Thank you for bringing this matter to our
attention.
Mr. [redacted] received a membership card in the
mail, not a credit card.  The mailing of unsolicited credit and debit
cards is an illegal practice.  National Funding has never sent such an
offer.  While there are design similarities, the differences between what
we mail and a credit card are significant:  The National Funding marketing
piece contains no association logo (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and there is
neither a magnetic strip nor a signature strip on the back of this card.
Furthermore, the card specifically states that it is a ‘membership card, not a
credit card.’  The package is designed to gain interest in our financing
services, and is a commonly used format in the financial services industry.
Neil’s business was prequalified for our
membership card based on the business information provided to us by Dun and
Bradstreet.   To activate the account, additional information would
have been required from [redacted] LLC.  We also check additional
business sources, such as the Secretary of State.
We apologize for any concerns that our
marketing piece may have caused Mr. [redacted] and we appreciate the opportunity to
address them. We will ensure [redacted] is removed from our system.

Thank you

Professional, courteous, expedient, thorough. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a loan. They worked hard to get me funded even though I'm a new business and had a hard time getting a loan elsewhere. Great experience all around.

Problem:

We settled a loan with this company back on June 20th on their terms and were told that upon receipt of payment, the title to our equipment would be in the mail within 10 days. This is right on the settlement statement that they faxed to us. Here it is over a month later, and title is still not received. They had no problem cashing our checks and on top of that held on to them to a point that I was receiving calls and past due notices in the mail from the bank that financed the loan. The payment should have been overnighted and our title should have been expedited. Just another way this company is adding salt to the wound. Talk about a bad faith business. WHERE IS OUR TITLE???

Desired Outcome:

It is beyond the point of settlement....our title should have been received!! I am writing this to let other consumers know to be aware of this company. I have said it once before and I will say it again, if this company has an A+ rating because complaints were settled on their terms like ours, that is a false rating!! Rating should be based on consumer satisfaction...and just an FYI, a Revdex.com accredited company can be purchased, it is not earned!!

Good MorningI have reviewed through the account and discussed this contract with the representative. This file was sent into our credit department to be reviewed for more funding. We were unable to approve this file to low ending balances on the statements so we reached out to the customer to see if...

they would like us to submit the file to one of our funding partners. The customer agreed so we proceeding with attempts to obtain financing with one of our partners. We were unable to get them approved so the customer stated they were going to look elsewhere for additional funding. We regret that we were unable to approve them for any additional funding but we are unable to change our credit parameters so that this customer can obtain more financing. We hope that they will be able to secure the financing that they need from another lender to continue to be successful in their business.Thank youNational Funding

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. After reading the Revdex.com web site on this business it is clear that many people are not happy with this companies advertising policies.  They need to amend their practices on how the send out advertising materials. Regards,[redacted]

So first off I would like to say your call center rep was very rude and short with our conversation. I asked how they we're able to get my info to send me a card in the mail. He replied that it was done in error and it is for business owners. I said I do not own a business and if they can take me off of their listing. He said that is fine but when I asked for them to send me a written email or letter stating they would take me off the listing he got funny with me. So I was not going to play the game and argue with someone over the phone. But my complaint is if he is that rude why is he answering phone for this company. I bet if I did have a business he would be singing a different tune and if I do end up getting a business I will make sure never to do business with rude people from this company. By the the way the reps name was [redacted] and that is all I got.

We were very pleased with the level of service we received by National Funding. Our business finance consultant, [redacted] put us at ease immediately with her friendly voice and demeanor. She was extraordinary in her professionalism and willingness to prepare the best possible financing option for us. Funding was received quickly and the terms are manageable. We will definitely refer other business owners who need working capital to National Funding.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with just paid off 72,000 and they are going to deny me funding. Your company are liars, and a bait and switch company and the most unethical company I've ever dealt with The WHOLE reason I went with you cause you told me I could take out additional funding after 50% is paid off which was a lie, your company are a bunch of liars! I am a very unhappy customer. I would never use your company again nor would I ever recommend this company to anyone. I will definitely be writing the worst review for your company! I don't need the funds anyway!
Thanks for being nothing but liars!
