Oakwood's next scheduled work date is 8/25 for his fencing issues and Landscaping issues.  Sept 6th is a scheduled work date for the drywall issues

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:We have yet to have any substantial amount of these problems fixed. People keep coming including Oakwood...

warranty people to look at what's wrong but nothing is getting done. We have had scheduled fix days come and go with nothing being fixed. Since May, we have had 3 or 4 days that were supposed to be "the day" that everything would be fixed with nobody showing up. The last day that was supposed to be a whole day of people working on the house was last Friday and again, nothing got done. We had a touch-up painter here for about 10 minutes but he didn't want to do any more because as I stated before, it makes no sense to have painters here before drywall fixes all the problems. People came and looked at the work and said they would have to re-schedule because of the amount of work to be done. This has happened to us twice now. Each time people don't show up, we have to schedule two weeks down again. The drywall person showed up on Friday and said our entire upstairs would need to have the ceiling re-done and they want us to move our furniture. This includes my work from home office and our bedroom. Do you plan on providing us with a place to stay and help with moving all our furniture? We do not intend on closing this case until all items are completed to our satisfaction.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Oakwood was able to complete a number of items on a work day of 8/17.  Oakwood and the homeowenr are working on finding one more work day to address final items

The field Representative has reached out to the homeowner to inspect the electrical and see if there is any more action needed.  The bathroom fan is a continuously running fan, this way the house can keep the air pressure needed to have the house run as efficiently as possible.  This plan...

of house did not require a door to the basement and it should not have affected a radon test.

Thank you for your concern, I have reached out to the installer and service representative as well as the manufacturer of the product for the history regarding this concern and once reviewed will respond back with a resolution to the issue.

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention,After researching these concerns , it was found that all concerns were addressed and completed except for the concrete concerns as the associate that was resolving is no longer with the company, we will have another associate address that concern....

I do show that a release was issued and signed by the home owner for repairs for the water leak and subsequent electric bills, this was signed and a check was issued to the home owner on 2-5-16 and cashed by the home owner on 2-16-16.  We will have a warranty representative reach out to determine what warrantable items remain and resolve accordingly.Regards,

This is a legal matter and I do not believe I can comment on the concern specifically. The homeowner has filed an official Notice of Claim and we have responded per Colorado Law.

We have been working with the homeowner and the manufacturer of the siding to get this issue corrected.  A regionlal manager is taking over the oversight of this project.  If there issue is not fixable there might have to be a color change.   If we do that we will have to repaint garage door so we will complete the warping glass in the garage door when scope of work is determined on rest of house.  The entire house is wrspped underneath the siding to protect the house from the elements.

Thank you for your concerns, After speaking to the siding Manufacturer it has been determined that this home is on the manufacturers list for repair replacement and is on schedule to start the work in the Month of April," weather permitting", Once we have an affirmed date, the manufacturer will...

reach out to the Home owner to schedule the siding work. The concern with the vent will be looked into thru a community representative as the plans do not call for a vent in this location and there is no history during the warranty period indicating agreement for installing a vent, The concrete was inspected and was not covered under the warranty as there was no vertical displacement at time of inspection and surface deterioration is not warrantable for exterior concrete as exposed to the elements. Oakwood will continue to follow up with the Manufacturer until the siding has been completed and if determined that a vent is needed, will install as required.Regards,

Thank you, An Oakwood representative was contacted and has reached out to the trade partner to reschedule and revisit the repair to correct the issue for the Home owner, they are currently scheduling for the week of 4-24-14. An Oakwood representative will contact the Mr. [redacted] to schedule for that week. We apologize for any lack of service on our part and will work to correct the concern.Best Regards

I am rejecting this response because:Hello, We still have not gotten our issues resolved. [redacted] came by to check things out on 8-10-16. On August 16 he sent this email:"[redacted],I do apologize, I just figured out today that many emails I sent last week did not go out.  Is there any way that I could get one of our punch companies in your home to knock out most of the caulking, painting and drywall repairs?  If I can then likely the only items that wouldn’t be completed would be the hump in the basement floor, grout at the master bath floor and assessment and adjustment of the garage doors.  Please let me know so I can get the appropriate paperwork out today if tomorrow can work.  I would also come by for the humidifier as well.[redacted]"The company came by to do some things and to date have not rectified Humidifier and now other items from the walk through. We have not heard back from [redacted]. Thank you for your time regarding this matter, [redacted]
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:The work and service here is just awful.  I can't believe we are being left with this work!!  I would've rather had our driveway with the displacement than looking like it does.  We live in a nice area, paid a lot of money for this home,  and it is purely 100% unacceptable to be left with our driveway and patio looking like this!! What happens when HOA notices the driveway?  They won't think this is an okay way to present the neighborhood!  Others right around us have had entire driveways replaced for similar reasons as our displacements--what did they have to do to get Oakwood to make things right?  When here at my home in September, the Regional Manager [redacted] Woodroof said that they would get an expert opinion on the driveway before replacing anything to make sure it was done right and didn't, and the contractor's recommendation was ignored!  [redacted] and [redacted] told me to tell them when the patio moved more so it could be addressed. It moved a LOT and is in terrible condition, so I let them know and now I'm being told it's normal and nothing will be done!  No one can explain why they, and Oakwood, are going back on their words!  I'm at a complete loss.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Due to a scheduling conflict with a trade partner on the original work date a new work day has been scheduled with the homeowner for 8/7/17.

The tile repairs were completed last week and we are awaiting for the cleaning crew to arrive scheduled for tomorrow to deep clean the inside our house due to the dust as a result of the removal of the tiles. We appreciate Revdex.com effort to provide us with some insight about the current situation with the warped siding.  Thank you for obtaining the contact person at the manufacture of the siding.  I feel this issue could have gone on longer than expected and necessary.  I will attempt to contact the manufacture of the siding you provided me to file a claim.  I hope to have some resolution soon.
Sincerely,

Thank you for your correspondence,A warranty representative reached out to the Home owner today to resolve the remaining concerns,In regards to the dead tree it is on our spring log, in the system it had been noted that the depression was taken care of due to response from our...

landscaper that they had taken care of it.  It will be noted on the spring log as well.  landscaping does not start up again for spring items until April.  As for the electric, we have had [redacted] check the breakers for the homeowner since many of the exterior receptacles are GFCI protected to the basement outlets.  We have ask for a schedule date for the Electrician to be out there.  thanks and have a great day.
