you people are thieves. You accept a question as an request to become a member. You need to refund the monies of the people you have taken monies from. I for one will make sure to put your name on the news as people who are thieves with false information. this is no joke for 129.00. Are you serious even when they cancel the subscription. You do not even deserve a star. You don't have even a service that actually answers a call. If you are business person then you should practice business with ethics. This is why the internet is not a wood place to purchase anything or trust anyone. You not only ruining it for yourself but for everyone to do business in social media.

I have tried to cancel this order because I am in no way going to pay $149.00 for this product and I hope going this way will cancel this order for this product and I am not even at the end of my 14 days free trial but I am not going to take the chance for this company to get money out of my bank account I have talked with my bank and have changed information so that there will be no way that this can be done because there is no phone number to contact to cancel cannot cancel by web site or e-mail and I hope that someone shuts this company down so that they can not do this to people and I have also contacted my pay-pal account to let them know about this company. And I plan on telling people that I know not to fall for this company because they will try anything to get money and I have not even got any information or product from this company for my 14 days trial when proves to me that this company is a SCAM!

I have had a plethora of difficulties with this app. It never loaded properly and I have had a difficult time finding a way to cancel the subscription. I was shocked at the $149 dollar fee after the 14 day trial. I was never able to use the product and I am frustrated by the lack of customer support when trying to cancel the service. Please reimburse me and do not bill me without my consent.

I was at my bank today and informed of an amount of 159.00 dollars taken from my account by this company. I never even heard of this group prior to today. I never signed up for this. And there is no way to speak to anybody at this company. I have filed fraud charges within my banking institution. It states I must get the app and download it in order to speak to a specialist team member. Yeah like that's going to happen! I want this resolved. A company that does not allow you to speak to a representative shouts scam!

This avenue might be a way to get Noom's support team to respond. I tried the 14 day trial program and it was not for me. I had signed up for the diet and exercise plan and understood that was a separate charge. However - I never received the plan and my credit card was charged. Originally I wanted the plan - but after not receiving any responses I really just want my money back at this time. I am sure it will not be designed for me in mind.

Noom, Inc: This company deceptively charged my PayPal acct for a 6 month subscription I never agreed to, as I see is the case with many. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and sent a demand for a full refund every way I see possible to Noom. There appears to be no way to contact a person directly by phone. FYI-the company states once a subscription is cancelled you will not be billed for the NEXT billing cycle, however you can continue to use your benefits until the end of your paid term, whether authorized or not. I've never heard of a company being so deceptive, with so many complaints, yet still running strong. Beware.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedI remain concerned that the business operates such practices and have been in contact with at least a dozen other customers who similarly a) are not told this is a subscription-based product and b) cannot cancelThis is a deceptive business practiceWhile I am glad that I will be getting a refund and my issue is resolved, I worry about all the other unsuspecting customers out there being taken advantage of

There is no attempt to address the fact that the coach was MIA, and did not pass on original complaints Additionally, the pretense that I merely did not realize the app was subscription based is insultingAll those in my group did not either, and this is a predatory business practiceIt is intentional, and insulting to pretend otherwise.
