The sales rep we dealt with was very informative. Dennis & Dennis - our installation crew -
came on time, were efficient and personable, explained every step of the process, and gave a very detailed set of instructions about how to clean and care for our new tub and shower. We're very happy with the result. I recommend NewPro!

Jordan did a fine job, and cleaned up after his work with the caulking. He explained what he'd do and he verified that there were no other cracks. But as years go by - if there are any others not to hesitate to phone the office.

A class act business right from the sales, installers and customer service reps. Very good quality windows some of the best around and an excellent installation crew. The only negative I can say is the price but wouldn't we all want high quality windows and installation at lower prices.

We had a shower installed by Newpro contractors. Broken floor tiles, glue on floor and rug, damage to wall and window trim. Complained by phone when they called me for a survey someone called me back regardy survey, explained my compainsts a second timr to be told someone would follow up eith me to fix issues and I was never called back. Sales man that sold shower to me text me asking how everything worked out and I voiced my complaints to him, he said it was unacceptable and someone would be calling me, never heard from anyone so I feel my last option is to file a formal complaint.

Our bathroom shower was installed by one gentleman who worked fast to make sure the job was completed in one day. Very professional and respectful.

Despite the fact that the bathroom shower remodel was labor intensive, our contractor, Eric, was professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job with both demolition and installation. His work ethic is excellent. Eric made sure he paid attentin to all the details customizing his work to our needs.

I had 2 windows installed the week before Christmas by Trevor B and Gamaliel P and I couldn't be happier with the service and product received. They were professional, prompt, courteous and did not leave a mark behind. Not only are the two windows high quality and a perfect fit, but the house was left spotless after they left.

We created a contract on 11/7 to have a new window, a bathtub and wall unit installed. The contract states that we had 3 business days to cancel but it wasn't until 11/15 that we found out that we were not getting a new "construction window" . They came out to measure for a new replacement window. We called the sales rep that wrote the contract to cancel the entire sale. He told us that it was beyond the 3 days and we could not unless we wanted to lose our entire deposit of 2665.00. We opted to remove the window from the contract and we were refunded 169.00. I believe that we have been lied to again and wish to cancel this entire sale. There hasn't been any work done and we would like a full refund of 2496.00 back. I have made numerous calls to the company about this without anyone returning my calls.

NEWPRO has reached out to the customer and resolved.

Newpro signed my name to one or more credit application without my permission. I've tried cancelling my contract as I did not agree to the credit terms. Newpro tells me I must pay a hefty cancellation fee. Newpro did not disclose their relationship with the finance company prior to the loan approval. Newpro didn't answer my calls in a timely manner in order for me to cancel within the 3 day time period during which I had many questions.

I purchased windows from NewPro July 28, 2005 with a lifetime warranty. I recently began having problems with 3 windows that won’t close properly. I have called for service several times. Today, November 1st I had an appointment. Serviceman was to arrive between 9 and 12. P.O.
No one came and no one called. When I reached someone (***) at*** I was told someone had been here, someone had called and a message had been left, none of which happened. There was no number on my .caller ID and no message on my phone and no one was here.
I feel I’m being given the run around if not being out right lied to.
Cold weather is here and I need for my windows to be serviced so they close properly.
Incidentally I have checked reviews fir his company and the majority are unfavorable.

The service tech, Ryan was great. He went through the windows with issues and fixed them, then he showed me how to maintain them.
Polite, positive and informative. He did a great job.
