Thank you for getting involved as they sent proof via email and its why I contacted you. It appears you scared them off and for that I'm very thankful. I hope others read this very thing and they to report this business for all the harassing calls to not only the customer but to their family members as well which is very embarrassing. A year old man shouldn't be getting a call from his very old mother freaking out because she feels her son is in trouble financially. Ms*** claims that our phone numbers all have been disconnected is simply untrueIt would be detrimental to our business if this was in fact trueOur records reflect that Ms*** contacted our office times between October and October 26, Ms*** set up repayment of her account; and her first payment of $was processed on September 26, On September 23, NP Group gave Ms*** a courtesy reminder call to her verified phone number that her payment would be processed on the 26th of SeptemberPrior to her payment being processed our records show that we sent all required documents to the email that Ms. *** updated with our company on two separate occasionsOnce again we contacted Ms*** for a courtesy reminder of her upcoming payment scheduled on October Before Ms***'s next payment was scheduled to be processed she contacted our office and requested that all future payments be deleted which we immediately honoredNP Group never stated nor implied that Ms*** would go to jailTo do so would be a clear violation of the lawWe would also like to note that we have refunded Ms*** her $payment.NP Group accepts Mr***'s complaint as a "Cease and Desist" and will no longer contact her in regards to this matterPlease feel free to contact us with any additional questions.Sincerely,NP Group

The caller refused to verify her identity and in accordance with federal law NP Group was unable to release any detailsThe call was terminated with warning because the caller was being rude and using inappropriate languageThe same unidentified female called in and asked to speak to a supervisorHer call was transferred to asupervisorThe supervisor went through the verification process with the caller and the information was incorrectOnce NP Group verified that it was not the individual we were attempting to locate we updated our information. The call was terminated again with warning because the caller was being belligerent and cursingNP Group appreciates the opportunity to update our records and the phone number was removed from our file. Then an unidentified male coiled in and spoke to a supervisorThe supervisor assured the caller that the phone number was removed and will not be contacted againWe believe that Mr*** has NP Group confused with other companiesNP Group would not waste its money or resources knowingly calling the Incorrect partyOur records reflect that we have not blocked their phonenumber from calling into our office.
