I've never dealt with Newpro before but the house that my fiance and I just bought has 9 of their windows. When I tried washing them and noticed that the latches on them were broken I called them. They were here to service them for a small fee very quickly. The shining star for this company is the service man that came to fix them. Bob. He was polite, on time and went above and beyond.

I believe I must have reached out to this company some time ago about getting a quote. Since then they have added me to some automated call list that calls me twice a day every day. If I answer I get no response and they often leave a 2 second voicemail with no content. I have called and left voicemails about being removed from their call list and have not received a response. This is beyond trying to obtain customers and is borderline harassment. I would not use this company since they clearly are not organized or responsive to potential customers.

Doing business with Newpro has been a great experience. They have kept us updated the whole time, installed the windows ahead of the estimated time and everyone I dealt with was totally professional.

We bought New Pro "triple pane" windows about fifteen years ago with a lifetime warranty for repairs and/or replacement. Just the other day (some fifteen years later) one of the windows had some parts break, so we called New Pro to see how they would stand behind their warranty. To our pleasure they sent out a tech. promptly and he replaced the parts and fixed the window in no time flat at no cost; just as stated all those years ago.
The techs. name is Peter B (I think - little hard to make out the handwriting of the last name) but he was amazing and professional. Thank you Peter and New Pro.

From the very beginning we were treated very kindly. No pressure at all. Each and every person that worked on our home did an amazing job and clean up. Marcos and his crew were absolutely awesome.

Newpro bath facelift: The techs showed up on time. They fully explained all phases of the job, they were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The tech who did most of the install made sure drop cloths were used to cut down on dirt in the house , gave his all to the job and cleaned up when the job was complete. The bath and enclosure came out Fantastic! My wife and I could not have been more impressed. The Techs like their job and it showed. As far as we are concerned, this upgrade out paces our original bathroom renovation back in 2000. Excellent craftsmanship. It was a pleasure to meet Mike and Mark and we recommend them highly. We were happy we contacted Newpro!

Although it took far too long, the re-modeled shower we finally got was just what we had wanted.

However, we began the project in October and it was not completed until the end of April the next year! There were multiple ordering and installation issues that were very frustrating. It appeared that NEWPRO was learning on the job.

To NEWPRO's credit, they corrected at their expense all issues and were never combative concerning our complaints and issues. The final product is a very fine shower. If NEWPRO could have delivered the final shower in the time frame (1-month) initially expected, we would have given them a 5-star rating instead of the 3-star provided.

From start to finish, dealing with NewPro has been a fantastic experience. Mike C was the rep who came to our house and helped us select the right windows for our house. He also answered every question we had. There was no pressure. We were really nervous because we had to replace all the windows in the house. Once we picked out our windows, Mike expl***ed what the next step would be and what would happen after that. Everything went as he told us it would. The installation crew led by Greg D was just outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about them. They expl***ed everything and were not just very professional but great guys overall. Any question we had they would take the time to answer. After they left, we did find a few very small items. We immediately contacted NewPro Customer Service and Jenelle C stepped in to insure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. Greg D Jr came back with the crew and fixed everything. As I said there was nothing major and they were done in less than 30 minutes. This is our second time using NewPro. They also put insulated vinyl siding on the house. We are very happy that we selected NewPro and would highly recommend them to anyong.

Newpro was very professional, from the salesperson (David P) to the installation team (led by Eli, who was great!). Our new bathtub and shower look amazing, and the wonderful team at Newpro was able to complete the project in one day! We are so happy. We highly recommend Newpro.

Everyone at NEWPRO has been great to deal with. From Mike and Jason in sales to Bill who came out to measure my windows to Mike and Jon who did the install. The were all kind courteous and very professional.
When we had questions after the installation Bill came out and went over everything and answered all our questions.
I am looking forward to my next NEWPRO project and hope to have Mike and Jon do the work for me.

Love my new windows! Working with new pro was a great experience, from Juston the initial visit to pick colors and windows to the 2 installers who came to put them in. I really felt that I could ask any question and get and honest answer. Thank you Andria in the service Dept for taking the time to schedule installation for my convince.

New Rpo installed my tub and tub surround yesterday. Eric was awesome, worked hard and had a fantastic sense of humor. Everything was done according to schedule.

The initial meeting with sales rep was good presentation. I already new alot about Newpro from growing up in New England. Scheduling the measuring the windows for the final order got to be a little bit of an issue. First the person called a couple days after talking with sales rep and I wasn't prepared to have someone come out so quick. Because of my work and the time of year I needed more time to schedule, so I picked a date and time that worked but having very tight schedule I gave specific instructions on my needs. The day came and time was getting late, I called up the office and the customer service rep told me that the schedule for arrival was later than I could do. So I had to reschedule. That day came and the no one came at the time schedule I called and my appointment wasn't put in. I was starting to loose confidence I wanted to speak to manager and no one was available. Eventually after some very stressful moments finally got things settle they came in measured placed my order. I got the call the windows were in, I had to explain that I was out of state and that the only available day was on the 12 of April otherwise I can't do anything till June. Appointment was made I misunderstood what they meant about calling ahead, so I called them and confirmed the appointment. The day came for installation and Paul M and Dan L came with the windows. They came in and got right to work. I was busy doing things upstairs for a while came down couple hours later and was amazed by how it all looked. They continued working and finished up in late afternoon the area cleaned and everything looking great. I'm happy with the windows and the work done. Sometime in the near future I plan to have the other windows upstairs done.

Peter B came on time, and we showed him two screens that sun exposure had etched. He brought them out to his truck where he repaired a frame and replaced the screens. He came back to the house in about fifteen minutes and put the screens back into the window frames. No questions asked, no explanations required.

The gentleman showed up ahead of time which worked out well for us. He replaced the broken latch quickly and there was no charge even after 10 years. Thank you very much.
