Thank you, After researching this concern , the home closed on 5-29-with the one year customer care program expiring on 5-29-2016, the exterior flat work was inspected by an Oakwood homes representative in June and determined to have cracking at the control joints, this was repaired as a
courtesy to the home owner by sealing the cracks to prevent water intrusion under the slabPlease refer to the Home owner guide book page sect under exterior concrete: excessive cracking of concrete...we will repair surfaces where cracks exceed 1/vertical displacement or width by filling, patching or grinding We have resolved this concern

I am rejecting this response because: Though a representative has contacted me, there has still been no affirmation as to "if" and "when" the replacements will be made to the house's sidingAdditionally, further questions have been submitted to customer care regarding the protocol for color selection of the new siding (whether or not my family will have the opportunity to select a new color, as the current shade is defective), and these responses have not been addressedAgain, we simply ask for a hasty resolution to the problem, as the warped siding is worsening on a daily basis.
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Thank you. Because we live out of state, we need to be given a reasonable amount of time to purchase airline tickets so that we can be on site for the appointment. We have made numerous trips over the last year and a half for appointments with Oakwood, only to find out none of the work agreed upon was actually completed. We look forward to getting this work done, so we will make a trip out to Johnstown again when we know when the items will be addressed. Please remember that we have renters in the house and we have to give them notice that we will be addressing these issues at a specific time. That's why we wanted to get these issues taken care of prior to having tenants in the house.Sincerely,*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as it doesn't take more than a few weeks to hear back from Oakwood
Sincerely,
*** ***

Thank you,Oakwood has reached out to the field representative and the trade partner to inspect and determine a resolution for your request, once we have inspected and have a resolution in place, we will contact the homeowner to initiate any repairs or replacement.Regards,

Oakwood will inspect the affected area again and make sure that if the correction does not old, we will make sure to figure out a permanent solution. Oakwood is working directly with the Manufacturer on this. The homeowner needs to understand that he has a lifetime warranty through the manufacturer which he can reference @ *** Also, even if this occurs outside of out year customer care program, Oakwood will help facilitate any work necessary with Napco

This house was a model and was sold "as is" . we did an inspect because the homeowner was worried it was structural. We let him know that Flatwork and stoop are not structural and we would not replace under our one year customer care program. As this house is also more than
years old there is no structural or limited liability warranty on this house through Oakwood or the State. No further action will be performed by Oakwood

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. An Oakwood Homes representative made contact with this Home owner today via email and a voice messageA trade has been scheduled to complete this repair by 2-24-and we have asked for access to the rear yard to complete repairs.Best Regards,

I personally apologize for not responding to our customer in a more timely manner to assist with resolving his concerns I commit to contacting the homeowner today to discuss his concerns and see what we as a company can do to adequately address the homeowner's concerns *** ***
