We have tried to resolve this matter with [redacted] but we she will not transfer us to the ownerThere is a day return period that has lapsed on this accountIn order to close out this account a return authorization will be issued

The company called asking if I would accept toners for my copier. I asked for what type of copier was the toner for. He replied, "Its the MFC printer." The sales representative alleged that we have been doing business with them for quite some time. I am a small business owner. I personally deal with all vendors. This is the first time I have heard of their company. I was dubious of the caller, because my phone was not reflecting a phone number. When I asked for a phone number he gave me (844)507-0458. I called the number ... the phone forwards the call to a [redacted] shop with a different area code.

A similar situation happened to our company as the previous review from 5/5/No one from our office placed an order with this companyMy guess is they also called and phished for details regarding our equipmentNo one in our office had even heard of this company until we received a package from them with a hefty invoiceWe ended up using the first toner that was sent, and paid the large invoiceThen a couple months later they sent us TWO MORE TONERS without an order being placedWe have been dealing with them since May trying to receive a shipping label to return these products that we WILL NOT be using and DID NOT place an order forThey sent us a return authorization form, but no shipping labelsOur company will not be paying for the return shipping as we DID NOT order these products

Nationwide Business Concepts is working diligently to resolve this matterWe have provided all UPS signed proof of deliveriesAs we all know signature pads are usually just scribbled on and we are not liable for anything eligibleWe have requested multiple times for return tracking information Our warehouse has not received any of the supplies back and we have no way of verifying there return without tracking informationOnce we have that information we will be able to investigate this matter further

Order was placed by [redacted] Since order is being disputed a prepaid UPS shipping label was issued on 1/29/The supplies have yet to be returnedOnce the supplies have been received this account will be closed out

Unfortunately we were not able to match your information to an accountIt is possible that the account was cancelled

Nationwide Business Concepts is not affiliated with any other company nor does it state they areAll of the information provided to [redacted] clearly states Nationwide Business Concepts [redacted] placed an order for the Ricoh supply and confirmed it prior to shipment*** also called in and a Return Authorization Form was authorized and the restocking fee was waived [redacted] called again this morning and a pre-paid shipping label was provided to herOnce the supply is returned in its original state the account will be credited

This business is definitely using the "toner scam"They contacted one of our showroom locations, got an employee's name, the manufacturer of the copier we had, and sent out toner that we did not orderWe supply toner to our locations from our central officeThe toner that this company sent is not even the correct toner for our copierThe internet price for the toner that was sent is approximately $It was invoiced at $plus shipping and handling of $Their company policy is that returns must be approved first, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and claims must be made within days of receiptWe will be shipping this toner that we did not order back to them but I expect they will decline the returnOf course, we will not pay their invoiceIt would be great if the California Attorney General will take them to court and shut them down

Nationwide Business Concepts has contacted [redacted] and has arranged a returnOnce the supplies have been returned the account will be credited and closedThe account was discussed in detail and the matter has been resolved

I have forwarded a return authorization to [redacted] ***Once the supplies are returned the account will be closed out
