National Principal Group, LLC Reviews (260)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.    Regards,  [redacted]

I would like for these harassing calls to cease from calling me or my family, friends.  Also, if the company says I owe a debt, I would like written documentation and proof of what debt it is, amount, and who, where and when I owe it.

National Principal Group (“National”) is in receipt of the above referenced complaint, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond. National is a collection agency which was collecting on an outdated loan in Ms. [redacted]'s name. This loan dates back to September, 2011 and was issued by Lazer Lending...

with an original account ID number ending in [redacted]. After investigating the allegations made by Ms. [redacted] in her complaint, we must adamantly disagree with her recollection of events concerning this matter. We originally spoke with Ms. [redacted] on March 16, 2016, and at that time our associate advised her of the account we had in our office. All information was verified prior to being placed in this office, and Ms. [redacted] herself also verified that the information on file was correct. At no point in time was Ms. [redacted] threatened with being taken to court or spoken to in an unprofessional manner. Doing these things would be counterproductive to our business, and would go against all company policies. National follows all Federal laws; specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and all of our associates are trained to follow thoseregulations and guidelines at all times. If Ms. [redacted] has proof to the contrary we urge her to send that into us so that we can do a further investigation. Furthermore, all skip trace and location attempts also follow these regulations, and are in accordance with the FDCPA. We have considered this complaint as a formal cease and desist, and have moved Ms. [redacted]'s  account into a non-working status as of March 17, 2016. There will be no further collection orcommunication attempts regarding this matter from our office. Please feel free to contact the undersigned with any additional questions. Sincerely, Sherice M. P[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The business remarks are completely false.  The first time they contacted me, I verified all information and requested written documentation, which they refused.  The second time they contacted me, they told me they would e-mail me documents, but never sent anything.  And them saying the calls statement is invalid?  I'm happy to provide phone records showing how much they have harassed me.  In addition, now they are still harassing me, and using a different business name, IGS Mediation Services.  I've accepted the fact that I will never be rid of them.   Please let me know if this is a matter that my local law enforcement can help me with.  This whole thing is a scam operation because there is no valid debt to collect, or reason to be "skip tracing" me.  Regards,  [redacted]

I am looking to cease and desist this issue.

National Principal Group (“National”) is in receipt of the complaint referenced above. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this matter. We are obligated to send a letter to a [redacted] and were attempting to confirm anaddress to ensure the letter reached the correct person. Calls made...

Thank you for taking the time to address the complaint.  As long as they comply with the cease and desist, I don't want to waste any more of the Revdex.com's time.  I just wanted them to leave me alone and stop making false accusations, and if they actually do that, then there's no reason to proceed.  I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars getting my phone records when they'll probably just keep accusing me of being a liar anyway.  I can't honestly say that I'm satisfied with the result, but I'm so tired of this, that I do not want to proceed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was NEVER asked to update my home address or email.  This was never addressed, therefore, they are giving you false information.  I would appreciate if they would take this FALSE debt they claim that I owe, and delete it from their system.  I do not wish to be harassed or threatened by them any further.  Regards,  [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  This is a fraudulent company and when they called, I did deny the accuracy of the claim. They did follow up on the same day and day  and day after with threatening phone calls to have the police sent find me. I also stated that I have never lived where they claimed and have worked on my current job for 22 years and could not have taken out a loan in that city. I also checked my credit report and no such loan exists. Furthermore, I do not have a sister named Karen. I also recorded the phone calls with them and blocked their number. They are correct in stating they have not contacted me since, because their number is blocked. [redacted]

her address and her identity to ensure the letter reached the correct person. Calls made to Ms. [redacted] and her family were to obtain or confirm location information and are made in accordance with federal law; specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). While skip tracing, we take care to avoid disclosing our name, unless specifically asked, and to avoid disclosing that there is a debt involved. However, National will treat Ms. [redacted]'s complaint as a “cease and desist” and willnot contact her or her family again regarding this matter. Ms. [redacted] name dating back to July, 2013. The original creditor was [redacted]’s Financial, and they issued an original loan ID number ending in [redacted].We originally spoke with Ms. [redacted] on April 5, 2016, and at that time we advised her of the account we had in our office. At that time Ms. [redacted] requested a Validation of Debt be sent to her, which we sent via secure email the following morning. Later that same day Ms. [redacted] sent us a dispute letter referencing all of the information provided to her on our documentation, and requested we cease and desist from that point on. For your  convenience as well as Ms. [redacted]’s, we are attaching the Verificationof Debt letter, Demand for Payment letter, and Ms. [redacted]’s disputer letter for your review. We have honored Ms. [redacted]’s request to cease and desist all collection attempts with regards to this matter, and have not made any contact with her since April 6, 2016. Ms. [redacted]’s account has also been moved into a non-working dispute status, and is closed in our office. We will continue to honor her request, and there will be no further contact from our company with regards to this matter. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  This is fraud. I have verified their information is false and they were threatening the first phonetical was someone shouting at me. the second call was the same. I told this to the person I initially spoke to and they did threaten. They were sending  someone to my home the "serve" me. I was being taken to court. I have also reported this to the police as well as my credit card company. Clearly Revdex.com is not interested although if you look online there are others complaint against  this company.  IF you chose not to press that is your  choice. I will continue to persue.  Regards,  [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   However, I still maintain that this company does NOT follow the rules outlined with the FDCPA as when I specifically told them that I dispute the debt and asked them to send me a validation letter, their response was that they "don't do that" and that they "don't have to send me anything."  They also used volatile and threatening language and accused me of fraud.  The most optimal resolution would be for someone to sue them in court and for them to be shut down immediately.  Thank you.

Any calls made regarding Ms. [redacted]'s account followedthose regulations and guidelines. At no point in time do any of our messages state anything aboutarresting anyone or law enforcement. Had we known any numbers attached to Ms. [redacted]'saccount belonged to a minor they would have been removed immediately. We were simply attemptingto verify a current address in order to send out documentation regarding an account we have in ouroffice for Ms. [redacted] which is required of us by law.We have never actually spoken with Ms. [redacted] regarding the account we have in ouroffice, so she has never been given the details of her account.
