I was charged $159 through my paypal account without any reminder about the coming payment for apparently 8 months that I did not even ask for . They did not even charged me for 1 month but straight 8 month. I believe this company is making money by doing this type of thing . I would like a refund.

Billed me even though I had cancelled before the trial period was over. I never was able to make contacted with their coaches. The program is terrible. They should not be able to operate like this. Charging people 160 dollars for a program they knew I cancelled because I have a screenshot.

I canceled my "free" trial after 5 days and then found a charge of $24~ on my credit card. I feel completely taken advantage of and misled. I guess it's not a free trial, though that is what you would assume. Otherwise, the reason I stepped out of the trial is that it's basically a glorified diet tracker that is completely way overpriced. I'm glad I got out when I did. I do not recommend this app; there are plenty of free apps to choose from that will give you great benefit in reaching your goals.

The website states for 1$ charge for 14 days trail and than a pop up came for add ons which freezed my system. On selecting one they deducted 59$ from my bank account. I need complete refund now asap

Noon stole $129 from me AFTER I canceled my free 14 day trial. What a scam! I tried to contact customer support but they have it designed that you actually can’t! You can’t complete the “required” fields to “submit” your complaint. Disgusting! I’m not going to let this go! This is criminal!

I tried the trial for $1. The third day in I knew it was not for me and I never went back to the app until I noticed a charge on my credit card for $99 dollars. I opened the app and after several minutes I found out to that if you do not cancel before the end of the trial they automatically charge 1 month up to 3 months to your credit card. In order to cancel you must send a text to your coach, which was a joke because I never got a response.
I decided to do as much searching online to figure out how to cancel the unauthorized charge to my credit card. I finally found this email supportatnoom.com. I sent an email explaining what had happened, asked for them to reverse the charge and suggested they allow people to try the trial first and decide at the end if they wanted continue with the program.
The next day Noom had refunded the amount charged back to my card.
I do not think the program will work for everyone, but at least the customer service via this email support at noom.com worked and they were able to resolve my issue.

I didn't even install the app, had no contact except the bill to my credit card. Tried to contact them and can only do so if install app. Very difficult and misleading . Having difficulty installing. Sent email to support and again told must install app to cease Noom. Then installed app and they now say that they have no account with my email although they charged me $99.

I would give no stars if that was an option. Charged $149 without even signing up for the program. Simply downloaded the app to look at later which I never did until I was charged. Attempted to sign on to "cancel" was unable to as there was no account associated with my email. App email didn't work, no customer service number got no response to email sent to ***. Complete and total scam. Don't even look at it or they will find a way to charge you.

I've been trying to cancel Noom after my 6 months of subscription. When logged into the account, there's a link to lead you back to canceling on the app, which is to contact the "Goal Specialist" and let that person know. I have sent a FEW MESSAGES to the goal specialist, as well as the group coach and for 3 days, no one has acknowledged my message at all. They rush to greet you when you first sign up, but MIA when you try to cancel. Regardless if the program help or not, this kind of business ethics is such a turn off. Stay away!

Same problem as others - did not get a coach to respond .. I canceled - and STILL GOT CHARGED - THIS IS A RIP-OFF AND I AM GOING TO PUBLICIZE THIS SCAM EVERYWHERE I CAN. YOU CANNOT CALL ANYBODY - THEY HIDE FROM YOU - — YOU CANT EVEN GET IN CONTACT WITH THE “COACH” TO CANCEL UNLESS YOU REJOIN !! STAY AWAY !!

I signed up for the free trial with Noom for $3. No where did it indicate I would be charge a one time fee of $149 after the free trial. After signing up for the trial, they send an email stating there would be a charge of $149. Again this was not stated at the time of signing up. They charged my card $149 and I need this money for other important costs. I feel that they falsely advertised their services with the trial just to get a card number. I can’t even find their contact Info easily. I have NEVER used their services and I need to get in contact with them to get a refund. What kind of company makes it so difficult to get customer service? Noom is that company.

I was charged $159 out of the blue and unlike other apps their charges do not show up in the iPhone subscriptions so there is no reminder no record shared by noom. Utterly non transparent they are obviously trying to take advantage of customers. I would like a refund.

no End of free trial notification and when I went in to try and cancel, the link on their site was not working. There was a drop down required response, but nothing dropped down, therefore I was unable to submit my request to cancel. I then followed up with emails, one a day for 4 days and received no response. Deceptive practices and I would like a refund. I Was charged for a 6 month subscription I didn’t authorize

this app is stupid and pointless and I do not want their services and there is no way to contact anyone at all to get a refund or anything else.

I signed up for a 8-month program. It was not clear that this was a recurring subscription. I have not used the app for many months and was just charged for an additional 8-month program. Very shady billing practices!

Was not aware that they would charge me $159 after a trial period. Did not receive an email ahead of time, only a charge statement from my bank once the charge went through. Emailed support and they denied the refund, even though I never used the paid trial.

I tried to cancel my trial subscription within the time frame necessary for a full refund, and was still billed for the subscription. Also, I am unsure how they got my credit card info as I downloaded this as an app, and only my debit card is included in my itunes account.

I'd advise not to order Noom. They charged me after I had asked for my subscription to be canceled. It's a scam and impossible to get to a real person for support. I filed a dispute to get my money back.

They promised a 14 day trial, but when I got my credit card statement they had charged me the next day for both the meal plan (don't even know what that is but is $59.00) and then charged me an additional $99!
On the phone now disputing this charge with my credit card company. If they had truly a good product they wouldn't need to engage in such deceptive and dishonest practices.
