also be charged to my credit card. I told her NO and asked to speak to her supervisor. I lost connection at that point, but a supervisor called back to say she had cancelled my booking, but a refund would take some time. I received email confirmation that their was no flight, and my booking had been cancelled. No mention of a refund. I have called my credit card company and started a dispute of the charges. I have no idea how that will turn out, I trust no one these days, and I'm not sure if the Revdex.com can help or not. I do want to get the word out about this so called booking agency (or scam agency). I am unhappy that they were somehow able to take over my initial transaction (when I thought I was dealing with ***), and all the wasted time calling, when all they wanted to do was sell me another (probably bogus ticket) and charge my card again. Not to mention the ticket was for my son to come visit while on vacation , and with their delays-that ship has passed with no time to book a ticket through reputable ways. These people have done this again and again according to reviews I have read. They need to be put out of business!

My credit card people will hopefully get my card credited back, but I will have to wait up to 2 mo this for their final resolution. If you can do it faster-more power to you, and thank you. More than anything, I want others warned, and this place just doesn't need to exist. From what I have read they have scammed others out of far more, and one person posted they have a Revdex.com insignia posted on their sight, but when clicked on it goes no where.

Scamming people out of their money.
My wife bought a flight for my brother from CA to NC they sent a confirmation email. We called the actual airline to make sure the flight was good to go, they said there was a reservation number but the tickets were never purchased. Even though "MyFlightSearch" had already taken our money. We then called the websites customer service, they kept assuring us that we would get an email and it would all be ok. We continued to call customer service again and again with nothing being done to fix the problem. Then one of the times I called they said that there was an issue because we used a 3rd party credit card. Then tried to tell me that the flight was never booked at the original amount, even thought we already payed, and now the flight cost has gone up and we would have to pay more to get the tickets. But right after that my wife called again and talked to another person that said they fixed the problem and we would get an email. Then another person told me that I'd be getting my money back in 5-7 business days. But it's all a lie just to string you along and not actually get you the flights.

I want a refund because the flight is for tomorrow and there is no way they will get me tickets by then since they are a fake company.

Service was involuntarily cancelled promised a refund that has yet to be recieved after 11 days
On Feb. 5/20 my husband booked a return flight for Friday Feb 14 returning on Monday Feb 17 as a gift for me to go visit my daughter, from ***. Booking Ref # ***. My flight was scheduled to leave at 10:00 am Feb 14/20 and when I arrived at the airport on Feb 14/20 at 8:50am I was told by the staff member that there was no information for me. She said that my name was there and a # but the page was blank, she then advised me to call the company my ticket had been booked through. I immediately called the # on my email that was received on Feb 5/20 stating that the flight had been booked, to only be put on hold. AT 9:45 am when a person finally answered my call I was told that my return flight from *** to *** was not confirmed by the airline so My Flight cancelled the whole itinerary without any notification to my husband or myself. When I inquired about what they were going to do I was told I had 2 options, 1) they would book me a new flight which would be 5+ hrs later which would bring me to my destination 4+ hrs later than planned or 2) they would refund my money and I would have it by Monday. I replied that I would like to speak to a supervisor as neither of these I felt where acceptable options and was told that they were all on lunch, I also requested that the refund be returned immediately that day. When I kept insisting on talking to a supervisor the call was disconnected. About 2-3hrs later I called back and was promptly told that my money had been refunded, when I asked if that was all they were willing to do is refund my money I was told there was nothing else they could do. My Flight called my husband later that afternoon and apologized to him for the flight being cancelled and he told them that it was a little late now sees how the flight was scheduled for the am. I live an hr away from the airport and the person picking me up on the other end lives 3hrs away from the airport. This has been a financially and emotionally stressful event. I ended up re-booking my flights which cost me approximately $400 more, lost out on time to visit my daughter because of having to take later flights, and have yet to receive said refund and it has now been 10 days.

I would like my refund ASAP, and I feel they should cover the extra $400 it cost me to re-book.

Company already took my money for my airfare but now won't deliver the tickets. Their customer service rep keeps "dropping" the call. Convenient.
Booked my flight 2/14/2020, my account was withdrawn $1,546 for said flight, but now the people at my flight search are saying I have to pay more for the flight. I've asked for a refund and I get transferred to customer service where the call is dropped. This has happened 3 times. I'm on a landline. I'm now starting a claim with my bank to get my $1500. This was my niece's destination wedding. Nice job guys.....

I booked 3 flights with my flight search .com and they over charged me by $1,800 and I never received my tickets for my vacation.
I bought 3 flight tickets on February 9th 2020. The original price of the 3 tickets was $135.20 booking number *** ( from *** airport to *** airport) $57.40 booking number *** ( from *** to *** airport) $73.40 booking number *** ( from *** to ***). I was over charged by $900.00 for booking number *** and another $900.00 for booking number ***. I paid with my debit card a *** through *** in ***. I waited for my e ticket and I never received them I was supposed to fly out February 25 at 8:46 am central time. They took out over the amount they were supposed to and never sent me my electronic tickets to go on my vacation so I was not able to use their service even though they took the money out of my account. I had called them on Monday February 24 like 10 times I left 5 messages because I never got a customer service representative it just told me to leave a message . They never called back. I called *** airlines who my flight was through booking number ***. They had my name in the computer but it had no card number no reservations and told me the only thing they could guarantee is that I had no ticket but could book with them online or over the phone for over double what I had already paid. I had booked a hostel through *** in *** called ***. My free cancellation had passed by the time that I was told I didn't have a ticket . The cost that will not be refunded is $96.00 that they already took out plus a nights worth stay there which is what I know of as of now they might charge me for the whole stay because I had cancelled so close to check in time. As my flight tickets that I had purchased were non refundable so I booked a hostel in *** for a cheaper price that was non refundable $386.75. So I have to go to *** to not lose that money now which I wouldn't have gone if it would have been refundable. I had to book a new flight through *** travel agency. The cost was $495.50 fir a round trip which is much more expensive than what I supposed to pay for 3 one way tickets. They have said they were going to refund me the $1,800 for the over charge but the email they sent me said refund subject to carrier audit. So I'm not sure if I will get my money back. I went to my bank and they said that *** took out the money when it was supposed to be my flight search.

I would like to be refunded what was charged to my account $2066.00 . I would like to be refunded the money I'm losing from my hostels that I could get a free cancellation the one in *** is $150.00 right now the one in *** is $386.75 non refundable if it was I would have cancelled my whole trip. OCT 2019 I USED THIS AGENCY TO PURCHASE 3 AIRLINE TICKETS FROM *** TO *** TO ATTEND MY FATHERS FUNERAL SERVICE. 1 WEEK BEFORE THE FLIGHT I CALLED TO NFIRM THE TICKETS. THEY WERE NEVER BOOKED WITH THE AIRLINE EVEN THOUGH I WAS CHARGED! NOW THE FLIGHTS WERE 4X'S THE AMOUNT SO I ULD NOT GO. IT IS NOW FEB 2020 AND I STILL HAVE NOT REC'D A REFUND. CALLED OVER 10 X'S. 1ST TOLD I HAD TO WAIT 3 MONTHS. THEN THE CREDIT WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THE CARD AND A CHECK WOULD BE MAILED. STILL NO CHECK REC'D.

I was told this exact thing Feb 12th! It is now March 13th and I still have not received a check. I read how you promise checks were sent in the mail but the customer never receives them. I do not believe a word you say or promise until that check is CASHED into my bank account. You are a fraud!!

My Flight Search on Nov. 25, 2019 used my credit card information to bill me for tickets which had been cancelled.
An attempt to book tickets through My Flight Search were cancelled by the company on Nov 19, 2019. The company then used my credit card information to bill me for the amount of those cancelled tickets on Nov. 25. I was initially told that I would be refunded the amount ($1022.28) within 5-7 days which did not happen. I contacted the company again on Jan. 5 and spoke to a representative by phone on Jan. 6. She assured me that a cheque for the amount would be sent out and I should receive it within a week. At this date (Feb. 20) I have not received my money. Attempts this week at contacting the company have been unfruitful as their Customer Service line does not appear to be answered nor my messages received, certainly not returned. Since it is now 3 months since I lost that money to My Flight Search I am growing in concern, particularly as it appears they have no interest in returning it. I am concerned that my *** information has been used in a fraudulent way by this company. I have lodged a complaint with *** through their fraud/recovery department. It did initially appear that this was a legitimate company but I have increasing doubts about that. I will keep up my complaints with this company until I am taken seriously and have the money back in my account. I would add that since they have had my money for 3 months I should be owed interest on that money since it was unlawfully taken from my ***. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

I desire to have the amount illegially taken from my *** (1022.28 USD) returned to me as soon as possible.

I acknowledge the response from MyFlightSearch that a check has been issued. I will notify the Revdex.com when I receive that check.

Flight tickets were presumed purchased and no e-ticket was sent. Money was taken from account and no tickets were purchased.
On 1/25/2020 two tickets were purchased for the total of $480.40, there was a confirmation email sent, money was taken from bank account, but no e-tickets were issued. After contacting costumer service via email and phone, no response, and as of 2/24/2020 no e-ticket was issued. Called the airline ***, to confirm flight and they said no tickets were purchased. Contacted consumer service of the my flight search and received no information back. No refund, no service. Money was taken from account and no services were provided. Attached is the confirmation email saying it is not an e-ticket, but that they would arrive shortly. Also attached is the confirmation email, and the response received by the company.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund for the $480.40, since no services were provided and money was taken from the account. NO tickets were purchased through the agency however, they deducted the money from my bank account.

I booked a round trip nonstop flight on January 15 2020 they gave me a confirmation took my money and when I went to get on my flight they never sent t
The money so I had to pay double which ruined my trip I want to be compensated for my inconvenience and ruining my trip my confirmation number is *** my bank is *** and the amount was $203.58 I ended up paying $308 for the trip fown then another $85 for the return trip home

They offered me 2 $30 vouchers which is not good enough for my inconvenience id like 2 $100 vouchers
