I started service with this company and cancelled it the next month because I was not happy with their customer service or handling of billing I have sent numerous emails and they never get a response Even though I had cancelled the service they brought additional water to my house and left it there, I made many phone calls to this place asking why they brought more water when my account was cancelled and they confirmed it was cancelled and did not know why water was left there They proceeded to tell me to leave the water outside and someone would pick it up the next day, I explained that if I left it outside it would get stolen so I would keep it inside my door and they could pick it up the next day Well, this went on for days with them promising to pick up and never showing up and me calling them over and over and the large water bottles blocking my front door They are quite heavy and everyday that they would say they were coming to get them I would lug them out to the fron

This is regarding water delivery service I was due to receive a delivery on 7/6/ I received a text message at 8:59pm the night before that it had been rescheduled for 7/9/ I called to advise I could not be available for a delivery on that dateThe delivery was rescheduled for 7/13/ On the afternoon of 7/12/I received another text message advising my delivery had been rescheduled again for 7/16/ I called immediately to cancel my service I scheduled for their equipment (hot/cold water dispenser) and five empty 5-gallon water jugs to be picked up on 7/18/ Due to the cost of the equipment, someone needed to be home for the person coming to pick it up I took vacation hours from work to be available
Around 8:45am on 7/18/18, I called to see if I could get an estimated time of pickup Go to find out, my pickup had been rescheduled for 7/19/without any notificationI called once again I took off work to be home for the pickup I have now been storing

I rented a water dispenser when I opened a new account
I submitted a ticket to return and have it picked up
Water dispenser was picked up in August,
I noticed rent charges in my account in following months and I contacted the customer service
I was advised that ticket was closed as "noone was available at the time of pickup" and asked to provide a proof of return
Spoke with the driver, he said he closed the ticket as he was unable to pickup at the requested date, but he picked up a few days after, and he was going to let the office know
I gave it a few more months, but this company kept charging my accountI tried customer service and spoke with the driver more times, but nothing changed
I spoke with the customer service again this evening, and I was basically told that dispute period was only days, there is nothing they can do, and I have to purchase the dispenser because the driver did not update the ticket as pickedIt is not my problem if the compa

I have used Deer Park water services in the past and never had an issue That was years ago and I wanted to start the services back once I recently moved I initially processed online and never received a confirmation so I called and they didn't have record I called on July 2nd and scheduled for July when I could take off because I needed to be home for the cooler installation I received a reminder email on July 11th My window was between 9am-1pm and by 12:50pm I called to just make sure if there was an ETA I would have been ok with it being a little longer, I just wanted to knowThe first woman I spoke with said I was reschedule for tomorrow, Saturday July 14th I explained I was told there is no deliver on weekends and I took today off and can not do tomorrowI need it today She transferred me to another department and they told me I was not scheduled for Saturday, but Monday I explained that it was NO way I could take another day off What made matters worse, I never received a call that my delivery wasn't gonna happen I would have sat here most of the day, but I had plans later Then she proceeded to tell me that delivery dates and time are not guaranteed I explained that was not stated to me and how to think people can take days off for a cooler installation The water bottle delivery, you can say that its a different day and not be an issue, but not a new system installation She told me it was nothing she could do I told her I will now tell my family that I raved about how easy and affordable it was, not to call and to cancel my contract I am utterly disappointed

Place recurring order thru online last week
I found that deliveries can only be done after labor day which was Tuesday
Usually get deliveries around the morning but nothig was delivered
I assumed delays due to labor day and waited
No motification received until Wednsday and called the customer service
Customer service representative informed that there is delays and have been rescheduled
Today is Friday four days with no water and I again received reschedule notification with no reason

The water delivery its been rescheduled at least times for the past month

Extremely poor deliveryMy last delivery was scheduled on Feb Not only it didn't happen on that day, everyday they delayed that to the following day, without giving any noticeMultiple calls to customer service did not resolve the issue, they just told me that many people are having this issue and they do not know what is causing thatToday, Feb 21, I have not yet received my delivery!

Several attempts we made on by our business to accommodate the company's piof a water dispenser rented to us for while using there serviceBefore our business closed our office in that location, on two scheduled pick-ups, we had people waiting for them and they were no-showsUpon calling them August 15, and talking with company representative Lycctte, the company claims in their system that they sent a delivery person to pick up the dispenser twice and no one was thereIndeed, if they came outside of scheduled times and the office was closing they would not find someone there, which is why we scheduled the pick-upsI have witness to them not pickithe dispenser during the scheduled timesUltimately, they were told that we would not be in that office after March 31, and they would not be able to pick up the dispense after thatHowever, the building management did keep the dispenser for some time after the March 31st date, and I am aware of a delivery person tr

This business grows more and more dishonest by the month They raise their prices, reschedule deliveries multiple times in a row, lie about when deliveries were made and when you contact their customer service, they refuse to do anything to remedy it Each month, they are supposed to deliver their very expensive water, and many ancillary fees, and they cancel and reschedule for the next day, and then do the same the following day, et al until they finally deliver but you have young children at home and the tap water is unsafe in *** *** so you had to purchase the water elsewhere and they do zero to ameliorate matters! It's theft, bait and switch and they did it in February, March, April, May and now again in June!

Same issues as everyone elseFirst month was greatThen the nonsense startedSix reschedule notifications over the last daysWhen I call to ask what's going on, no one seems to have any sort of clueAnd what's even worse than that is that the person on the phones couldn't care less whether or not I cancelThey're basically just like "do what you have to." Nestle waters continues changing my prices that we agreed upon Im sick of calling each time they "accidentally" change the price I know its not a large amount but trying to sneek in extra fees is unacceptable How many times do I have to call about this? We agreed on $rent and thats what I should see on my bill

ReadyRefresh delivery and customer service is abysmal They have cancelled our scheduled deliveries on numerous occasions, and when I call them to ask for an explanation they cannot give me a concrete answer about what is going on This is unacceptable, and today I cancelled my service with ReadyFresh because again they cancelled my scheduled deliveryNow I have to hope that ReadyRefresh will honor my scheduled order to pick up my empty bottles and water dispenser, will close my account for good, will not continue to bill me, and will refund my downpayment for the returned water bottles

collections agency that her account had been settled. She states a letter was to have been sent to
her for her records, but never received it.
Ms*** also stated that she never received and email that was promised
to her with a confirmation that her payment had been made. *** apologized for the inconvenience and
offered to assist her. Ms*** stated
that shortly after filing her claim with the Revdex.com, she received
both the letter and the email that she requested. She thanked us for the follow up and said
that the issue had been resolved. ***

Was a customer of Nestle Ready Refresh for the past yearsWhen I requested to cancel my membership, they agreed and informed me to leave my machine and any bottles outside on 1/31/when I am movingThey then charged me over $for missing "bottles"I was never informed nor told to return the bottles otherwise I would not have given full bottles away to those in need!
