been verified before the placement of the accounts with NP Group.  NP Group follows all state and federal laws; specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act(FDCPA).  We initially spoke with Mr. [redacted] and he stated that his recollection of the matter was that he ready  paid the loan off in full prior to our contact with him. He had requested documentation be sent to him electronically to his email that he had updated with us. Our records indicate that we sent him the required notice. Upon receipt of Mr. [redacted] receiving the documentation he stated that he wanted to send either a personal check or a certified check to our office to pay off his balance with us. office for collection. The original creditor was The [redacted] Online and all information has been verified before the placement of the account with NP Group. NP Group follows all state and federal laws; specifically the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA). Any calls made with regards to M. [redacted] followed those guidelines. At no time did any of our representatives threaten or become abusive to her since it would be very counterproductive for our company to do so. All of our employees are trained to be professional, compliant and to follow the FDCPA. If Ms. [redacted] has proof to the contrary we urge her to submit it to our company for further review. Our skip tracing and location attempts were to provide her information and send Ms. [redacted] a required notice which is also required of us by law. Ms. [redacted] stated that she had previously filed bankruptcy and it was verified with her that her bankruptcy claim was filed prior to her opening this loan, which makes it still a valid collectable debt. We offered documentation be sent immediately to her or her attorney upon speaking with NP Group both electronically and by physical mail and she refused to update any contact information with us. We have accepted this complaint as a formal cease and desist and there has not been nor will there be any further contact or communication or collection efforts with our company. Ms [redacted]s account is still considered outstanding and we do urge her to contact our company if she so chooses to resolve this. Please feel free to contact our office with any additional questions that you may have. Best Regards, Authorized Representative of NP Group

We have all information that was provided to the loan company atthe time of the loan, which included Mr. [redacted]'s social security number. 5.
