I am rejecting this response because: that is an outright lie they tried to get me to verify [redacted] information I do not know anything about this company and then they threaten to harass a year old man which has nothing to do with my financial affairs I have had some credit issues in the past my credit is fine now and I've never heard of these people I want them to leave me alone and not threaten to harass a year old man I am not satisfied with what they wanted me to give them [redacted] information I told them my name and they did not wish to speak to me unless I gave them [redacted] information in the day and age of fraud I am not giving anybody that information I told the gentleman who I was and if he wanted to talk to me here I am they continue to be rude they call my house and hang up these people have crappy jobs half of them don't care and they're sitting on dialers half of these people are rude they call your house to say hello times of course I called back and then when I try to speak to them like an adult they want me to verify [redacted] information anybody that threaten somebody's family rather it be harassment violence whatever the case is of course that's going to make the call go completely down hill talking about I used obscene language of course I used obscene language you don't threaten to call my father he is years old you do not harass a year old man for a year old man's Affairs and as I stated I have never heard of this company and I will not to this very day verify any [redacted] information based on that fact they should just leave me alone then I am never going to verify any kind of [redacted] information over the telephone to anyone

I am rejecting this response because while I did submit my response online, by the time I got back from my lunch break, I had an email from my supervisor notifying that this company had contacted him looking for meNot only is it unacceptable for this company to contact my job, it is even more repugnant that they reached out to my supervisor, who isn't even at the same phone extension as I amI called and spoke to a gentleman at this company to find out what this was about because at the time, I didn't know which debt this was forThe gentleman told me that he had spoken to me two weeks before which he hadn'tOnce he told me about the debt, I assured him that I would settle the debt for the amount borrowed, not for the additional charges that the company tacked onHe also went onto state that I was a money grabber and judging from my history of defaults that it wasn't likely that I would pay the debt and hung upI found that to be insulting, abusive and a form of harassmentI plan to report this whole experience to the FTCThank you for your help

I have reviewed this complaint in detail and pulled the phone callsWe removed the place of employment number as requests and the allegations made are completely falseit was stated that " we would not even be calling and chasing her all over the place if she returned a call from a message left and would not be writing hot checksWe see this quite a bitfolks fail to pay their bills, then intentionally bounce checks and then want to complain as we have to locate someone who doesn't want to be foundfactually the consumer stated on the recording that she would be making a payment on 10/and of course I am sure you can guess what happenif not I am here to tell you the hot check was not made up!

[redacted] did call the bank to verify funds, a practice that is common as electronic payments cost money to process regardless of being successful or not and does not require a lien to doThis does not mean we attempted or had any intention of running the payment prior to the scheduled pay dateThe reminder calls are both standard practice and company policy as a courtesy which [redacted] waived on 12/30/At that time the account was noted for no further reminder callsI have assigned the account to a different agent and notified [redacted] 's direct line supervisor as to the content of this complaint and how to address it with ***

We received a cease and desist from the consumerwe were advised that the account was opened by her exwe closed the account on the spot

At no time was anyone rude, unreasonable, or unprofessional It is true when we do not have a phone number to reach our party we will call 3rd parties within the law We did not have any phone numbers to reach Mr [redacted] and spoke to his father on 06/19/who took a message for Mr [redacted] A month later on 07/18/we spoke to Mr [redacted] ’s sister for location information and she provided Mr [redacted] ’s phone number Attached is the phone call with his sister so you can hear for yourself our professionalism, not the threats Mr [redacted] is falsely claiming towards his family Mr [redacted] was told by our representative why we were calling and even asked Mr [redacted] if he was familiar with the situation in which he said yes and confirmed If there were some sort of circumstances Mr [redacted] was dealing with we would have been more than willing to listen and work with the situation Unfortunately at no time to Mr [redacted] mentions any circumstances and that he would need to speak with his legal counsel in which he chose not to provide at this time When we question why and advised of what our process is Mr [redacted] became unprofessional using slang and stating to our representative “all right bro, all right bro” Our representative needs to be able to handle this better and not take it personally by stating “I am not your bro” Our representative has been counseled on how to properly handle that situation going forward Mr [redacted] requested we do not call his phone anymore and we will not We will forward the account to our attorney as stated I will be more than happy to send the Revdex.com any of the recordings they requestWe are committed to providing the best possible service to both our clients and the consumers Factually by reviewing all the recordings the consumer has not only mis-represented the facts to the Revdex.com but has also resorted to name calling in a public forum Not to mention question the integrity of the Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because: they say that I am rude because I am being taunted they threatened to telephone a year old man's father who is with a pacemaker this is the day and age of Fraud and I told them my name they want me to verify all kinds of personal information and I'm not even familiar with this company I am not satisfied with this response I want them to remove my name from your mailing list every time they call me they either hang up or if I actually do talk to someone they get rude when I do not verify [redacted] information I don't know anybody that would acknowledge their [redacted] information in the day and age of fraud there are two sides to every coin unless it's fake I am only rude when people hang up on me or when they are rude to me first I told them clearly that I am [redacted] if you wish to speak to me you have me on the phone that's not good enough for them and that's not my problem I will not verify my [redacted] number

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is not who called, [redacted] calledThe "Chief Financial Officer" should properly research this complaint and, at the very least, get the names of his employees involved accurateBy calling me a "liar", he has demonstrated that he is equally as unprofessional as his employeeHe should also work on his grammar and spellingAs a civil service officer, I look forward to seeing this company in court

I have reviewed the account in great detailWe have factually never spoken to this consumer however we have left numerous messages over the last few monthswe have left both voice mail and live messages with the consumers executive assistantat no time were we ever told not to call the the consumer at work nor were we advised by anyone at the place of employment not to call or the fact that the consumer cannot have personal calls at workIn no way shape of form was the consumer harassed in any wayFurther We understand that there are numerous online complaints and we address them on an individual basis usually to find out the same facts as in this caseWe call and attempt to resolve the accounts for both the client and the consumeras in this case, we have had absolutely ZERO contact with this consumer even after several messages being madeFurther there is a page on our website to submit a complaint and or grievance that obviously this consumer has attempted to circumvent and complain to the Revdex.comOur collective opinion is that maybe the consumer should return the phone call after the 1st message (whether or not she wants to resolve her obligation or not) and if this very simple step was followed, we would not have a reason to call her againAll calls are available for request from the Revdex.com at any time

I have reviewed the callsEach one I listen to contains an obscene amount of profanity injected into the conversation forcibly by Mr [redacted] to the point my representatives terminate the calls only to be called backAny attempt to verify right party is met with abusive language and irate threats I have removed the account and assigned it to the highest level floor managerIf Mr [redacted] can conduct himself professionally and identify himself properly we can discuss this matter further so he will not have this matter in his financial life any further

The calls have been reviewed and pain a completely different pictureAdvising of the accruing interest when conveying the account balance is not insinuation or statement of penalty, it s full and truthful disclosure of the current status of the accountThe call in question was the first and only attempt to the place of employment as the number was factually removed during the call at Mr [redacted] 's requestSince then there has been no evidence or notice of the direct payment he has stated to be makingWe will keep an eye out for it and advise our client of this matter

As requested the employer contact information we have on file has been removed and the file has been marked as no employer contactAs far as the legality of leaving our company name in phone messages or conducting employment verification, we are required by law to leave or company name at every contact as to not deceive or confuseEmployment verification are conducted to ensure our information is current and to provide the best options personalized to each person's individual needs
