We are looking into this issue. We recieved shrink wrap skid witht he pcs inside. The missing pc was not in the package. We are contacting the vendor to see what we can do to get the remianing pc. PatNSD

** ***, I was able to do some research on the complaints you filed with the Revdex.com and on ***. I understand that you are anxious to receive your TVOnce you place the order there is a short window from the time of purchase to actual pickup. This is very typical with larger
items. There was no delay on our end to pick up your TV. The good news is that your TV was picked up and is tracking. Your order is traveling as it should be and is on time. Once our delivery terminal receives your order they will deliver it out. I had ordered two sets of patio furniture from Home Depot to be delivered I checked the tracking number on it July 5th to find that it had been delivered Friday June 28th No it hadn’t So I called Home Depot The gentleman on the phone for Home Depot looked up my order and called the delivery service, NSD Apparently, they couldn’t find my street on their mapping system Well…It isn’t that hard Regardless, they had my phone number and never called They have had my patio furniture for over a week and hadn’t called! On top of that, they had marked it “delivered” Why?
I called again on Tuesday, July 7th The Home Depot associate did his best to make sense of this mess He again called NSD He was told that someone would call me that afternoon to arrange deliveryHe also looked up my address and found it just fine The call from NSD, again, never cameI called again on Wednesday July 8th Still nothing What kind of company keeps someone’s order for almost two weeks and never calls? Despite several calls from the customer? I have now cancelled my order as I have no faith they will ever give me my order

We have reviewed the details of the claim in-depth During the delivery process, the team brought the product into the customer's garage and unpackaged it at that time However, there was no notation of damage to the customer's property on the delivery receipt signed for by *** ***
We have attached it for review The drivers also informed us that no incidents occurred that would have caused this damage Based on the paperwork we have, we cannot assume liability for the claim the customer has filed

I am writing in reference to Revdex.com Complaint ID: *** that was received by NonstopDelivery on 6/25/
In response to the complaint from *** ***, Nonstopdelivery was contracted by *** *** to provide a Basic Service delivery
to ***’s residence Basic Service delivery involves delivery of the package to the first available dry area A signature on the delivery is not required I’ve attached a copy of the proof of delivery paperwork
Unfortunately NonstopDelivery is not able assist *** further since our local delivery terminal confirmed the delivery took place It is policy between NonstopDelivery and *** *** that any basic service disputes take place between *** *** and their customers Since the original transaction took place between *** *** and ***, NonstopDelivery does not have the ability to credit *** for his purchase *** ***’s notes do show that they have discussed the situation with ***

UPDATE, order # ***Initially I gave this company a bad review but ultimately I can say that I was remarkably

Unfortunately, this customer did not notate damage to her home on our proof of delivery paperwork at the time of either delivery we performed for her, so there is no documentation or proof showing that our delivery team caused defects in her flooring However,
in an effort to show good faith, we have offered a settlement of $to repair the damage We came to this number by reviewing the estimates and understanding that the estimates provided were to repair the entire room - including water damage that NSD could not have caused - and calculating half of the average of the three estimates provided Please see below for the email our claims department sent to *** *** yesterday:

willing to offer you a $settlement to repair the damage. This is
half of the average of all estimates that you sent. As stated before,
there was no notation of damage on either of the delivery receipts. I

repairing water damage. Since your claim against us was not for water
