Don't use this company if you are in need of water for your businessI have called daily for two weeks regarding my delivery and they haven't been able to fulfill the orderThey have a high turnover and limited staff

A few months ago I signed up for Nestle Waters to get bottled water delivered and it went ok besides the fact that our first order the dispenser was broken and we couldn't drink the water that they delivered so we had to wait for them to deliver us another despenserAfter that month went by we decided to cancel our *** *** order because we bought a water system and decided we didn't need it anymoreWe called *** *** and cancelled the order and they put the request it so we thought we were good to go! The next day they came and picked up the dispenser and jugs and we thought again that we were good to go! A month goes by and we see new bottles on our door step and we were charged for these watersWe called them immediately to take these waters back and they said they couldn't take them back until Monday and that we were responsible if anything were to happen to the waters we would be charged for themWe told them we already cancelled the services so the waters shouldn't

I have been trying to set up service with Nestle Water Co since before ThanksgivingI have called multiple times, and left multiple messages with "Stephanie" at their corpOffice She has never returned my call, nor has any of the "Sales Reps" that are able to handle wholesale accounts Horrible, horrible customer relations and new service proceduresBut as it stands - they don't need to call me now - I found another compnay and am very satisfied with their serviceWAKE UP NESTLE - you're not the only game in town!!!

I have been with this company for quite a few years last week delivery scheduled for the 4th every day after receiving an email putting off till the following day now they tell me that they're are coming on SaturdayI told him yesterday to get someone here on Friday or I'm going to cancel I'm not home on Saturday I don't believe they're ever coming againinstead of rectifying and having someone come they prefer to cancel
I've been out of water and no one seems to carethey get their money on automatic payment this is no way to run a businessThe girls in the office can't seem to manage the deliveriesWould rather cancel my account than rectify and get someone here immediately or even the following day
They must have changed management over the years it was never like this before
and I definitely do not recommend this company

My office has been a customer of a small business getting monthly drinking water deliveries for nearly years Nestle-Ready Refresh purchased the company recently and we decided to terminate the service I have been attempting to terminate the service, have the cooler and empty water bottles picked up, and have our deposit returned since May 21st I have spoken with different service representatives (Jessica (May 21), Doris (June), and Lisa (June)), and scheduled three separate pick appointments The company has never come to pick up the equipment, and today (June at p.m.) Lisa refused to "guarantee" that they would honor the pick up appointment that she just made with me for tomorrow This continual changing of delivery and/or delivery appointments appears to be their standard business practice, if social media posts are any indication, and reinforces our decision to terminate business with them

Still waiting on one case of water I spent over dollars to have six cases of water delivered Three of those cases were undrinkable, as they had an after taste, even after boiling the water I wrote, got a call back, had two replacement cases, and have spent my entire day a week later waiting on one more case to be delivered I should thank them, because I will be buying a filter today for my water It is frustrating to deal with a company that cannot deliver fresh bottled water, charges much more than the $10/for three cases at the grocery store, still charges delivery fees and can't deliver when they said they wouldI can get instant delivery and the same taste by drinking tap water

I have been paying for water delivery service (primarily for my -year old and 4-year old) and the company, in the month of May, severely delayed water delivery In the month of June, the delivery simply never came The vendor delayed delivery by one day, every single day, until they just agreed that they failed to deliver In that same month (June), I cancelled my service and requested that they pick up the remaining empty bottles and water dispenser They have played the same game: they keep telling me that pick up is happening the next day and that I should leave my bottles and dispense out, but they don't ever comeMeanwhile, they tell me that I am responsible for returning the bottles
The main challenges here are:
1) We are moving out of this location They have failed to deliver the water and failed to pick up the bottles I cannot, and should not, be responsible for keeping these bottles or being financial responsible for them in any way if they refuse (or fail

For several months (almost year) it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get water delivered as scheduled or instructed I simply cannot get the company to do what they've been contracted / paid to do
I have spoken with numerous customer service personnel, team leads, and managers at both the local branch and also in *** (?) The reasons are numerous:
1) for several months my address was not assigned to a "route" so the water was NOT DELIVERED AS SCHEDULED;
2) for several more months when I did get water delivered, the driver neglected to read the notes so the bottles were placed random and the driver neglected to take the empty bottles resulting in a second trip to my house to pick up the empty bottles;
3) for several months the company was out of the 3gal size of bottles so rather than leave 5gal bottles I received an automated voice message delaying the delivery for days;
4) 08/29/scheduled delivery - I rec'd auto voice message advising of a day delay; 08/30/I r

Nestle Water North America took over a company here in *** *** *** Direct over a year ago Since the take over the entire operation has fallen apart from scheduling, delivery, pricing and customer serviceBusiness advises that to keep business consumers happy you need to make good on your promises and follow throughWhen are they going to make good?

I have been a Ready Refresh customer for years but the quality of service over the last two years has been atrociousMy delivery is usually rescheduled three times every single month

They apologized for their gross errors the day after my official complaint, I received a call from ***, who gave me her direct number if I had further issuesThen I received two more phone calls from different employees at Ready Refreast is a shame I had to report to the Revdex.com, before they would acknowledge their mistakes and billing practicesIn regards to the six consecutive payments, that should be something cleary stated on website even though it was not my MAIN concernThey had taken their six consecutive payments including my initial deposit fees and I was unable to remove my cc info online!I respect and appreciate their readiness to accept responsibility for the first time and rectify any gross errors in billing practices, which there were more than I was comfortable with.However, I will be forever wary of the competency provided by the Billing Dept and CS repsTheir delivery service, and products are above reproach and exemplary! Infact, I never received an invoice for this month, but had to call them for them to email me as they previously and routinely did for my monthly invoiceI honestly never know if things are going to run smoothly, but this is a step in the right direction
