While I understand you are requesting the AJ 12 "The Master", the only option we are offering for the cancellation of the order is early access to the Air Jordan 12 "French Blue". Nike indeed stands behind its products for material or manufacturing flaws.  Nike has made arrangements with our authorized retail accounts to accept returns with material or workmanship flaws.  When this is not possible, our return process is set up as a back up to the retailer.  To receive credit through our claim inspection, product must show evidence of a flaw.  You can view Nike’s Return Guidelines and if interested submit a claim online at Nikeclaims.com.
If you would like to submit a claim for the products deemed to be flawed, I’m glad to provide you with prepaid shipping label as a one-time courtesy.  If you would like to receive the label and send your items for an inspection, please provide the claim number(s) for each product(s) through the Revdex.com complaint or contact Nike Corporate customer service at 1-800-344-6453 (7am-4pm PST, M-F)  and reference # [redacted].

This will be the 2nd time I reached out to Nike about a pair of shoes I bought from Ross in McDonough, GA. This shoe has caused me much pain & problems with my large toe on my left foot. When I checked Revdex.com this morning it is saying the case is closed because I filed a complaint in 2015 & I did, but it was in regard to bad workmanship & slitting of a backpack damaged by Nike. This case is in regard to the pain that I am still experiencing with my toe. I am using antibiotics to try to prevent infection & not possibly have to go to a podiatrist. I have spent thousands of dollars in Nike products and this all you can offer. May your position rotten and your business as well. Nothing lasts forever and specially a business that does not reward its employees or customers. Your products arrived late and damaged and don't need them anymore. I want my money back and that is what it will hurt your business the most. If all customers started getting our money back which is the best revenge your business will go out of business and I hope this happens. I would rather have my money and use it somewhere else. was confusion when filing the second claim, our process has not changed since then. Since credit is provided by Nike rather than the place of purchase the voucher is how we can help you get a replacement product. The Nike.com product voucher does not expire, so if you need to save it until your son can find a product he likes you can do that. I am confident we can find a shoe that he will be happy with. The exact same shoe is not currently available, but the newer model the LEBRON XIII ELITE is available in University Red and in his size 9.5. This style is currently one sale as well, so if he would like to order them he may have a balance left over to add some socks or other apparel item. Thanks for your reply.  As this is an issue related to a retail store incident, per our required policy, details of the incident have been submitted to the specific stores retail management team for resolution.
