Please know Nike stands behind all products for material and manufacturing flaws. Nike...

has a solid claims process in place to assist consumers whose product is deemed to be flawed and product is within the two-year date of manufacture. If the retailer is unable to assist consumers with their Nike product consumers have the option of returning their shoes to Nike for a claim inspection. You can view the Return Guidelines at www.nikeclaims.com.
 
While it appears that your footwear is beyond the two-year timeframe to receive assistance, as a one-time courtesy I'm offering to have your shoes sent directly to Nike WHQ for a claim inspection. If you would like to proceed with this process, please reply with your address information and I will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once the shoes are received they will be inspected in accordance with Nike's return guidelines (www.nikeclaims.com). If courtesy compensation is approved a Nike gift card will be emailed for the MSRP of the claimed product.

It was at the Lake Elsinore outlet  Nike.   my nurse doesn't remember who she talked to  and regardless of your procedures Nike should be more concerned about providing reasonable accommodation to the disabled, Nike is $1 billion corporation and its hassling me over a $50 gift? Unbelievable, also I hope Nike isn't going to make the drive all the way back there and waste more money and gas money and time, they should give me a return label with prepay postage to send it back because I'm tired of wasting money driving to Nike only to be turned away
 Nike needs to accommodate the disabled

In review of the order, the item was on clearance and part of the 25% off promo offer at Nike.com.  Due to the popularity Nike products like the Nike Roshe, and it being available at a discounted price, the potential to sell out is a possibility.  Restocks can happen and while Nike doesn't release restock schedules, you can follow us a@Nikestore on twitter for restock announcements.
Please know Nike.com does not charge forms of payment until the items ship from our warehouse to the consumer.  This order being cancelled no charge was processed to your account. 
Nike does place an authorization (‘hold’) on forms of payment used on an order to verify funds are available for a charge should the order be fulfilled.  If the order is cancelled the authorization is reversed and funds are released back to the payment used on the order. I have indeed verified the authorization on your PayPal account used for payment on this order was “voided/cancelled” on 3/27 from your account.  If you are not seeing this on your account, please contact PayPal directly.

I was not looking for anything free so I hope they use this as a learning experience on how to properly handle orders shipped to the wrong address in the future. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else and I do hope that quality control fixes these problems.

We’ve reviewed the new order #[redacted] along with the past orders that were canceled and it appears that the items requested to order, were either low inventory or popular inline items, which were cancelled prior to shipment.
Due to the inconveniences related to the issues with the past orders, courtesy promo codes were provided as good will gestures.  Nike.com does not have or provide standard promo codes for every cancelled item(s) from an order. 
Please note that per the Terms and Conditions at Nike.com (http://www.nike.com/us/en_us/c/help/privacy-policy):
“All orders placed through the Platform are subject to NIKE's acceptance. This means that NIKE may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else.
