I am rejecting this response because: I have not received validation of debt again an abusive response. Yes I am up in arms just like all the other people submitting complaints against this company with the Revdex.com. Doesn't matter what I put on anything if that is even valid, if I request calls to my place of employment stop then under the federal collection laws then the calls should stop. I am also requesting ALL telephone communication stop. Any and all communication can be done through postal mail. Not email

sarcastic tone in which will be handled internally.  There were multiple mentions by Mr. [redacted] his father was on his way to our office to multiple employees.  This is a cause for concern and so nobody did want to speak with Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] did not refer to “you people” as to him being African American.  It was clearly stated by Mr. [redacted] that you people are not handling your business.  Pretty clear in the fact the debt is not being resolved In which Mr. [redacted] presents the question of what do you mean by you people.   Insinuating it was a race comment  in which [redacted] answered “there you go bring up the race card”.  It is totally ridiculous Mr. [redacted] is using and mentioning any race propaganda.  I would like to attempt to resolve this matter with Mr. [redacted] together if he is willing.

To the Revdex.com   Once again, we have a consumer that is fabricating the truth in a big way. This is a case of the consumer having a loan open for a mere 5 months prior to defaulting and we are attempting to collect. further. There are ABSOLUTELY no harassing phone calls. On 7/20 we were instructed not to call him at work period of which we have not done further. Later that same afternoon, we called the only other number we had and the consumer said send something in writing(of which we have already done by law) and Hung up. The moral of this story is the Debtor is mis-representing the truth (I know can you believe that) and is attempting to avoid paying the bill and is slandering us along the way. I am truly sorry [redacted] feels this way. If she is willing to point out off the recording where she was belittled or harassed I will gladly take appropriate action with any involved employees. I have already reviewed the recording wit the other executives as well as Dominic and this case has been added to his personnel file for future reference. “In regards to no further contact to [redacted] we will place a Cease and Desist order on her file on any further communication to her and other parties related to her file”.

Upon reviewing our records I believe this complaint to be a case of mistaken identity. Miss [redacted] has already satisfied her account with us and it has been closed out since. They payment was ran per the agreement with Miss [redacted] and the satisfied letter mailed to her mailing address.

As requested we will immediately cease from calling the consumers place of employment.  Factually she is the person we are looking for and factually we have also sent a notice to her residence. (same address she provided) Factually we have been trying to reach the consumer and are only using...

It is very frustrating when the consumers apply for a loan, default, and then we have to attempt to reach by calling the place that SHE provided and then wants to complain about phone calls when she has not once returned a call from a message left. Just another instance of us doing our job because a consumer cannot or will not return a call when they know they owe the debt.

I am rejecting this response because. My wife told them to contact myself. I did no yelling, I do not give my personal email my reasons are my own. I wanted the to mail me info on the supposed debt, they said I had until the end of the month to settle the debt or they will look into legal action. On 5/27 I did recieve on the debit but I don't remember the debt.

The calls have been reviewed and pain a completely different picture. Advising of the accruing interest when conveying the account balance is not insinuation or statement of penalty, it s full and truthful disclosure of the current status of the account. The call in question was the first and only attempt to the place of employment as the number was factually removed during the call at Mr [redacted]'s request. Since then there has been no evidence or notice of the direct payment he has stated to be making. We will keep an eye out for it and advise our client of this matter.

We received a cease and desist from the consumer. we were advised that the account was opened by her ex. we closed the account on the spot.

We have terminated all work efforts on this account. I have simply had enough. we will mail the letter and not make another call. Should this not be resolved we have other means of collecting the debt. We are a full service litigation shop and when consumers want to simply do everything possible to avoid resolving there obligations on a voluntary basis, we certainly have recourse. if it were a question of not knowing what this was or this was not their doing, we are happy to help resolve the situation. to me it is pretty simple, you return a call and resolve your obligations. if not lets have a rational conversation. I will not respond to this matter further.

I have reviewed this complaint in detail and pulled the phone calls. We removed the place of employment number as requests and the allegations made are completely false. it was stated that " we would not even be calling and chasing her all over the place if she 1. returned a call from a message left...

We see this quite a bit. folks fail to pay their bills, then intentionally bounce checks and then want to complain as we have to locate someone who doesn't want to be found. factually the consumer stated on the recording that she would be making a payment on 10/26 and of course I am sure you can guess what happen. if not I am here to tell you the hot check was not made up!

Once again, if the letter was sent and id did not come back, it was received by supreme court ruling.She provided [redacted] as her place of employment to the original creditor. Since we have been unsuccessful in generating a return call after numerous messages to the VERIFIED home phone and since we have no idea what the consumer does for a living there is no harm in asking where they have reached and what they do for work. We attempt to gather data in an attempt to evaluate the ability to pay back the loan. Since we have been trying to reach the consumer for months and the loan was in default within 90 days of the open date, I hardly give these claims much validity. We violated absolutely nothing as it applies to the FDCPA. Once we are asked not to call, we remove the number and that is how the law reads especially since the consumer provided the information in the 1st place. It is also considered an acceptable practice if the consumer is no longer at the listed job, it is implied that she has no issue with being contacted at her workplace should she be delinquent especially when she provided the information to the original creditor. I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the following items as requested  in previous correspondence.  They are listed again below. I realize this can take up to 90 days. Proof that the Nationwide Debt Management owns the debt/or has been assigned the debt.Copies of statements from the original creditor.Copy of the original signed loan agreement or credit card application I have requested a phone record from my phone company to provide proof of the numerous telephone calls.

I am confused as to the basis of this complaint. Perhaps the call Mr [redacted] is referring to is from another company as this account is currently paid in full as of last month. The arrangement was negotiated on March 2nd 2016 and was held in good standing until completion March 31st 2016.

We are not the owners of the account nor have we reported anything as the account is owned by Brightwater Capital. I am rejecting this response because:First of all my complaint had absolutely NOTHING to do with this business' rating with the Revdex.com which is what their reply is eluding to. My original  complaint concerned very poor and DOWNRIGHT RUDE customer service communication. I filed this complaint because I was repeatedly called "dude" even after I asked them to stop. And, I believe this happened with more than one representative. After two (maybe three) times asking them to stop the response was from the person on the phone was , "well, what do you want us to call you... chick"? With customer service like this it is easy to see why this business has the poor rating it does have with the Revdex.com.
