In Nike response they have totally avoided the issues of lies and discrimination.
My family member has no one to assist in packaging. We spoke with her caretaker and she stated it's not part of her job.
We live away not close. Also if the item is mailed in how do we know an item will be returned ?
After the thing Nike said and did they are not trustworthy.
They need to address the lies they told on the phone and the discrimination.
Why they would call and ask what's wrong with my family member ?
If they don't care about 1 customer it's fine. This is on record. The calls are recorded. My husband has volunteered with the ACLU for 10 years. At the very least the public will know what Nike has done.

That being said, I’m sorry the Nike Dual Fusion 2 Lightweight Trail Running Shoes you inquired about did not fit as expected. While we can provide suggestions for footwear style(s) that may be of a suitable choice, we rely on our consumers to insure a proper fit and comfort, as well as their unique & individual preferences before purchasing.  As each store has their own policy regarding returns.

It is through the feedback of our consumers that we are able to improve the services we provide at Nike.com and ensure our consumers have the quality customer service they expect. In review of the orders in our system and contact details with the Nike agents, we wanted to first inform that a refund for the shipping charges ($8.00 + .48 tax) was issued for order #[redacted] along with a price match of $114.97 ($20.00 + $1.20 tax) the Air Max Goadome is priced at on Nike.com and for the new order that was placed ([redacted] ). A total credit refund adjustment of ($29.68) was processed to the original form of payment. Credit card refunds are sent immediately to your credit card company. Depending on your billing cycle, the credit should show up on your next statement. However, it may take up to two billing statements.
 
Please note, as a Nike.com member we do not charge for ground shipping, however, you must be logged into your Nike + account when placing an order for the system to recognize your member status and for orders to be visible in your history. Because it does not appear you may have been logged into to your Nike+ member profile, the original/exchange order is not visible under your profile history.
 
The return/exchange order [redacted] was indeed shipped 6/6 and delivered 6/8 in time of the needed date 6/10. We regret if the shipping details were not visible at the time you contacted us and spoke with the agent for a shipping status. I completely understand that it was important to receive your shoes on time and therefore placing a new order to be assured of having the product for your needed work.
 
The new order [redacted] is visible under your Nike+ member order history and also showing as delivered on 6/8. The Next Day Air shipping charges and a courtesy 20% discount were applied as offered/provided by the agent. We are not showing that a promo code was applied/used on the original order. However, as mentioned, the order ([redacted]) was discounted/price-matched to the current sale price of the item at $114.97.

material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of manufacture. Nike’s claims service is offered as a backup to the retailer. If the retailer is not able to assist or returning to the retailer is not an option consumers have the choice of sending product deemed to be flawed for an inspection through our claims process. Please know our experienced inspectors carefully evaluate each product received through our claim inspection process for manufacturing or material flaws. Due to your concern of the denied claim, I completed a review of the inspection notes, including a few photos the inspection team attached for reference. I can confirm the shoes do not have a material or workmanship flaw. Rather, the issue is due to wear and tear. The rubber outsole is worn down exposing the air unit itself. This would indicate considerable use. Wear and tear is not something we cover under our claims process as each athlete has unique wear characteristics and will wear through products in a unique way or with different duration.
