Thank you for your response. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and we we thank you for the opportunity to explain the recent cancellation of your order # [redacted].
 
After review of the order status, it appears the order was cancelled due to the items availability at the time of fulfillment. Due to the inventory not being present the order regrettably was cancelled. However, the issues with the error message appears to be resolved as the order was successfully processed.
 
In regards to the $50.00 funds from order #[redacted], said to not be refunded or released to your PayPal account, per the information via PayPal the authorization of this order was VOIDED. See below.

The claim process is an option offered to consumers to receive assistance when consumers are unable to return to the original place of purchase or are outside the store's return policy for returns.  In review of your history, a Converse claim was submitted on 5/03/17. Per my previous response, "Please allow 7-10 business days for processing your submission. You will be sent an initial email, that will be your contact for your claim, including a list of return instructions." upon your contact on 2/18 the details have been submitted to the proper department within Nike. Due to your concern our IT Team and team that oversees the launch releases researched the pricing and the stated issue.  In their findings, the pricing for the Air Jordan 12 “OVO” was indeed listed at the correct price of $225.00 when launched through the Nike+ SNKRS app on 2/18.  Only consumers who were selected via the “draw” were able to place orders for the Air Jordan 12 “OVO”.While this is not a Nike.com error, I’ve provided a 20% promo code that was offered when contacting us on 2/18. After review they found that your credit card was not charged for the items you returned to Nike.com.  I've provided the the email below in the event you did not receive the response as the email address is different.  Please reply to the email if you have further concerns or questions.Thanks for contacting Nike.com. I see that the return has been processed for five items returned on order [redacted]. When the order shipped out it was unable to charge for the full amount of the order. warehouse as "undelivered". If you weren't home to receive when the attempts were made for delivery, UPS typically leaves a UPS InfoNotice with details for alternate delivery assistance and a next scheduled delivery date.
While the package was returned to sender, please know our warehouse team makes every attempt to fulfill reship requests, however, due to the vast shipments received each day it is not a guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled. A return request is system standard procedure when a refund is issued. A full refund of $141.54 was processed on 6/20 to the original payment used in the order. Credit card refunds are sent immediately to your credit card company. Depending on your billing cycle, the credit should show up on your next statement. However, it may take up to two billing statements.
As a courtesy, I've provided a 15% off promo code and Next Day Air for use on a future order at Nike.com. Below are the details and the expiry information of the codes. For questions regarding your order, refund or promo code usage, please contact Nike.com

I am rejecting this response because:You are still giving me the same response as your inspector, however your team and Nike don't have any customer service support experience and keeping the customer happy!the shoe in a good shape and clean however it has an issue at one part of where I believe its a manufacture fault due to bad quality rubber(plastic base).again its a shoes not an electronics device!!!!! of course we will wear it and use it other wise how do we use it? are you saying to keep in the box and don't use it at all? or should I hang it on the wall to keep looking at Nike Logo?? again I'm very disappointed and asking you kindly refund me my money or give me a better shoes.

I truly apologize if the claim information was not provided to you or clearly addressed.  Nike’s claims inspection is offered to consumers as backup to the retailer. The claims inspection is offered to assist consumers when the retailer is unable to provide assistance with a return.
Our experienced inspectors will examine the shoe/concern as a whole for any flaws that would hinder the performance and wear of the shoe.  Nike’s return guidelines at www.Nikeclaims.com provide specific information of what is acceptable as a return and allows you to also submit your claim online or we can assist with setting up the claim via the phone (1-800-344-6453 7am-4pm PST M-F).  To receive credit product must be physically inspected and show evidence of a material or manufacturing flaw.  If approved for credit a Product Voucher in the full MSRP will be provided.  The voucher is redeemable online at Nike.com only.  A refund or product replacement must be obtained through the original retailer.
If you would like to consider sending your shoes for an inspection, as a one-time courtesy, I’m offering to provide a free shipping label.  In general, shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.   To obtain the label, please contact Nike Customer Service at 1-800344-6453 and reference # [redacted] along with your Nike claim number(s).  We will send the label directly to your email address so that you may easily print the label, tape to your readied box for shipment to our warehouse.  Please note, if you send two pairs of shoes, each pair MUST have a Nike claim number for sending.  Just provide both numbers when contacting us and we will provide the details on the shipping label.
