My wife and I have refinanced several times through the years, so we are very familiar with lending companies After listening to the radio show on a Sunday morning, I called to get some advice *** *** offered sound advice and helped us through the quickest most problem free refinance we have ever experienced He even called to check on our progress after his portion of the refinance process was completed *** *** not only emailed us to keep us posted on the funding process, but he called to assure me that he would be there for me and keep me posted as things progressed, and he followed through on his promise Its people like *** and *** that make Network Capital the best Fast, professional, and caring Thank you for a job well done

I heard Network Capitals commercial a month ago called in and filled out the application with *** *** I did not initially qualify because of credit issues, I was very close and was given advice on how to help myself and NC paid for a rapid rescore from the Credit Bureaus, and we waited the business days for NO CHANGE, the CBs had not updated my account So literally I approached my CU to try and they said the same thing about credit but they would try to work something outI told *** I was going to do so
That process was taking forever, and to finish the story *** tried again after the 1st, I was approved, we worked through some issues with my appraisal, and I could not find my Survey so I had to get that done, but WE ARE NOW APPROVED FOR A CASH OUT
I am in sales, and I would hire or recommend *** in a New York minute, he is courteous, kind, helpful, tenacious, never gave up, and closed the deal I could not ask for a better experience and his support was excellent and prompt, which was their closing coordinator, if I called or emailed anyone they got back to me that day and put up with my inquiries when I was kind of a pest If you are going to do this, do it with *** and his team

Hello,We sincerely apologize if we inconvenienced the borrower in anyway. We believe the consumer may be mistaking us for another company that has been calling her. A lot of times when people submit their info online (***, ***, ***, ***) the info is sent to
lenders to compete to offer the clients the best deal. This type of shopping is not for everyoneWe called the borrower a total of times over a period of weeks. The first attempts we did not reach them. On the 3rd and final attempt we did reach her and that is when we put her on the DNC. The client called us however a total of times. The client has been and is still on our internal list not to call. We're more than happy to work with the client to get her the best deal still if she's in the market. Please let us know if we need to take any further action

Travis *** *** was our loan officer, he was very helpful throughout the whole processHe was upfront on every aspect, from the beginning to the endOur whole experience with network capitol was very good

My loan offer *** *** did an excellent job selling her companies services and convinced me that they could do better on the loan costs of the company I was currently working with And they did by about 25% My processor, *** *** did a superb of getting all my paper work though the loan process and getting the quote on my GFE locked Everything was clearly explained and they made it easy to get them the required documentation by email When I had trouble finding my second year Wthey helped by providing a link to the IRS website that made it easy to generate the transcript of the missing year
