Thank you for taking the time to address the complaint As long as they comply with the cease and desist, I don't want to waste any more of the Revdex.com's time I just wanted them to leave me alone and stop making accusations, and if they actually do that, then there's no reason to proceed I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars getting my phone records when they'll probably just keep accusing me of being a liar anyway I can't honestly say that I'm satisfied with the result, but I'm so tired of this, that I do not want to proceed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I still maintain that this company does NOT follow the rules outlined with the FDCPA as when I specifically told them that I dispute the debt and asked them to send me a validation letter, their response was that they "don't do that" and that they "don't have to send me anything." They also used volatile and threatening language and accused me of fraud The most optimal resolution would be for someone to sue them in court and for them to be shut down immediately Thank you Regards, [redacted]

I would like for these harassing calls to cease from calling me or my family, friends Also, if the company says I owe a debt, I would like written documentation and proof of what debt it is, amount, and who, where and when I owe it

It most definitely is the same groupThey called themselves the NP GroupWith the SAME website they have nowThey don't have the same number as thenThey change it over and over againJust read through your other complaints, you will see thatAs for phone records, I do not have phone records from that far backMy phone is a pre-paid phone, there is no plan, therefore no recordsI want the results I specifiedIf that is not reached, my next course of action will be to take legal action against NP Group AND the Revdex.com
