I am rejecting this response because: Yes, an engineer looked at the basement and said somehow it is fine That is why is was NOT part of the request to do anything No, an engineer did NOT look at the patio nor driveway Please explain why our drvieway patchwork is a different color than any other driveway in the area? Because it WAS NOT DONE PROPERLYA full driveway was done on Marblehead, right around the corner, more recently than ours and is a color Our driveway looks terrible and I'm expecting a letter from the HOA at anytime Neighbors have commented on it asking what's wrong It is entirely unaaceptable to leave us with a shoddy driveway patch with a shade difference and a completely different texture NO ATTEMPT was made to match it, at all A patio literally sinking, being able to feel it as you step down, requiring sealing twice in weeks and then continuing to separate is NOT and is NOT OKAY These are unacceptable and I will not accept the work as is Oakwood needs to make this right they need to be liable for poor work across the board We've been trying to get various things around the home done for TWO AND A HALF YEARS We have been extremely patient and nice, and we are now beyond frustrated, stressed and upset

have been very helpful about getting the siding fixed however that is not the issueTHe issue is they are replacing with the same "faulty" siding. Siding they have fixed a month ago already needs to be replaced again less then days later. If they contine to replace with the same siding the problem is not fixedAFter my yera of warrenty is up I am just going to be stuck with it. Please let me know if you need pictuires etc. Yes they are responsive in replacing it, however same issues are occuring, Again I am not the only house I see isssues with over 75% of the houses in the neighborhood

The gas line was not completed on 5/as stated.The open space area was not seeded. Thermal Imaging I was told in an email on 3/that the Thermal Imaging was completed and they were waiting on a report and on your response it states that this still needs to be completed. Missing blind from HMI still not installedDrywall repair throughout the housePaint repair throughout the houseThird party floor inspection as still not been completedPayment for Radon testing, I will send this information over to the parties involved once againWhen this entire list is addressed I will accept

Thank you, Our Oakwood representative reached out today to this Home owner to discuss the process, the home was inspected on 12-5-and we are waiting on The manufacturer for final resolution, We have the homeowner on our manufacturer lists of concerns to be addressed in regards to this specific
issue and will schedule accordingly once we have a start date from the manufacturerAn Oakwood representative is in email contact with the buyer as of today and has also been in contact with the manufacturer, replacement or repair will also be weather dependent.Regards,

Oakwood Homes has requested a 3rd party manufacturer's inspection of the flooringTo keep this a completely unbiased inspection Oakwood, our flooring installer and the manufacturer have no control over the scheduling and timeliness of the inspectionOakwood has made the homeowner aware that this
process can take anywhere from to weeks to schedule the inspectionOakwood Homes understands and empathizes with the frustration of the timeline in regard to this inspection, but to keep it independent Oakwood cannot be in charge of this schedule

I want a reasonable time frame set with this follow upI request that they contact me and send someone out within week from today

Thank you,This home closed on 10-25-2013, the material and workmanship warranty expired on 10-25-2014, the remaining warranty would be the structural warranty which is valid thru 10-25-The home is not painted but has a colored stucco coat applied to itDue to significant fading on one side of
the home from sun exposure, Oakwood agreed to re stucco that side only as a courtesy to the homeowner, this caused that side to look newer than the remaining three sides that had less significant fadingMost homes stucco or painted surfaces will start to fade around to years of age or sooner especially with darker colors such as green or redUnfortunately this is not a warranty issue but an issue with maintaining the homeHOA and Metro districts usually require new paint at around to years or when the home shows significant fading from the sun and is common in Colorado due to our sun exposureUnder the warranty sect b page 75, fading of the surface material is not a deficiency but a condition dependent of climatic conditionsWe suggest the homeowner paint the remaining sides to match the new stucco so as to be HOA compliant as part of the maintenance of their homeIf the home owner feels there is a material defect with the product itself, they would need to contact the manufacturer and submit that claim separatelyWe would be happy to provide another copy of the warranty guidelines for review if needed.Regards,

Oakwood finally came out with their structural engineer on 8-18-A fix was decided on and work was scheduled for X-XX-XXXX and 8-27-Work did not get completed as promised and work was rescheduled for 9-5-On X-X-XXXX nobody showed up from OakwoodI reached out to Oakwood again and asked that they complete the work on X-XX-XXXX or 9-17-On X-XX-XXXX only Oakwood showed up to "Inspect" againNo work was completedDuring this time I was told by the Oakwood Rep to contract with a Garage Door company to fix the doors now that the wall had been moved and to submit a receipt for reimbursementI agreedNo other work happened this week after walking through all that needed to be finished stillOakwood then scheduled the final work to take place on 9-22-X-XX-XXXX came and went and again no work happened or anyone showed upOn X-XX-XXXX I submitted the receipt for the Garage Door work and still have not heard anythingAll other communications to Oakwood have gone unreturned againAt this point I have foundation work, siding work, soffit work, drywall work, material cleanup, and a reimbursement for the Garage Doors to be issuedI was told many times by Oakwood to "Trust the Process" but how can I trust OakwoodI have gone through almost years of *** with this company and they only work with me while a Revdex.com claim is openI want them to finish this work so that I can end this nightmare

Oakwood has not resolved this issue yet*** finally reached back out to me when this complaint was re-openedHe scheduled work for 11-17-On XX-XX-XXXX at 10:AM I contact *** to confirm that work was really going to happen or if the appointment needed to be rescheduled because a Blizzard was forecasted for the 17th*** did not get back to me until 10:that night to cancelThis forced me to take a day off for nothing again*** then rescheduled for the 24thHE even contacted the Revdex.com and told them this new dateToday(the 24th) I contacted him since no one has shown up yet and he told me:
"This has been rescheduled for after the holidayWhat is your availability in December 2015?"
Here I took another day off and he rescheduled it without telling me againI'm so frustrated and Angry with Oakwood homes refusing to honor their promisesI should not have to deal with the lies and lost pay anymore to get something done that should have been done before I moved in years agoI WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OAKWOOD TO ANYONENOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!! I still cannot understand how Oakwood Homes has an A rating with the Revdex.comI'm losing a ton of faith in the Revdex.com in dealing with this
