Mr. [redacted]’s name and business have
been removed from our system. Please note that total removal may take 60-90
days for full completion, but that...

[redacted] has been removed from our

have caused, and appreciate the opportunity to address this issue.

Thank you,

National Funding, Inc.

I also received a "membership card" with an account number on it - and my full name. I called and was told that there was no account - it was a membership, not a credit card. Yet there is an account number with "your new account has been established" written on it. I never inquired for a membership and I don't care what excuses they have that gets them by legally, I DON'T APPRECIATE IT. And the cocky young man I was on the phone with who quickly grew impatient with me didn't help my aggravation. GO AWAY.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did not take the time to file the complaint to have a formed response copy and pasted back to me.  The marketing tactic you are taking is intentionally misleading and should be stopped.  If you need a selfish reason to change your approach, consider the amount of ill-will you are creating towards your company.  Do you think you will generate interest in your services by making people angry?

I imagine the only reason you have such a high Revdex.com rating is that you "respond" to every complaint by copying and pasting your patronizing form-letter.  Perhaps you should invest time into a legitimate marketing strategy instead of spending that time figuring out how to game your Revdex.com rating.

Mr. [redacted] received a membership card in the
mail, not a credit card.  As the complaint suggests, mailing of
unsolicited credit and debit cards is an illegal practice.  National
Funding has never sent such an offer.  While there are design similarities,
the differences between what we mail and a credit card are significant:
The National Funding marketing piece contains no association logo ([redacted],
[redacted], etc.), and there is neither a magnetic strip nor a signature strip
on the back of this card.  Furthermore, the card specifically states that
it is a ‘membership card, not a credit card.’  The package is designed to
gain interest in our financing services, and is a commonly used format in the
financial services industry.
[redacted]’s business was prequalified for our
membership card based on the business information provided to us by [redacted]. To activate the account, additional information would have
been required from [redacted].  We also check additional business sources,
such as the Secretary of State.
We apologize for any concerns that our

address them. We will ensure [redacted] is removed from our system.

Good Morning,
Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to change the agreement. If the customer would like to payoff the agreement I can reach out to the servicing company and find out what the current payoff is and see if there is anything I can do on the total payoff amount. If this is how the customer would like to proceed please have him email [redacted]
Thank you

Good Morning,
I have gone through the documents as well as spoken with the representative on this transaction. We offered to waive the documentation fee at the beginning of the transaction. Once we received the call about the interim and prefund fee we offered to waive the interim rent as...

well. The customer is currently responsible for the prefund fee of $100.00. We are unable to waive this. We have made every attempt to meet the customer in the middle for this transaction and get him the best deal possible on his transaction.
Thank you

Today I received a letter from the mentioned company.
With a pre-qualification of 100k line of credit.
I haven't asked for this and suspecting my future credit score will be jeopardized.
Secondly, they misspelled my name as well.

the supposed day of closing I was asked to get updated articles of incorporation....worked all weekend with my c.p.a and attorney to correct issues.....once that wasn't enough I was told I needed amended 2012 tax returns which I provided......then I was told I needed 2013 amended tax returns which my c.p.a could not do until he had confirmation from the i.r.s that he was ok to redue the 2013 tax return but did send the extension letter sent..once that wasn't enough I set up a three way conference call between my accountant and lender and me....they never called.....they do whats called a run around...its a trick by a broker(which is what they are) not a lender...for anyone who doesn't know the difference they put the file together...present it to the lender(people who actually lend money) then are the middle man between you and that person....if I were dealing with a direct lender (can capital..ondeck.capital for merhcants and so many more)..they would tell you what you need upfront before signing a contract.what they need..not sign a contract with all terms and conditions promise a closing date...cause the truth is they have no idea...a broker for a merchant advance is good for nothing...they will charge u a 5% fee...or sometimes a flat 3000 and then get dividends from the lender.....you do not need these people...they are useless....get ahold of a direct lender...it ill save you thousands of dollars and you deal with them not the broker who just passes the word on...they are a waste of time and have no clue when your truly suppose to close....between willy [redacted] and mr. roberts they will bounce you around until you its too late...I worked with them  for 2 1/2 weeks....I could have gotten a bank loan in that time....I switched to another company and closed a deal and got funded in 7 business days.....say what you want but facts are facts...dont waste your time...they will only hurt u
