We had our tub/shower replaced. Dennis and DJ were amazing and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. It did take longer than one day, it took three, but that was not anyone’s fault. The amount of damage behind the old tub was substantial. All in all, I am very happy with the new tub/shower. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure is not great. I am waiting to hear back on this, so hopefully it can be fixed.

I am very satisfied with my bathtub to shower conversion. Mike my technician did an excellent installation, while keeping the mess to a minimum. There was an issue with the existing plumbing and the team addresses it promptly. I would highly recommend NewPro.

The installers were professional and neat. They kept me in the loop with the process and it looks great. I would do it again. Great experience.

Everything was great from the get go. Clint was great and I was surprised that they would come out on Memorial Day weekend to give us a quote. Mike was great on installation day. He was here early. He set up drop cloths over everything and was very thorough. John the plumber was great as well. We had our tub replaced and it was 9 hours beginning to end.

We had Newpro windows installed approximately 30 years ago with guaranteed free replacement for life. Now we have problems and have contacted both Wrentham and Woburn several times with no response. After many messages left someone called and said he would be here (7/12) between 9-12. It is now 12:30 and no show, no call !! It would appear that they are unresponsive to avoid fixing the problem. Very poor service or lack of!

Very pleased from beginning to end. Sales staff was very knowledgeable. Johnathan and Patrick were very communicative re: materials and scheduling. Jenelle was also very helpful in the scheduling dept. Eric C and Kurt M were very nice and very efficient. My Mother is very happy with her new walk-in shower!

David H was our contractor for the installation of the *** shower, Dave was very professional, answered any questions we had. Excellent workmanship, very neat and clean.
Our salesperson, Cole C was also helpful and pleasant to work with.

the two installers, Dan L and Trevor B were great, the sales rep who originally came and give the price was also really great, all very friendly and professional.

This was possibly the worst customer service experience that I have ever had with any business.
My husband and I contacted Newpro to replace our malfunctioning jetted tub/shower prior to renting out our apartment. We planned the work months in advance to ensure that it could be completed in the week period after we had moved out and before the renters moved in. This way, the apartment would be completely empty for ease of working and the work would be done for the new renters. We decided to go with a full service company who could take care of all of the details because of the limited timeline we had to get the work done. What followed was a series of mishaps that highlighted this companies complete lack of communication and capability.
The first red flag was when the company called to tell us that the tub was ready a few weeks before we had asked to schedule the service. At the time we had signed the contract with the company, we had asked and had been assured that the work could be completed that specific week. The person who I spoke with was not happy that I wanted to wait until the week we had previously agreed upon and was obvious about their displeasure.
My husband and I arranged for one of us to have off on the day that the work was supposed to be completed. When the workers arrived, they asked where they could park and we told them there was street parking. They then told us that they wouldn’t be able to do the work that day because there weren’t any parking permits pulled and it would take 72 hours to pull the appropriate Boston parking permits. This was very upsetting due to the time constraints that we had and the fact that we had taken off of work to have this completed. When I called to speak with someone at the company I was told that I should have notified them that they would need permits. This was news to me since the sales team came to our house to give us a quote and should have communicated to the company that permits would need to be pulled. I don’t work for newpro and have no idea what equipment they bring to their jobs. It shouldn’t have been my responsibility to pull parking permits nor was I told that that would be expected. We were obviously upset that the scheduled work was not going to take place until the day before our tenants were scheduled to move in. When I communicated this over the phone, I was told, “Do you think this is how I wanted to start my day off?” I found this to be extremely inconsiderate as I was the customer whom the company was not delivering on.
Newpro was unable to expedite the parking permits and the work was rescheduled for Friday, the day before our tenants were going to move in. They were supposed to arrive at 8 and we were ensured that the work would be completed that day. By 9, no one had arrived and we had not heard from the company. We contacted Newpro and were told that they were having issues with traffic and would be there soon. At 10:30 someone finally arrived. The contractor came into the bathroom, looked at the work and told me that they wouldn’t be able to complete it in one day because no one had notified them the extent of what they were doing or that they had to remove a glass door. I was visibly upset and he told me that he had been on another Newpro job that morning and got a call to come to this one. He said that if he had been able to get there early in morning he may have been able to complete it that night, but because he was starting so late, it would never happen. Newpro neglected to assign a contractor to our job. I asked if they could call in more people to get the work done and was told no until I said that I wanted to cancel the job completely. I walked him to the door and he told me to wait while he called the company. Miraculously, Newpro was able to send an additional contractor out to get the job done by that evening.
Unfortunately, the wall on the side of the tub unit was damaged during the installation and not repaired. Our towel holder was ripped out of the wall and not put back on and because the work was not done until late that night, I doing touch up painting until right before our tenants moved in. We had to call Newpro back to complete the job and fix the wall on the side of the tub.
This was a terrible experience. I would never recommend this company.

The owner, Nick Cogliani spoke with *** in response to the complaint on 7/2. NEWPRO apologizes for the experience which is not representative of the nearly 75 year reputation of making homeowners happy. Communication is a critical component to our success and for delivering an exceptional customer experience. The city permits and requirements should have been part of the internal planning to complete this project to the customer's expectations. Our customer service team is trained to be proactive and to delight the customer. What was experienced as explained is not representative of the NEWPRO culture. NEWPRO is using this as a training opportunity and is reviewing all areas of communication. We continue to learn how we can improve our customer experience and project planning practices especially when it relates to the challenges of city rules and restrictions that require additional attention and communication. NEWPRO is grateful for the opportunity to speak with this homeowner in more detail as part of ongoing improvement. We were very happy to hear that *** was extremely satisfied with the quality of the craftmanship along with the quality of the materials to update the bathroom in her rental unit.

They did a fantastic job on the roofing project very happy with the work done. However they only got four stars because almost three months later I sill have a pallet and roofing supplies in my driveway.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I was at an event ans signed up to get information about a bath remodel. They have called me no less than 15 times in 4 days, never leave a message just continue to call my house. I WILL NEVER do business with these people. I wouldn't mind if they left message called back a few days later but they call mulptiple times a day!

Harassing phone calls 4 times a day. I'm a 78 year old woman and just want to be left alone. The number they are calling from is *** I've had my son answer the phone a few times and he's warned them to stop calling or we will contact the police. Stop these calls NOW!

We had Newpro install a new tub and shower and it couldn't have gone smoother. Mat V *** was the representative and did a fantastic job. He kept the work area clean and the finished product came out great. He would happily fill me in on the job progress throughout the day when I would poke my head in. Would definitely use them again.
