The entire handling of this situation has been dreadful. I assume I'm dealing with the same incompetent person who answered my complaint last year. The lack of individual concern is disconcerting.
The "one time courtesy" line is disrespectful in especially in light of the number of complaints I've had to file. I want someone else at Nike to contact me and I want to file a complaint against the person handling
this issue. Clearly they have no understanding of customer service. Our family has suspended all buying of Nike products. Please ask Nike to have a different representative contact me.

I am rejecting this response because:
My main complaint is that Nike sold me an item they didn't have in stock.  Then they tried covering it by sending me tracking for a package that never shipped!  Is that even legal?  My money still has not posted to my account... this whole ordeal is a headache.  I just wanted some golf shoes.   I have been a fan and customer of nike for 25 years... it's a sad day for me having to pick another company to shop with.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
 
Nike is not providing a solution for all the features and functionalities that runners were using in the previous version of the application and were completely missed in this one.
For example: What is the timeline to bring existing training plans to the new application? The data exists because I receive a reminder every day about my next run.
Another example: What is the timeline to bring the map, an actual map back to the existing application rather than a dark background. Why in the year 2016 when even [redacted] shows a physical map, Nike would decide to remove the route map and add a dark background?
I'm sorry Nike but it is just not right the response, nor what you are doing with customers.

Complaint: [redacted]I am slightly disappointed in this response mainly because in the previous statement from Nike, the representative Kelly stated: "Older versions of the Air Monarch had the potential to become squeaky, however, Nike’s Product Developers worked to correct the “squeaky noise” and we’re glad to say that it is fixed." I am not a law scholar, however to me the preceding statement constitutes an admission of guilt and culpability to the fact that their product was defective. In other words, Nike is stating we knowingly sold you a defective pair of shoes and we're not responsible for this and that the 2-year inspection window has passed, our company policy is written in stone and we will not take corporate responsibility for this.Furthermore, Nike issued me a $25 digital gift card which was half the cost of the shoes. If it had been a $50 digital gift card it would have covered the full replacement amount further settling this case. Sincerely,[redacted]

We received your complaint and I am happy to help with your Nike issue. Our claims process is a back up to the place of purchase to compensate for any flawed Nike products. Upon review of the product claim, I see that the rubber outsoles were worn into the air units underneath...

on the outer edges of the heels. I understand that you are not happy with how quickly they wore, but that is not something we cover under our claims process as the wearing is due to use.
 
Although the product does not qualify for compensation under our claims guidelines, we are happy to help as we appreciate you as our consumer. You can send the shoes directly to me and after receiving them I will issue a Nike gift card for the full retail price. You can then purchase a replacement pair (I recommend a different style for casual use as this style is basketball specific) online at Nike.com. Please let me know if you would like to participate with this one time exception and I can send a prepaid return label to you.

Due to your concern with the color issue, we further researched the order along with NIKE iD order selection report and we can confirm the shoes you received were designed per the selections made on NIKEiD.com. However, we understand that perhaps you were not aware that the website portrays the color Bright Crimson to appear more pink than the actual materials. Since we will be unable to remake the shoe due to the same color issue occurring, I would like to offer you the following options:
1. Redesign the shoe with a different color and provide me with the new design iD (located after adding this item to your cart). I can have the new order expedited at our factory. This will be at no additional cost as it will be an exchange.
