(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We received their response and immediately followed up that day (12/18/15)and are now waiting yet again. This process is taking a ridiculous amount of time. We will not accept any response through this avenue until our concerns are appropriately and adequately addressed.

[redacted] was working with My predecessor [redacted].  My records indicated that he was not approving some of this work.  My fiel supervisor is sending me all the information on this house.  If the homeowner has approval in writing we will correct.  Once I receive all information I will get with Mrs. [redacted] for Final resolution

Oakwood agrees that all the outstanding concerns on the list need to be completed before this is a Closed issue.  We have work days set and working to complete all items

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  this complaint needs to stay open until the issue is resolved.
Sincerely,

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/08/06) */
Thank you for the opportunity to respond. The leak was resolved on 7/27/15. The drywall is complete and we are in the process of scheduling the painters. The other remaining items will be inspected at the one year warranty walk, as agreed by...

the homeowner and Oakwood representatives.
Thank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].   Here is a copy of a letter of work that was approved and needs to be completed.  I have sent this to them before.   They said I had a 130 work orders, I have sent a 130 emails.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

I spoke to Mrs. [redacted] 1/20/17.  [redacted], our manufacturer's representative has submitted this claim to his technical department for possible reimbursement for the proposed work of siding replacement.  We were also finally able to install the screen on their neighbor's home which will help reduce the reflection which created the siding issue initially.  [redacted] is supposed to communicate back to me once he has received information regarding the reimbursement.  We did set the expectation of having a decision the first week of February and I plan on following up with the [redacted]'s no later than February third regardless of what information we have.

If this was supposedly not covered under warranty then why would they waste my time for 3 months and make it seem like it was getting fixed. Lee did not tell me that they don't reimburse for outside vendors when I asked .So once again no information given . I find it really funny that Oakwood is trying to cover up what they did and can't even reimburse me my money that I spent on a leak from contrition parts in my pipeline . I will purse legal action and my lawyer will be in touch . Thank you

Oakwood is working with the homeowner to complete the outstanding work.  Oakwood will do its best to work around homeowners schedule, but cannot guarantee night and weekend work

The homeowners Grade and landscaping will be completed by 7/11.  The siding is in the manufacturers warranty program and will be corrected when they review and release.  all other items complete

Oakwood has been in contact with the homeowner.  Oakwood understands the homeowners frustration and is working to take care of the outstanding items.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The "repairs" that were attempted this last week on the drywall will all need to be re-done as they didn't correct the problem which was with visible seams on the ceiling. After being kicked out of our house for the last week and having to stay in a hotel, the seams in the ceiling drywall are still highly visible. This is in addition to the list of items that have yet to be addressed.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Thank you,An Oakwood representative is currently working on these concerns and will contact the buyer to schedule the necessary appointments, the siding concerns are being addressed by the builder and a work order went out today to our trade partner in regards to the repairs, based on volume we are expecting completion at around two weeks and will update the buyer as we confirm schedule dates. We apologize and will work diligently to resolve these concerns.

Thank you,We had two associates meet with this homeowner today to inspect and discuss a resolution, once we have an action plan we will coordinate any scheduling with the homeowner,

Thank you for your concern.Oakwood Homes Warranty has looked into this concern and has schedule a certified electrician to inspect and review the panel and electrical circuit to determine a cause and repair if needed. this inspection is scheduled for 3-22-2018 at 9:00 am and will assist in...

determining a resolution for this issue.Best Regards,

Thank you,A representative has reached out to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. They were informed that the cracking grout is normal in the first year and considered homeowner maintenance. The representative offered to do a courtesy end of year touch up repair for them.  When the technician showed up for the...

appointment, the customer asked if he was going to use the exact same color caulk.  Unfortunately, we cannot get caulk that is the exact same color as the grout and cannot guarantee an exact match on a repair.  The representative told Mr. [redacted] that we can try to get a closer match, or we can use a clear silicone, but we can’t get an exact match.  Mr. [redacted] sent a reply that he doesn’t want this done unless it’s an exact match. We would be Happy to complete this courtesy repair with the buyer under the conditions we stated. If he would like to move forward, please have him contact the representative to schedule the repair.Best Regards,

Our Customer Care Liaison has been in contact with our customer to schedule the work that needs to be done.  Our liaison is meeting the customer on Friday 2/12/16 to get as much work done as he can that day and has the flooring company ordering the material and they will schedule once the...

material has arrived.  Oakwood Homes appreciates the opportunity to work with our customer and apologizes for any delays in getting warranty work completed.  Thank you

The amount that was agreed upon between the homeowner and the vice president of warranty has been proceed and the concerns with the master bathroom has been addressed and reported complete.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This is the same thing they have been telling repeatedly. They say someone will be contacted me and nothing happens.  There are times that they do schedule for someone to come by but noone shows up. This is my major frustration. I jsut want everything to be completed
Sincerely,
[redacted]
