[redacted]’s business was prequalified
for our membership card based on the business information provided to us by Dun

would have been required from Classic Continuous Seamless Gutters, LLC.  We also check
additional business sources, such as the Secretary of State.
We apologize for any concerns that our

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,

you need to fix your literature to accurately describe itself.  If you do not I will forward it to the authorities in government.  You are actively engaging in fraudulent information.you can not tell prospective clients they have been pre qualified if they have not been pre qualified. the only thing you have right is that I am a business owner.Correct this or you will be turned in to the authorities and I assume investigated by the feds. that won't look good on your resume. You are liars thus far.

I have reviewed the customers response and there are no additional details included. We have removed the customer from our system. Thank youNational Funding

Thank you for bringing this matter to our

an offer for a line of credit. We are a financial services company offering
small business loans and equipment financing. We have located and removed [redacted] Services from our mailing lists. Total removal may take 60-90 days. After this
time, Mr. [redacted] will not receive any more mail.

Good Afternoon,
I have gone through the documents and the contract Mr. [redacted] setup. The agreement is an equipment finance agreement with a discount offered if the customer decides to payoff early. This is not a rent to own agreement. Mr. [redacted] had his wife sign the original set of...

documents for him. When the documents went through our funding department they realized upon comparing the signature on the drivers license to the signature on the docs that Mr. [redacted] did not sign the docs himself. Upon discovery of this we sent out another set of docs that Mr. [redacted] signed while on the phone with our sales rep. We have 2 notarized Power of Attorneys from Mr. [redacted] that match the rest of the documents so we are confident that Mr. [redacted] did sign the documents.
We explained to Mr. [redacted] when he completed his verbal verification that we do not warranty or service the equipment. Any issues with the equipment would need to be addressed through the vendor. We did not pick out, negotiate or deliver the equipment. The equipment's value based upon our comps pulled was around $22,000.00 and Mr. [redacted] had negotiated a price of $17,500.00 with the vendor on his own. The inspector that was sent our is done so for fraud purposes. We confirm the vin, year, make and model of the equipment as well as take photos of the equipment. The inspector that is sent out is not a mechanic and does not verify the equipment's condition since this is the customer and vendors responsibility.
I have attached copies of the documents to this complaint for the review of the Revdex.com as well as the customers verbal verification. In the call we verified with the customer he personally signed all of the documents as well as explaining we do not warranty or service the equipment. At this time we are not able to cancel this agreement but if Mr. [redacted] would like to payoff the agreement we can look into what type of a discount we can give him.
Thank you

Good Morning,
I have gone through the customers concerns regarding the interim. The funds were released on this contract on the 10th (the date of funding) so that is when the interim starts and goes to 7/31. When calculating interim we averaged the number of days in a month and all interim...

is calculated off 1/30th of the monthly payment as shown in the contract. There are months that are less than 30 days and months that are more than 30 days. In an effort to resolve the customers concerns we are willing to waive half the interim bringing the customer balance on the interim to $218.23 so the minimal differences in days and calculations become a non-issue.Please have the customer reach out to [redacted] to complete the payment for the outstanding charges.

Thank you
National Funding.

Good Morning,
I have gone over this contract with [redacted] as well as his manager. Due to an issue with the private party the customer selected and the way the private party wanted to be paid we were unable to pay them directly for the truck financed. The customer chose to continue with this...

truck and pay the private party out of pocket. Once this happened we were unable to finance the tax for the customer. We let him know and sent him an addendum to lower the payment. Due to the inconvenience we waived the documentation fee on the contract. The customer signed the addendum and sent it back with the lower payment to proceed with the contract. In the adjustment of the payment the payback was not increased when the payment was lowered. We require a site inspection to protect the customer as well as us and confirm the equipment on the paperwork is the actual equipment we are financing as well as verify the Vin# on the equipment. In an attempt to aid the customer we would be willing to waive the customer documentation fee on his second transaction if he is still looking to complete financing for the additional equipment.

Thank you
National Funding, Inc.

Good Afternoon,

We attempt to fund all of our customers in house but certain customers do not fall within our internal credit parameters. We seek outside financing at that point from a lender with whom they qualify based on their guidelines.

Thank you

While I am glad that the business has agreed to remove my name and that of my business from its records, I have already received a second mailing from the same company with the same misleading content, same extremely large “pre-approved credit line” and a longer answer-by date.  This has absolutely ZERO to do with [redacted] - this has to do with financial solicitation which, if not specifically illegal, is certainly skirting the law. Revdex.com needs to step up and investigate this business, or turn its investigation over to the proper authorities, and take the Revdex.com logo off this company’s solicitations.

I did not take the time to file the complaint to have a formed response copy and pasted back to me.  The marketing tactic you are taking is intentionally misleading and should be stopped.  If you need a selfish reason to change your approach, consider the amount of ill-will you are creating towards your company.  Do you think you will generate interest in your services by making people angry?

I imagine the only reason you have such a high Revdex.com rating is that you "respond" to every complaint by copying and pasting your patronizing form-letter.  Perhaps you should invest time into a legitimate marketing strategy instead of spending that time figuring out how to game your Revdex.com rating.

While they indicated initially that there was not an increase in cost of funds, now they admit that the rate did increase.
Additionally, they recorded all of the conversations with [redacted] over the phone, but it doesn't mean anything that I was promised something that they didn't deliver and not advised of charges that they would be charging me except if it was in their favor the audio recordings I'm certain would be submitted as evidence in this issue.
I still stand that:
1.  They did not advise me that there would be a charge for the inspection of the vehicle financed and it would be charged to me.
2.  The example invoice that I received did not reflect any payment due except the regularly scheduled payments.
The only thing that will resolve this issue is the refund of the additional funds that I paid for the two issues above.  The fact that I didn't realize they went up on their costs of funds is a problem that I didn't realize until after the transaction was complete which was my own fault.  The other charges that came after the transaction was completed and never mentioned by [redacted] in what my out-of-pocket expenses would be is unacceptable and will remain unacceptable unless a refund is issued.

You may forward whatever info you have to [redacted] Thank You

We are writing in response to the consumer's complaint of [redacted].   Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Ms. [redacted] received a membership card in the mail, not a credit card.  As the complaint suggests, mailing of unsolicited credit and debit cards is an illegal...

practice.  National Funding has never sent such an offer.  While there are design similarities, the differences between what we mail and a credit card are significant:  The National Funding marketing piece contains no association logo ([redacted], [redacted], etc.), and there is neither a magnetic strip nor a signature strip on the back of this card.  The package is designed to gain interest in our financing services, and is a commonly used format in the financial services industry. [redacted]’s business was prequalified for our membership card based on the business information provided to us by [redacted].   To activate the account, additional information would have been required from [redacted].  We also check additional business sources, such as the Secretary of State. We apologize for any concerns that our marketing piece may have caused Ms. [redacted] and we appreciate the opportunity to address them. We will ensure [redacted], the name [redacted], and [redacted] are removed from our system and are no longer contacted.   Thank you   National Funding, Inc.
