I have been a customer for over years with no major issues aside from billing mishaps and occasional rescheduled deliveriesHowever this month alone my delivery has been rescheduled times! And by rescheduled I mean they just don't show up as planned and at the end of the day send a notification that the date has been pushed backI normally receive my deliveries on the 9th of the month and it is currently 3/and still no water, meanwhile my empty jugs are downstairs because at this point I refuse to bring up bottles back and forthI've tried contacting customer service and all they can offer as an explanation is "operational issues" -- obviouslyIf it wasn't for the fact that they are pretty much the only water company available in the area I would have cancelled a long time agoThey have another scheduled attempt tomorrow which will determine whether they keep my business or not

My rented water cooler stopped cooling the water a few months ago so I called to have it replacedIn order to have it replaced I had to be home and in order to be home I had to take off form work The delivery was rescheduled times in a row without advanced notice and without them contacting me for permission to reschedule or to ask when I might be available again to receive the delivery

The delivery service started greatEverything's on time, courteous people and communications if there are changesThen for the past month (~scheduled deliveries, delays/delivery changes with no notice, standard response when I email them, they say someone will contact you (nothing), they keep moving the delivery day after they already moved it
