I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI am not the one that said the phone call was recordedTHEY have the recording of our conversation, unless they lied about that as wellDoesn't anyone think it's odd that all the people who make this EXACT same complaint (the rude, aggressive nature of the caller, the fact that the loan was from the same date, that they never provide proof of the loan) is a bit odd? Yes, I did call them the next day to ask them to provide me proof of this loan This proof has not yet arrived in my email in box, despite the fact I verified my correct email address with them I have also checked my junk file and it is not there I have received my credit report from all three reporting agencies, and this loan is not on my credit reportI want satisfactory proof from this company that I, indeed have a loan Until such time, I do not want one more phone call from them. Regards, *** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If indeed the company did follow proper Fair Debt and Collection Act policies then the company would have been able to provide proper documentation, as well as stopped calling when I asked them to times and communicated via USPS as the Fair Debt and Collection Act statesHowever they did notI did not have them confusedIf this was a "personal" loan, then it would have been taken care of, however it was and is not a verified debt and there is a reason this company has an "F" rating with the Revdex.com

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. These calls have been happening to our family for years from NP Group, and its subsidiaries and or aliasesOne, we have never moved or any type of change of address for nearly yearsThere is no skip trace to do, we welcome any documentation of proof of any fabricated debitIf they can abtain our childrens phone numbers I would assume the our permanent address would be at their disposal. Two, yes indeed our numbers to call them back have been blockedThe return number to NP is of which when dialed comes up with a recorded message stating the number is no longer in serviceThree, if they can contact an employer about a ficticious debit yet not locate a year old address then please here is there request. We have nothing to hide: *** * *** ***
*** *** *** We welcome any documents traveling through the U.SPostal serviceAll others will be rejectedThe claim that they are operating with in the law is as when we went through this years ago they where requested to deliver documentation and did not and also where then requested not to call by us and again our family members. We are more then willing to pursue this into the legal system if verifiable documentation is not produced with a reasonably day period. Regards, *** ***
