I am rejecting this response because: Mistakes happen and yes I made one.  But your shipping procedures are horrible.  I as the customer was never contacted by UPS or Nike to say there was an issue with my address.  Second this is the first I ever heard of a company NOT able to locate an item.  Also your next day air code is not a make good or sorry it is a way to try to extort more money out of me.  Your a horrible company that does NOT care about the consumer.  You don't understand that consumers do make mistakes.  I was lied to by no more then 4 reps that if they were doing there jobs properly would of probably located my item.  You held and made money off of my money for over 2 weeks with the intend not to make good and you offer a shipping code.  I could of had that money in my coinbase account and doubled my money in bitcoin but you held my money like the thieves you are!!

and contact to Nike were completed.  According to the Order Team Management the order request for cancellation could not be captured due to the processing status.  Nike.com is unable to cancel orders beyond a specific timeframe and while you indeed contacted us shortly after, regrettably the request to cancel could not be attained.   Per our process we contact the carrier service to return the product to Nike. If you feel your product is flawed and the retailer is unable to assist or you are unable to return to the store, we offer our claims inspection as an option to receive assistance.

It sounds like the shoes may be within the timeframe to receive an inspection and as a one-time courtesy, I'm glad to provide a free shipping label for the delivery to our claims warehouse. In general, shipping is the responsibility of the consumer as we are a backup to the retailer and offer our claims process as an option to consumers for assistance.
 
A Nike claim number is required to generate the label. You can view the return guidelines and if wish to proceed submit a claim here at Nikeclaims.com. Once submitted, you can reply to the Revdex.com complaint with the claim number and I will provide the prepaid shipping label. If approved for credit a Product Voucher in the full retail amount will be issued. Product Voucher are redeemable on Nike.com only. Per the return guidelines, Nike does not provide product replacements or cash refunds.

#1 The chemical used to make that particular portion of the sole is different than others. 
     There is an additive added to achieve the color, which makes the decreases the durability of      the sole.  I am a chemist.  I've worn the maybe twice a month, since purchased.  The sole worn down to a depth which affected the functionality of the design.  I have never owned a pair of Nike shoes where this occurred.
#2 On the claim form it said to return the shoes if they wouldn't be donated to a person in need.
 
Where are my shoes.  I want them.
