I had their service and was on pleased with the way they handled their business I canceled my service about last month and was waiting for a credit I had to call back last week so they can give me my credit back they gave me my credit then charged my card again for the same amount and they did not close my account still shows that it's is open basically they're not closing my account they're charging my card when he shouldn't have to return all the equipment and get cannot get closure on this account and I'm concerned that they're going to charge my card again when I have no longer any business with them

I have had issues with the service of my water delivery from day I went through different coolers before I was finally given a new cooler as opposed to a refurbished cooler that wouldn't leak all over my kitchen floorEvery month my water deliveries are pushed out at least by one day with no notificationNow I am in the middle of an emergency situation since hurricane Irma is coming to Florida and all of the stores are sold out of waterI called on 9/7/and confirmed that my delivery would be delivered on 9/8/and was told that I was still scheduled to receive my delivery and that if there was going to be any change I would receive a callBy around noon on 9/8/I called since I had not received the order and I was advised that my order was scheduled to be delivered on 9/11/I explained that I had not pre-purchased any water due to my already scheduled delivery and since I had called and confirmed the delivery and had not received notification that it would not

an account with Readyrefresh.com for beverage delivery, this company is owned by NestleThey repeatedly dropped off deliveries on my doorstep without any invoices.I had lost the account login information and loginWhen I finally found it I I have tried to cancel the account online but they will not allow you to or give you the optionFinally my credit card expired and I figured my nightmare of unwanted deliveries with readyrefresh.com was overHowever without my consent they managed to fraudulently deduct the funds using my new expiration date on my credit cardI never gave them the new information or authorized the charge on my new cardI am not sure this is a *** *** but it is certainly unethicalAn ethical company would have sent me a bill and I would have been happy to dispute itI can not believe this is a practice that Nestle would do, but apparently they didI had to call my bank reverse the charge and cancel my credit card to avoid further fraud

For the past two months, I have had delivery issues with ReadyRefresh The company failed to deliver water on time in October *** *as under a hurricane watch, but my delivery was scheduled two days before the hurricane was supposed to make landfall The company refused to send the water even after it became evident that the hurricane was not going to come close to our part of ** There were trucks in the area and they were not sympathetic or apologetic
This month, the driver left a leaky bottle of water I live in a third floor condo and can't have water leaking through the floor to the unit below and I can't leave things on the walkways or I will be fined The driver was in the area and had left about minutes when I called customer service I have never encountered a more rude customer service rep They refused to send the driver to retrieve the water It is unacceptable practice from such a large company The rep was rude, insulting and dismissive I am terri

I have signed up for monthly delivery with Readyrefresh and for the lat months the water has not been delivered in a timely manner For example I had a delivery scheduled for May 24th as of June 2nd I still have not received the water delivery When I called customer service on June 1st I was told that the water would delivered on June 4thHowever I received and email on June 2nd stating that the water will now be delivered on June 5th Since I have not been able to get the water delivery that I signed up for I now have to go out and purchase the water which defeats the purpose of having a delivery service

Called Monday 07/for a new water cooler; promised to receive it on 07/26, which was not received; called on 07/and told will receive it on between am thru 5pm; called on 07/and was informed delivery was changed to Monday 07/

I have had a contract with Nestle Ready Refresh for a few years and when I tried to cancel it, they would not refund me my deposit and they are refusing to pick up their water cooler
