At this moment I have not received the License Plate yet, I will appreciate if anyone can let me know that status of this licenseMy car registration has been expired since April 24th and it doesn't give me a peace of mind to drive a car with an expired registration.I'm looking forward to hear from you

As we have state to this customer this vehicle has never been in an accidentThe car was purchased brand newWe showed the customer the CarFax as well as all repair orders for the vehicleOur dealership never sent this car out for any body workWe contacted *** *** to have a
representative come to inspect the vehicle but he has been out of work due to family issues and once he returns we will be setting up a meetingThe customer was told this numerous times and it is one of our top priorities, but at this point we are at the mercy of the *** ***We will be in touch with the customer as soon as we here from the corporate representativeIn the meantime I will have the head of all of our service departments reach out to the customer

I have contacted the woman in our accounting office who processes warranty cancellation requestsThe cancellation has been made and a check will be cut and sent to the bank the customer financed their loan through and applied to the primary balanceIf the customer has fully paid for the vehicle
and there is no longer an outstanding loan on the car then I would ask that a copy of the lien release be emailed to me or submitted through the Revdex.com so that I can process the refund to the customerMy email is ***, thank you

We talked to the sales manager about three weeks ago, and asked him to give us an update on the registrationWe have not heard from him since three weeks agoI tried to call him, left a message last weekand almost beg him to call me back and let me know about the status of the registration but he did not call me backI am still driving a car without a registration nowIt has been more than a month now since we made the purchase to them and nobody from their side even try to call us or offer a solution to this problem. We have not receive a complete documents about the purchase eitherWe asked for the Retail purchase agreement and the *** insuranceWe received the retail purchase agreement but it was not signed, and the *** insurance was not mentioned in it

We have received the License PlateThe only last thing we need is the *** insurance policy because we don't have this document yet.
