I recently signed up for this companies servicesThey delivered me a water cooler and jugs of water as I requested and paid forUpon checking the cooler later on that day the room temperature spout did not workI immediately called the company and the scheduled an appointment the next day to replace the coolerThey arrived within the time frame specified and delivered a new coolerLater that evening I went to quench my thirst with some cold water from my new coolerWell, the cold came out warmThe warm side came out warmI called the company on 6/to complainI was told they will send someone out on 6/between 8am-12pm estThey also said to unplug the machine for minutes and then plug it backSometimes, they will helpIt didn'tI also made sure the outlet worked and it didI took another day off from work to wait for today's replacement coolerNo one showed up, so I called the company at 12:53pm estI was told my appointment was moved to MondayNo one every cal

and 17th leaving a voicemail each time. He also emailed
the customer directly at the email address
located on file. Mr
***l was upset concerning the recent delivery schedule changes in his
area. Unfortunately, *** has not been able to speak with Mr
***l regarding this issue directly. On March 18th, Mr
***l contacted *** ***, stating that the matter has been resolved
and requested that no further contact is made. *** did provide his
direct contact information should Mr***l have any further questions

My email stated that I had already contacted *** several times & no changes had been made to this issue I also asked *** to re-read my complaint Apparently he did not, nor did whoever replied to this complaint, indicating ***'s disregard for their customer I also believe it is unprofessional to reply to a customer's complaint without stating the replying persons name This further confirms the lack of integrity of ***, and demonstrates *** continued deceptive consumer practices
I remain of the belief this companies management is deliberately & knowingly deceiving their customers as stated in my original complaint:
"I am requesting *** management be audited for deceptive consumer practices regarding how their system automatically changes the consumer's delivery schedulesAlso, I am requesting *** management be audited for purposeful fraud.If warranted, a Class Suit may be an appropriate course to better effect change with this companies management."
In addition, *** response did not address my complaint, disregarding the issue I believe this indicates *** is aware of their purposeful fraud activitiesWe await any response that intelligently addresses the issue of our complaint: "*** continues to change the delivery schedule without my explicit consent."

on 11/16/when I received my new statement, I notice I was charged higher prices on the bottled water & an increased on the delivery charge

On 11/28/I called Billing & they told me prices were increased & I was sent a notice with my statement, I stated I get my statements onlineHe stated I was sent a post card, I told him I didn't received itHe went online to check on my account & wasn't able to find any notice of the price increase
He also stated the Delivery Charge was increased by $1.00, I told me it was on my statement for $He wasn't able to get any answers & stated there was nothing he could do or even a Supervisor
On 11/28/I sent an email through my account online, on 11/30/I received an email stating someone will be contacting meThe only other email I have received from your company is a Survey dated 12/13/

I am outraged by the tactics of this companyI just received a collections notice for $for a water cooler that this company picked up from my house in I have spoken with Ready Refresh several times and have informed them that I owe them nothing as the water cooler was picked up from my house before we movedIt is appalling that I would receive a collections notice years laterThis is an *** business practiceI will never use this company again and I will be fighting this collections notice! It is important to note that I made payments on this water cooler for the 2+ years it was in my possession before it was picked up, I should not be liable for a cooler the company lost

The water delivery service is as bad as it getsNumerous times water has not been delivered (not weather or other causes) even after receiving delivery notification phone calls the day priorWhen this happens you can figure your water will not be delivered for at least three daysIt will not matter how many times you notify Nestle about these occurrences, they will continue to happenI suggest researching other vendors within your area before choosing Nestle Ready Refresh Water

In January I was informed by a Nestle supervisor in billing that my bill was $of which $ in late fees from -- Oct& Nov I paid $of this bill on Jan 11, I was told no late fee would be accessed on my account and that I could pay the remaining balance of $in Feband no charges would occur on my bill I paid the remaining balance in Febcausing a zero balance However, in January I was incorrectly charged a $balance on my account and was accessed late charges in Jan, Feb, March, and April of for this past due amount of $-- this $was not told to me be rather continued to accrue (4) consecutive late charges of $a total of $ I am asking that a billing adjustment review of this business and their fee charges be reviewed

I have been trying to settle my account and cancel service with Ready Refresh for almost weeksI am in the process of movingThe first time that I placed a call to cancel was approximately 3/13/I reached a voicemail that stated they had a large call volumeI called after day after that, multiple times and got the same message I visited the website which stated I had to cancel by phone I e-mailed them on 3/15/and was told that I needed to callI explained that they are not taking calls on any of the numbers I hadWith no resolution, I began speaking to someone on *** who advised me they would have someone call meA representative called me when I asked who was calling they hung upWhen I called back immediately , I got the same message stating that they are not taking callsThey are trying to scam me and force me to keep rented equipment while charging me the full price

I've been a customer since before Nestle bought Poland SpringFor the past to months my deliveries have been *constantly* rescheduledI am always running out of waterThis began very suddenly and I feel that a very senior-level person needs to be fired for allowing this to occur for so longSince this has been going on for nearly a year I've finally reached a breaking point & cancelling the serviceDon't waste your time with this horrible company

Bought pack (bottles each pack, FL OZ) of Deer Park 100% Natural Spring water from local grocery store (Harris Teeter)The first pack tastes (I have bought over twenties packs before)While all the bottles from the second pack taste different

I reached out several times in regards to not receiving my delivery (over a week and a half)Until I finally cancelled my serviceTwice I’ve had them arrange to pick up their equipment and refund me, but at this point they have not made an attempt to show up and subsequently I have not received the refund I have been promised

Ready Refresh water delivery service is repeatedly delayed for DAYS leaving customer with no water and no recourseThe company is slow to resolve the issue and just keep pushing off deliveries the morning of the deliveryIt is a breach of contract and should be resolved much better than the current process
