-*** posted a transaction in the amount of $3,530.96, which is exactly double the price of the booking price from the email

January 28
-I reviewed my *** statement through the app and realized that I was charged twice for the airline tickets
-I immediately call the Customer Service Line twice
o10:07 a.m. - two-minute call
o10:11 a.m. - ten-minute call
-I speak with a representative who tells me there was a glitch in the payment system and my card was run twice and my refund will be available in 7-10 days

February 4
-I called the customer service line again at 12:49 p.m. for a nine-minute conversation about my refund when it still wasn't there
oSix business days later
-I was told that the refund did not process successfully and was retried and it would be another 5-7 business days
oI believe I was "guaranteed the money would be refunded by Friday the 14th"

February 14
-I called nine times to get ahold of someone in customer service:
oSuccessful connection at 3:17 p.m.
The customer service rep again "guaranteed" me that the money would be in my account in 2 hours
-I called another three times later that night because the money was still not refunded:
oSuccessful connection at 9:59 p.m. - got hung up on
oSuccessful connection at 10:18 p.m.
I explained that I needed to speak to someone - anyone - that can get my money refunded
I told them that I would accept a check in lieu of a credit card refund
The representative I spoke with arranged a call with Victor *** the next day
Victor was to give me a call at 11 a.m. CST
-I was also guaranteed that our trip would be ticketed by Monday, February 17th
-I also called *** at this point and explained the situation to them
oThey said they are unable to help since the charge was from a third-party vendor

February 15
-Victor *** never called me at 11 as he was supposed to
-I called another eight times until I was successfully connected
oSuccessful connection at 3:03 p.m. - 38-minute phone call
I was told that Victor is not in the office that day and that the representative I spoke with is unable to call anyone else to help me resolve my problem.
I stated that it felt like I was being scammed and that I was ready to dispute the charge and get a lawyer involved
-The representative triggered another refund attempt and I was told that it would be another 5-7 days before it hit my card
oI asked him to send me a confirmation of the refund and he told me to email *** to get that confirmation
oI followed up after the call and was sent an email (saved in my ***) that confirmed the refund
The email lacked any detail about a refund number or any sort of confirmation information
-I also followed up by email with *** and further explained the situation to them
oThey offered me $20 on my next transaction and no other assistance

February 20
-I emailed My Flight Search to inform them that I have officially disputed the transaction through *** and that we will be booking flights through another vendor

February 23
-My Flight Search finally issued a refund for the $1,760.48 that they overcharged on my card
-I called *** to discuss my February payment and what I might owe
-I was advised to pay the full amount of the monthly statement to avoid any further confusion
-I was also informed that when *** contacts me for additional information I can change the dispute amount to the 50% that I'm still owed due to the fact that I did not receive airline tickets for the purchase that I made
-I emailed and called My Flight Search at approximately 4:00 p.m. CST to cancel the entire reservation

I received an email stating my order is cancelled and I would get a full refund. I have not received that money yet. They do not answer their phones or emails.

Desired Outcome

All I want is to recover the money that I spent on this reservation. My Flight Search originally double charged my card. They have refunded the additional charge (after an exhaustive fight) but they have refused to refund the original purchase price. I have attached the email that states they have cancelled the reservation and will issue a refund.

The check from My Flight Search arrived on Saturday, April 18th. I deposited the check immediately after receipt and it cleared by Wednesday, April 22.

In short, this issues has been resolved in full.

This experience has been a complete and total nightmare. I will never do business with this company again. I have never felt more disrespected as a consumer. It took almost four months for this issue to be sorted out. I will close the book on this topic and I hope I never have to revisit it.

I appreciate the Revdex.com reaching out on my behalf. I get the sense that between my credit card company and the Revdex.com there was enough pressure to make something happen. Please extend my gratitude to whoever was assigned to look into this issue.

We booked a flight with this company. They did not book with *** and we cannot get a reply from them for a refund.
My wife booked a flight with My Flight Search.com, booking # is ***, for $284.40. This was booked on 3/13/20 for *** flight #*** & *** on 3/25 with return on #*** & *** on 3/30/20. This amount was charged to our checking account twice. They will not answer our calls or messages. *** has no record of this booking. The message told us to email them with the issue, which both my wife and I did, with no results.

While making a reservation on the website, all the flights details and terms and conditions are provided and recapped to the customer. Only when a customer is satisfied with itinerary and price, he/ she goes ahead to book and confirm the reservation. In this reservation also, the total price was quoted on the website and agreed upon and the same price was charged. There was no human intervention from our side in the booking process.

Our email confirmation also advised that the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The website also advises free cancellation within 24 hours of making reservation but we were never contacted within that time-frame. Had we been contacted within 24 hours of making the reservation, we could have canceled the other reservation also for full refund. After this time limit was exhausted the ticket became non-refundable, as per airline rules.

They're fraudulent and thus far guilty of committing theft against me. They get away with it with their lack of customer service which they guaranteed
On 22 February 2020 (about a month before my scheduled flight), I found a flight on their website that appeared very early during my search. I'll get to fact later. On that very same day, I received an email from them with my Booking Receipt. This included some of my flight details, my Booking Number, and my receipt indicating the charge of $256.66 on my credit card. Details also informed me that I'll be receiving my e-ticket after my credit card has been verified. So, I assumed everything was in order early on.
On 12 March 2020 (three days before my flight) I checked my flight on their website and read that my booking was still "pending" and that they had already charged my credit card and taken my money back in February. I called them at (***) *** and at (***) *** many times only to be send to voicemail. How wrong is it to claim, "Call us 24/7 for Lowest Airfares..." on their website when they cannot even deliver on both of those guarantees? I needed to obtain more information to troubleshoot this issue. I used all possible options as a consumer to try and fix this, but this issue was an internal problem.
With all that was going on with Covid-19 on the weekend of March 13th-15th 2020, I was following through with my ethical responsibility to cancel my flight and trip to ***. Why is it that this corporation stationed in Las Vegas, NV Flight Search INC. cannot even respond to their customers in need, let alone work with them. Therefore, not only are the fraudulent and guilty of committing theft against my persons and other, but they have no regard for the public well-being in times of emergency. Here is how the Revdex.com can help the public, either order Flight Search INC. to refund all fraudulent transactions to their customers and add extra for their inconvenience. Or, force them to shutdown operations and dissolve all assets and shares within the company to be distributed to their victimized consumers. I'd recommend that they refund me at least $300 with an apology notice.
Thank you for taking my claim seriously, I am not complaining on this issue and I wouldn't treat it as such. Your mission is to make businesses better, period. Unfortunately, businesses such as Flight Search INC. need to get better or leave to make room for others.

Desired Outcome

I require them to refund my transaction fee and pay me extra for this immoral inconvenience. This amount should add up to no less than $300. In addition to this, I require an apology from a 'real' person to allow them practice of proper customer service and their guarantee, "Call us 24/7 for Lowest Airfares 1(***) ***". Should they fail to do this, I would respectfully ask that their corporation in Las Vegas, NV be shut down, website closed, and all assets and shares be dissolved to pay off debts and given to their victimized consumers. No litigation has been done thus far, but I am more than excited and prepared to learn how to file a lawsuit and make Flight Search INC. either better or gone.

Over charged $800 for an airline ticket.
Initial booking and charges were made on 2-26-20.
Booked a flight for $68.40 but was charged $868.40. They recognized their error and promised a refund and a special $200 voucher for my trouble. Now they refuse to answer my calls and return messages and I have since found that they never purchased my ticket for my flight on March 23rd from ***. *** says they reserved a seat in my name but never followed thru with payment so my tentative reservation was cancelled. Myflightsearch has ignored repeated attempts to call them and all of the messages I have left.

Friend used her debit card. Received per e-mail, booking number# *** dated 1/22/2020. This was" confirmation of your booking and not your E-Ticket." "You're e-Ticket will be emailed shortly, once your credit card verification has been completed." No tickets were Recieved. My friend contacted *** on 3/9/2020 to see if our names were listed for flight *** departing on 3/17/2020. Our names were not on the list. I called MyFlightSearch *** and 1-888-884-4555 four times on 3/10/2020. On phone, There was no indication given as to name of company. " Please hold for next rep to assist you." After 2 minutes on hold, "Please leave you name, phone number and state your concern. " This was same response I received each time. I left requested info 3 out of 4 times. No response received as today 3/11/2020. My friend call on 3/11/2020 3 times and got same recording and no response. I called *** on 3/10/2020. Rep said, " Both of our names were on the computer for flight ***. Tickets were held then cancelled as no payment received within 24 hours of booking." My friend contacted debit card company on 3/10/2020 and was told that MyFlightSearch billed on 1/21/2020. No money was ever issued to ***. Therefore tickets Canceled. Debit card company is investigating this concern. My friend was instructed to file police report and that a compliant be filed with Revdex.com. We must wait 10 days to see if debit card company will refund our money. DO NOT use MyFlightSearch as it is a BIG FRAULANT SCAM company.

I contacted myflightsearch to to change flight. They told me it would cost $90 which I approved. Then they made another unauthorized charge for $119.

I made flight reservations from *** to *** for March 13 and returning March 16 in Dec 2019. The flight was booked with *** airlines. I called myflightsearch.com several times over 2 days trying to change my flight. Due to the Coronavirus and larger amount of deaths in the *** area, I needed to cancel our flights. My daughter is pregnant and she is a high risk pregnancy. *** Air is waving cancellation fee and reservations must be remade within 30 days due to the Coronavirus. I was told I could do this for a small fee, so we decided to change our flight from *** to *** which I paid $231.r/t for my husband and I, change flight to *** to *** which cost $218 r/t for March 30 returning April 2. I was told by the person I spoke with that it would cost me $90.00. I agreed with the charge and approved $90.00 on my Credit card. A hour after making flight changes. My bank sent me an alert showing I had two separate charges on my card. One for $90. And one for $119. This company made an unauthorized illegal charge to my credit card for $119. I told my bank that the $119 was not authorized and the bank declined the charge.
I'm very angry at this company because I had to make 6 calls to get my airline ticket changed. Each time I called I was told a different story about changing my flight and each time a different amount for change fees. One of the calls told me they could not do anything and to call *** Air direct if I wanted the flight changed that they couldn't do anything. I called *** Air and was told to call back to myflightsearch.com because they made the reservations! I got the run around from both *** Air and myflightsearch.com. The I got a call from Myflghtsearch.com later that I couldn't pick up because I was driving. I returned the call to myflight search. Now they tell me the $119 charge is for seat selection and bagage fees that I never agreed to or authorized for the extra $119. I told the reservation person at the time we were planning to carry on small bags and would make seat selection at the airport! This company is a sham and I will be sure to let others know via internet about how they conduct business and check for unauthorized charges on credit cards!!! The are ethical and should lose their license for fraudulent credit card charges!!!

I want a refund of $119 and I feel they shouldn't have charged the $90. because I already paid $231 for our original flight prior to making the change and the flight change amount for the new flight from *** was only $216.

Two days before my returning flight I received an email from MyFlight Search advising the reservation was not booked. I called *** several times
Reserving my flight through MyFlightSearch was a horrible traveling experience. Just two days before my returning flight I received an email from My Flight Search informing me of my flight reservation cancellation, (it was never booked!) WITHOUT GIVING ANY OPTION TO RESCHEDULE OR REFUND. I had to book and pay for another flight with another company. Since then I have called the customer service number several times and each time I had to wait for at least one hour and every time the *connection ended without *getting through or receiving a response. I have also emailed and did receive an email back from them to call the customer service line. It has been a waste of time and money lost. I want the money back for the flight and an explanation.

I was due an airline ticket refund in the amount of $ 578.00 from December 2019. I have not recieved a check or return to my card as they promised.
I had to cancel a round trip flight to ***. due to a back injury. I provided a doctor's letter to My Flight Search as they requested. *** Airlines approved it, and sent the money to My Flight Search on 12/24/2019. My Flight Search was supposed to return the funds ($ 578.00 ) to my card that I purchased the tickets from. Customer Service personnel told me they had a problem returning the money to my card, and that I would recieve a check within 7-10 days. I have waited over 2 billing cycles and still recieved nothing. When I call them back, I get a recording. They haven't returned any of my calls, and I feel that I am being scamed. All I want is what is rightfully mine. $ 578.00

My flight was cancelled by my flight search. It is almost a month and no refund.
I purchased my ticket online at my flight search.com on 2/16/2020. Got to the airport on 2/20/2020 only to be informed that my ticket was cancelled. I called my flight search and they were very rude but promised to return my money in 7-10 business days. I ended up purchasing a flight for 3 times the cost of the original ticket. It is almost a month and I have not received my money. They will not answer my calls now.

I called my flightsearch on the day I was traveling. That was 2/20/2020. They assured me that I would be refunded in 7-10 business days. Every time after that, it became 7-10 business days from the day I called after the initial assurance on 2/20/2020. I was sent an email stating that I should receive my refund 7-10 business days from 2/27/2020.. that date has passed. I do not trust that they are ever going to refund me.

I booked a 239USD flight which I cancelled within 12 min. I was then charged an agent fee of 3070.99 the same day.
I booked a flight on March 1st booking #*** for $239.00. When the confirmation came it was in US dollars which it did not specify on the website. I then called within 12 minutes to cancel the flight. They responded saying the flight was cancelled and they would reimburse me the 239USD. A few hours later I checked my credit card online and saw a temporary authorization for over $3000.00. I immediately called *** and told them not to let the authorization go through. It was put in my file, but the charge went through anyway. At 2:15am March 2nd I received an email saying they had a "glitch" and charged my account, which they would reverse immediately and contact my bank.
I checked my *** and the temporary charge was gone so thought everything was fine. Then 3 days later the charge was there from March 1st. *** tried to contact the company while I was on the phone with them. They answered the first time, put us on hold indefinitely and then never answered again, despite the *** agent calling them back repeatedly. We have called repeatedly and emailed repeatedly since this started, with no response from myflightsearch.com

I would like the company to reimburse the false charge they charged me, and be responsible business owners by replying to their customers..

I do not accept this response. They sent me this response as well on or around march 7th so about a month has gone by with no refund and expect I will never get a refund from this company at this point. I believe they sent this to me solely because I email almost daily asking for my refund . I get similar pat responses of things like you will get a refund in the next 7 to 14 days but never have .
It seems they are just sent out to try to keep me quite. If I ever do get thru by phone I have to use a different number than my own as they never answer my phone number if using my phone number I am always sent to voice mail, I have never had a voice mail returned and I have left many of them .
When I give them my booking number for this refund issue the say they will put me thru to customer service but they always just hang up on me.. so I know this latest email is just a response to try to stop you and I from carrying forward with this complaint. So that is why I do not accept their response and truly believe they will try to not refund me the money they fraudulently charged me as an agent fee.
Please carry on with my complaint any way you can I very much appreciate any help I can get in this matter.

I have now received reimbursement from this company for the agent fee they charged me.

It took many many emails the Revdex.com and my credit card dispute resolution department to make this happen I truly believe this company would not have reimbursed me if I had let up on them for a moment on trying to get my refund..

I tried purchasing plane tickets for my family members two times , which both got declined then the next day they charged my card now they won't refu
They won't refund me my total orders that said it was canceled because of a billing error . Order number #*** was 213.60 which was canceled and then took off my card the next day. Next order number #*** which was 640.80 dollars and was canceled due to a bill error then the next day they charged my card and refused to refund me my money. Each time I call they hang up the phone on me when I provide them proof from my bank statements. Then they tell me that I can't speak to a supervisor because they don't have one

It took this company almost a month and a half to refund me my money for plane tickets that was charged to my debit card with error on their behalf, they were not authorized to charge my card , which stated on the website and email, th(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)

I purchased a ticket with this company and received an email confirming my booking which stated that once money was taken out of my account which was $319.20 I would receive my eticket. The money was taken out of my account but I haven't received my ticket. I called customer service but the office was not open but advertising says they are open 24 hours. I need a refund !

Purchased two tickets. One day prior to flight was told they were processing my refund. They never booked anything and I had no flight. Scammers.
This company uses *** ad targeting to show up at the top of your results when searching for airline travel.
I "booked" two tickets Jan 15th for a Feb 29th flight.
I received very legitimate looking email confirmations (screen shots attached).

48 hours before my flight I received an odd email that my refund (in the amount of my purchase) was being processed. I attempted to contact this company via the customer service phone number but never reached any agent. I left an upset message that was never returned.
Obviously, no booking had ever been made.

My credit card was charged Jan 15th, and apparently 3/6/20 there was a refund.
After reading several online complaints I feel fortunate because others saw no return of funds after the same "booking" experience.

I plan to cancel my credit card as a precaution. Since they now have it and my birthdate.

They are a scam. Please use your resources to make the public aware and possibly have *** block them from ads.

I believe a serious inquiry would be warranted. They are able to continue because of the constant "new customers" they are able to hoodwink. Some sort of prosecution has to be possible, even with an overseas entity. Does *** have any channel for serious complaints and the barring of scam companies?

Well I am surprised that this business did reply to the complaint. Perhaps you are trying to pull up your F rating. However, I do not think that a $50 voucher toward a further booking is a fitting remedy to being stranded midpoint during a trip and fining out you don't have a return ticket a day before you are supposed to fly.
I would instead welcome an explanation as to why you don't book tickets when you collect money from customers to do so. My experience was not the result of a mistake or oversight. Countless others have experienced the same. We give you money toward the purchase of a specific ticket. We receive a legitimation looking confirmation indicating a "booking". That indicates a contract has been established. That means I paid for a ticket that I expected to travel on.
To receive an email the day before travel telling me my purchase has been refunded (i.e. no ticket has been booked with the airline) is a blatant breech of that contract that this business keeps getting away with over and over again.
There is no remedy. I stand by my original complaint and ascertation that this business is an overseas scam preying on unwitting new customers to keep their scheme afloat.

The business has offered to reimburse me for the extra money I had to pay in order to purchase my tickets the day before travel. Well we shall see.
They have never replied to the phone messages or my email sent to their customer service address before when I originally reached out for help.
I will not select that I accept this "resolution" until I have confirmed that the funds are indeed in my account. Judging by their own policy that may take several weeks to post. It seems they can't promise speedy returns of your money once they have it.
I am glad that my complaint has seemingly captured their attention.
I will update accordingly after their next action.

I had to exchange my sister's ticket without any cost due to flight cancellation, but they conned me into paying $478 US in order to get $534 US back.
My sister's flight had been cancelled by the airline. I had to change her ticket and I was reverted to this agency. While I explained to that I should not be charged any money to change the ticket, the agent was adamant that in order to change the ticket I had to pay $478 US at that time to book the next ticket, but I would get $534 US deposited back to my credit card after 7-10 days. This was January 19, 2020. I waited and when I did not see the refund, I called the airline who had cancelled the flight. They told me that the agency should not have charged me anything and that I had to call the agency back to claim my money. I called the agency and they put me on hold to talk to the elusive customer service. After holding for a long time listening to never ending music, I called the agency again and I told them not try to put me on forever music and tell me what has happened to my refund.
I also started sending emails to their customer service. They kept responding that they had processed the refund, or I should check with my bank. But to this day 8 weeks later, no refund has been deposited to my credit card. And now they keep telling me that I should go to my bank to find out what happened to the deposit, because they had refunded it on February 19, 2020. However, I cannot go to my bank unless I have a transaction number, and they would refuse to provide a transaction number. Credit card deposits are processed within a couple of days. They lie that they had processed the refund. There is no point of calling their customer service anymore, because they keep saying the same thing that they had already sent me the money. Please help to get our refund from this agency.

I want my refund back for my sister's ticket exchange. The agency conned me into paying $478 to change the cancelled flight to another flight, and they said that I would get $534 back deposited into my Credit Card.
