The General Manager will be giving the customer a call to address their concerns.

A check was cut for [redacted] on October 23, 2014 in the amount of $484.43. The policy had been active since he bought the car back in January so [redacted] does not get a full refund he only gets a pro-rated refund for the time on the policy he did not use. Customers only get a...

full refund if the policy is cancelled within 60 days of purchase. A copy of the check has been provided.

We sent out the check and the [redacted] came back undeliverable due to the fact the company gave us the wrong overnight address. As soon as we received the return [redacted] it was overnighted immediately to the correct address and was delivered. All tracking numbers can be provided and emails can be provided showing the customer has been updated multiple times by the sales person so that the customer knew what was going on.

reference to complaint ID [redacted] The Internet Sales Manager called me and told me that I could return the car since I am not satisfied... I really don't want to go there anymore...  I have been there three times already....  I complained to him personally... face to face and the entire day on June 2 he kept avoiding me.... walking around... he was so busy... told me he would get me mats... then in the end no new mats... half of the scratches on the hood alone were still there after the car was detailed...  inside and out...  My solution to the problem still the same...  they can send me a check for $3000...  and we call it even and I'll make my payments for the next 6 years.... or they can come and pick up the car at my job...  24 hours a day...  they will have access to take it...  keys will be at the front desk.The $3000 check would make me feel like I paid the price the car was advertised for.... and I still have the printed page from the dealer for the Memorial Day Weekend Specials.... advertising it for $9,995....CERTIFIED PRE OWNED.... which was not true.I ended up giving a $1000 down payment and financing over $ 13,000....  They can pick up the car anytime... and send me my down payment.Yours truly,[redacted]

The customer's plates were completed and all other concerns should have been taken care of. A manager will be calling the customer to confirm.

The sales manager has reached out several times leaving multiple messages for [redacted] trying to obtain his insurance information so that we can process his motor vehicle. [redacted] has not returned any of the previous phone calls. The sales manager, Jesse, will be reaching out again...

today as well as sending an email. We would also be more than happy to speak to [redacted] about the issues he is having with his vehicle and coming to a solution. [redacted] can also reach Jesse at [redacted]

Received complaint today, 11-17-2014, called the cr provided 3 times today with no answer, #[redacted]). Spoke with Nissan as well todat for the second time, complaint reads that Nissan only sent 1 notice, Nissan said they sent a total of three notices to the same address, Also,...

dealership has signed documentation by complainant understanding that the dealership would only be responsible for $2700.00 for 9 payments of $300.00, Not for any damage that was on the vehicle and time of lease return. Nissan did wave the first $500.00 worth of damage as well as a $350 disposition fee, and I was also able to get Nissan to good will another $50.00 today which the complainant is unaware of at present. Initial bill was for $4158, the current bill is for $519.61 as per Nissan on 11-17-2014. . .

The extended warranty has been cancelled and the customer should see their refund.

The service manager reached out to this customer and tried to explain that it is the warranty company who has denied the warranty claim not the dealership. The complaint should be brought up to the warranty company. A diagnostic fee is a standard charge that we charge anyone who wishes to have their vehicle diagnosed by a tech. If the customer were to have fixed the vehicle with us that $160 would have been credited to their bill. The customer should bring up their concern with the company who is denying their claim. We are only the middle man and do not decide whether or not to accept or deny a claim, we can only go by what the warranty company tells us.

The dealership will reimburse the customer $372.59 a check request will be processed and mail the check to the customer's address. The process should take about 2 weeks.

This customer has spoken with numerous people at our dealership. They are in a rental vehicle while their [redacted] plates are completed by the [redacted] DMV. We have been at the mercy of the [redacted] DMV and have paid for the customer to be in a rental car; everyone has been...
