We will have another manager contact the customer.

The check was sent out to [redacted]..the customer should see the credit to his principal balance in a few business days.

I would need the customer to email me a copy of the bill they received from the leasing company and will then see if I can get some good-will for the customer. My email is [redacted]

The customer's complaint needs to be taken up with Nissan corporate by contacting [redacted]. Only they can approve a substitution of collateral if there is an ongoing problem with the vehicle. We can only assist by having the customer trade-in the vehicle towards the purchase of a new vehicle...

which we would be more than willing to do. If the customer wishes to have the General Manager reach out to set up an appointment to come in a explore their options with trading out of the vehicle we can set that up.

The consumer's issue is with Nissan Corporate and the fact that they will not buy his vehicle back. Once Nissan Corporate makes that decision there is nothing that we can do. If the customer wants we can try and trade him out of the vehicle early.

We had this customer come in and speak with a manager. We took back the vehicle and cancelled the deal.

The advertisement has full disclosures that state the internet price includes a $2,000.00 Owner Loyalty Rebate for people who have previously purchased vehicles. Our advertising policies are compliant with the state of New Jersey and NJ Car. A copy of an ad can be provided upon request.

We did cancel the deal on the Sentra from July and a few months later was able to get the customer into an Altima lease.

return my leased Hyundai Sonata to me, which I have now recovered. I have, in turn, returned the purchased Nissan Altima to them. I still have to recover my first payment on the Nissan Altima, which a guy called Rich was going to look into and see how that first car payment of $325 can be refunded to me. I am also waiting to have final confirmation of the cancelation of sale and closure of the account for the returned Nissan Altima.

We can not by law issue the refund to the customer without proof that the loan was paid in full. The finance Manager claims he never received the documents in the mail. I am asking that a scan of the proof be emailed to me not for actual copies or anything to be notarized. Again, my email is [redacted] I am trying to expedite this as fast as possible for the customer but only need proof that the loan was paid in full. If the customer does not wish to provide me with that documentation showing there is no longer a loan on the vehicle then I will issue the refund to the bank she was financing through and if the loan was paid off the bank will issue her a refund. This process will take longer but I can not issue a check to customer with out proof the loan was paid off.

I have not yet been contacted by anyone from the dealership. I also like to add that my car can be seen by my dash cam heading on rt 21 south towards newark, NJ
