I paid almost $16.000 for the shower, got a cheap material and a cheap shower head that you can buy from home depot for less than $100.00 dollar the shower door was installed with a large gap at the bottom no water pressure when they send the installer back to fix the gap he said that's the way its suppose to be .will never recommend to anyone I got robbed I should've got more quotes before signing the contracts

Worst decision I ever made.
Had them install 3 windows and had issues with all 3.
All 3 windows developed staining/ fogging between the glass panes.
First one was fixed without issue.
Different story with the second two.
After 15 months and four visit with the wrong glass configuration they finally got it right.
Customer service is absolutely terrible, and I’m being nice.
No updates on when they would return to complete the job.
Worst experience with a contractor ever!
They can’t even do windows right and now they do everything under the sun!
Buyer beware, stay clear of these jokers.

I returned the call to their installation manager and never heard back. Tried and left messages at both office and cell number at least four additional additional times without any response.
From reading other reviews, it appears this is their standard operating procedure. Absolutely terrible!

I have had my Newpro Windows since 2006 and never really had issues. Bill P came out today and fixed my issue effortlessly. He gave me a lesson on how to fix it if it happened again, why it happened, how to prevent it from happening and showed me how to properly care for my windows. He was on time, courteous, polite and a HUGE HELP! What a nice man. Thanks Bill, you made my day!

I had a new tub and shower installed, The tub stopper has failed and a call for service for the caulking has not been responded to. Because it has been 3 weeks with many e-mails and promises of call backs I would like to request your support. The project was very expensive and is just over 24 months and it is failing

Because I have not received a call back I have pay another provider to have the tub stopper repaired. I am asking for a response to my concerns.

I have received phone calls that have left messages that they are willing to respond. I have called back A few times and left messages with all my contact information.I have saved all of the out reach.

If I could give negative stars I would. We agreed to use this company and pay twice what others were charging because they had a great sales presentation and we thought we would be in good hands with good customer service. Well it started the first day or so of the job, it was a pouring rainstorm and we came home to see the workers had removed all our outside light fixtures and left the wires just dangling open. The job manager did come back out and fix that so we still thought things were going well. In the next day or so my husband came home to see a worker standing on our front porch overhang who jumped down when he pulled up (and it is still crooked to this day, no one ever would address fixing it despite multiple complaints). He also noted the workers to be drinking beer and threw the empties in the dumpster. When the job was supposedly finished, we noticed the dryer vent had been sealed over so fumes were coming back in to the house, the hose hookup had been covered over and the seams at the peak in the front of the house didn't line up. Also we had been promised a screen door free at the sales presentation but that was never ordered. So we called the company to complain of all of this and the project manager came out and argued with us over some of the fixes. The did come and fix the dryer vent and the hose hookup, but the roofline still doesn't look lined up and the front porch roof is still tilted. We complained again, the sales man came back out and told my husband we were being too picky and accused my husband of getting hostile. Then the screen door arrives and it is put on backwards. I again complained but they fought back. There was pushback for every complaint. We paid 36,000 for this!
Then I posted a *** review and was contacted by the owner and I thought well ok now things will be addressed. I played phone tag with him many times and then he just stopped reaching out despite saying he wanted to make things right for us. He is a local guy and at least I have been able to stop some of my neighbors from using them. They even lied to us and said they inspected our house all around after one complaint but my neighbor saw the man get out of his truck take a picture of the front and get back in his truck and drive away. No inspection of our complaints done. We also had a metal shovel in the yard that went missing when the company was finished. I am sure this could go on and on, I was even cc'd on a email stating " in order to keep this guy happy...", how rude. I have given this company ample time to try to make any of this right and they have done nothing. I am just trying to spread the word to prevent someone else from making our mistake

From the start the salesmen were very friendly. Our go to guy most of the time was Terrell M. He always answered my emails and was very accommodating. The installers Mike and Jon were again very friendly and efficient and explained everything that they were doing. Great windows!

Newpro was great in particular Paul M who is a true craftsman. He was able to replace our curved rotten wood window sills with great skill
His partner Trevor B was a dedicated worker and skilled in the finishing flashing
I would want these two on any future window needs

I purchased Newpro windows in 1984. Newpro has stood by their product and I have perfectly functional windows to this day. I've had to have springs and handles replaced from time to time and the service has always been perfect. The service person is always friendly and helpful and comes when they are scheduled. Thank you Newpro!

I love this new walk-in *** shower. It is stunning and a huge improvement. I decided on a tub to shower conversation for my aging parents and this is a game changer. It looks expensive and it is easy to care for. The installer, Dave was so nice and clean and worked fast! I would highly recommend this product and company for an outstanding job!
