We chose Newpro for our bathroom because we were guaranteed a quick turnaround and 1 maximum 2 day install. It turned into a 5 day fiasco with no shower or sink for 5 days and no toilet for a full day. They were hard to reach during this time period and slow to respond, and when they left they left large chunks of our floor missing and the wall cracked. Our downstairs neighbor also had water leak from our unit into his fan, presumably from some faulty plumbing. I would avoid this company and not trust the reviews. When you try to submit a negative review, they try to dissuade you by offering the alternative to have them fix the situation, and then never hear back.

Bath Wraps doing business as newpro were suppose to be doing my bathroom over. It was a disaster from the first day. The whole process was suppose to take one day. They began on 8/13 and couldn't find the water shut off. I had to have the City of *** come out. They started so late that they had to come back to finish on 8/14. They finished the bathroom but the next day water was pouring through my kitchen when ceiling .I frantically called every number I had for them and had to wait for a call back. That night a plumber came out and did a quick fix! He opened up.my kitchen ceiling and broke the shelf off the wall by sitting on it and crushed in my wall. Unfortunately we were leaving on vacation for a week the very next day. After vacation I called them to come back and repair the mess! They sent plumber back on 9/4 to hard plumb what he should have done in the first place. Then on 9/5 *** came and patched the wall. He also patched the hole in the ceiling. It still needs a sanding and a second coat not to mention I'm going to have to paint. I am completely inconvenienced and disgusted with the unprofessionalism of this Company. We are paying 9675.00 for this disaster and I find it very unfair. Today is 9/10 and Nupro has not called to arrange the remaining repairs. This one day job is a month long nightmare.

We have called them back and left 2 messages. He called once and left a message. We are still unable to speak to this so called Vice President on his direct line to voice mail. We called a third time yesterday and left a message and have not received a call back. I have had to many excuses from this Company that promises excellence! A one day job finally completed on Monday September 23. The job that started on August 14. I have been totally inconvenienced. I have had to re arrange schedules and plans every time they came out. I also had to remove glasses and everything off shelves. The plaster dust was every where even though the technician did a good job trying to maintain it. I have pictures to prove it.

Had Newpro replacement windows installed in our home 35+ years now. Needed to replace glass due to seal failure. New glass installed in a timely and cost effective manner. Jim C and Peter B did a great job!! Customer Service at Newpro has been great.

This company is dishonest. The job took 5 months from date of deposit when 6 weeks was promised. The installation crew did a good job and cleaned up all their mess. Their price is very high compared to others and changes after the first quote and the second quote and then they send the Director to quote lower to get the job firmed up. After several new installation dates, the job was finally completed after 5 months. I will never do business with New Pro again and recommend to others to stay away

I purchased windows from Newpro over 20 years ago. I was told in writing that as long as I own the home, they would fix and/or repair the windows for FREE!! One window was broken May 3, 2019. Somebody came out to the house to measure the window for a replacement on May 10, 2019. I gave them over a month before I started calling to find out when they would be out to replace it. It is now August 29, 2019, and I still have a broken window. NOBODY has called me back. I have called at least once every other week since the end of June. I just keep getting a voicemail mailbox or being told somebody will get back to me, without getting a call back!! I am becoming aggravated with the whole situation!!! My 3 and 4 year old grandsons sleep in the room with the broken window!! I NEED it fixed before winter!!!! I never expected it to take this long to get a window fixed!!!!!! We had a window seal break a few years ago and they came out and fixed it within 2 months!! I will NOT recommend this company to anybody ever again!!!!

NEWPRO has reached out to this homeowner multiple times - there was no voicemail or answer on a few occassions but the notes indicate the team is expediting the order and the homeowner has been contacted. NEWPRO will do everything they can to follow through and take care of the homeowner.

[I have NEVER received any calls from Newpro!! I have an answering machine in my house, as well as one from the phone company!! There is NO reason they wouldn't have been able to leave a message!! I have called them several times with NO RESULTS!!!! Each time I've called, I've left my name AND phone number!!! As of today, I still have NOT HEARD FROM THEM!!!!If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here. Charlie K did an awesome job installing the bathtub/shower. The shower was competed in one day. It’s a lifetime warranty!

Since signing the contract to purchase a bathroom remodel I have had coutless issues with the company finishing the project including serv ice peopel who do not come during the window promised, not calling me at all to reschedule when they clearly did not show up, to signing a document that I thought was supposed to be about a completion of the toilet which turned out to be completeion of the entire project and now I am paying interest on a project that has not been completed!

The operations VP has been in contact with the homeowner and a service is set for 8/22. This had been previously set but had been rescheduled by the homeowner a couple of times. NEWPRO was directed to call the daughter's phone number to schedule appts - we made multiple call attempts without contact. The homeowner advised us the daughter was having problems with the phone - this led to the delay in communication. NEWPRO has every intention to complete the project to the homeowner's satisfaction and will stay in contact with the homeowner direct.

This is a lie. Not only did my daughter make multiple attempts to call them and they said they would call right back and didn't.... they also have my phone number and I called them multiple times and they did not call back! The only reason they are responding now is becuase I complained.They did call to schedule for Thursday lets see if they show up since they havent on multiple occassions.They also did not respond to crediting the finance charges that I have been paying for several months when the job has not been completed.
