I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. The "company" did not agree not to sell my information to anyone else I don't want them to sell my information to anyone elseThey didn't address the issue of where they got my information nor what alleged "debt" is supposedly owed They were trying to coerce me into paying an alleged debt I do not owe without providing any proof as to an alleged debt which is a flagrant violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act Their tactics are to coerce and harass people into paying debts that they do no owe They leave threatening voicemail messages to try and coerce people into calling them I want them to agree not to sell my information to anyone else I also want to know where they got my information from and their contact information

April 12, 2016Re: *** ***Case No: ***Dear ***National Principal Group (“National”) is in receipt of the above mentioned complaint with regards toMs***We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this matter, and have considered this complaint a formal cease and
desist.National is a collection agency which was attempting to collect on an outdated loan in Ms***’sname dating back to July, The original lender was BEL Capital, and they issued an original loan ID numberending We originally spoke with Ms*** on April 5, 2016, and at that time we advised her of theaccount we had in our officeAt that time Ms*** advised she would like to resolve her account and setupan arrangement that would work best for her. With regards to the allegations made by Ms*** we at National strongly disagree with her recollectionof events concerning this matterAt no point in time was Ms*** or her family ever told that she neededto “give us her credit card to stop all harassment and legal proceedings”All calls during skip tracing andlocation efforts are made in accordance with the FDCPA, and we do not disclose any information to a third party.Furthermore, there have been no calls made to Ms*** since she setup her payment arrangement with usWe sent her an email correspondence outlining her arrangement the day after she spoke with us, and that was the only communication we have had sinceCalling the same numbers multiple times per day be a waste of ourresources, but it would also be counterproductive to our businessIt is possible that Ms*** has other companies trying to contact her as well.Had Ms*** expressed wanting to dispute the validity of this debt, our associate would have moved her account into a dispute status closing her accountHowever, we have honored this complaint and have deletedall payments from her fileThere was no need for her to cancel her card, as had she asked us to pull her payments we would have obligedNational follows all Federal laws; specifically the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act(FDCPA)Our employees are trained to always follow those regulations and guidelines, and nothing found in our investigation shows otherwiseIf Ms*** has proof to the contrary we urge her to send that information into us so that we can further investigate. Ms***’s account has been closed in our office, and there will be no further communication or collection attempts regarding this matter from our companyPlease feel free to contact the undersigned with any additional questions.Sincerely,Sherice ***Authorized Representative of National Principal GroupDelaware Ave, #4147Kenmore, NY 14217PHONE 1.855.810.3589FAX

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowTheir response is completely and I will not settle for any less than a substantial monetary settlement from them for damages incurredThis was NOT the first time they contacted meThey did so a few months back, where I was forced to file a dispute with my bank over fraudulent charges made to my bank account within hours of NP Group contacting me.Their claim that they have 100% verified their information that I owe a debt to a payday loan company is 100% falseI have never in my life taken a payday loanI have never had any loans of any kind, nor have I ever had a credit card of any kindThey also do not follow proper rules because they get very defensive, rude, and hostile when on the phone with them. They must agree to offer me a monetary settlement, or I will take matters further and file legal charges against them. Regards, *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. First of all anytime I asked for information regarding the company I was yelled at and attackedRepeatedly I asked for information which was like pulling teethI have yet to receive any correspondence in regards to these claimsI offered to give my email address as a way to contact me and was told they couldn't and that they wouldn't send another notice to me in the mail, which I have never receivedI attempted to be cordial yet I was continuously talked over or hung up onPerhaps this is just bad customer service and I hope that this cease and desist stands but I do not accept this as a resolution as I hope others will not be treated as I was. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I would however, like to dispute the NP Group's claim that they didn't engage in threats of implied legal action or continued harassment I appreciate the Revdex.com's intervention in this situation I expect that if I had outstanding debt, I would have received written documentation of such debt In one other instance where I had a legit debt (medical) I received written information as well as a phone call Where the people weren't rude and threatening Since they record all phone calls I expect they would see the threats involved. I find it interesting that they will follow the law of not releasing private information but they will break the law by harassing my family and myself for a debt that doesn't exist

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have asked repeatedly where these alleged loans are from. Both times I was yelled at and was never told any more information. I still believe this to be a scam and nothing more. Unless the company can written documentation stating otherwise and can provide me with this documentation, then I want all contact to cease immediately. I also have a law firm that has contacted every creditor, past and present, concerning anything I have ever owned. Also, the manner in which I was spoken to by this company was rude and yelling, they are now lying. Apparently, nothing has been ceased, because now they are trying to call me with a #.
