Noom

This company has no direct way of contacting them what so ever. They stole yes I say stole 129.99 dollars from me and I have no way of contacting them to get my money back. I canceled them months ago and they have charged me again anyway. I not only want my money back, I also would like to file criminal charges against them for their shady business practices.

I NEED A REFUND. I’ve done everything to contact noom and STILL no response: I did not choose to be paid 136$ on my account! You paid it without my permission, and didn’t even email me about it?! It’s a SCAM. I need my money back! I don’t have much money to put food on the table and you took ALL of my money out of my credit card?!

NOOM the weight loss APP has charged me more than $100 for a subscription I didn't want and I have not been able to speak with a human, it is all bot chat and elusive computer generated answers. Unethical and diseabing marketing practices. I have requested to cancel the account, no answer, and no answer to a refund, either.

The support coaches are great, the app is great, your customer service is terrible. I have been waiting a week for a response to reactivating my subscription,. Ridiculous

I signed up for a "free" $10 one-week trial of Noom yesterday and was put in touch with a so-called "Goal Specialist." However, upon reading all of the negative reviews about Noom, I decided to cancel my automatic renewal that would have cost well over $100. However, the cancelation link they sent me does not work, and my "Goal Specialist" is really just a canned bot that replies to my cancelation request with the same stupid message, containing the same non-working cancelation link. The "Goal Specialist" is obviously not a real human, as advertized. I finally went into *** and deleted any future automatic payments to Noom. This entire thing looks like a scam to me. There are too many honest and effective weight-loss programs out there to waste time on this one. If I could give Noom zero stars I would but one star seems to be the lowest allowed. Buyer beware.

No warning that the subscription would auto-renew. Scientific knowledge can be helpful, but "coaches" responses are generic and automated and the customer service is TERRIBLE; impossible to reach an actual person to ask about refunds. Would not recommend.

I was charged $160.00 after trying to cancel my trial subscription. There is no contact available. Only app is available not a direct person. Such a scam! This business should be more transparent. There should be customer service available. Bad business!!!

Hidden fees, I signed up for what was suppose to be a FREE TRIAL, that I cancelled two days later. Then I get my bank statement and find that I have been charged for the TRIAL. There is no customer service phone number to contact them, only email. I did so and was told that I agreed to the charge when I singed up for the trial. There was no indication of this fee and furthermore it was advertised as a "free trial." What happened to the FREE TRIAL. This is a clear cut case of "bait and switch" by this company. I clearly warn anyone in advance of signing up with this company to be clear on what they will be charging you. I have seen other bad review since, wish I had seen it beforehand.

Unfortunately Noom failed when it came to preparing for the tech world and IT industry (same.same) with the program working on our cell phones. The Noom program is amazing when it works. Beyond frustrating when it doesn't. I'm in the muddle of trying to get enough people to get a class action lawsuit against Noom. They refuse any and all refunds even if their product isn't working. If I would have read about all the complaints about them on Revdex.com and *** I would not have sent them money. I will need to contact my bank and get a new account because they will continue to take money out even with nothing working.

Very misleading! I was not happy after 3 days and cancelled. Today I noticed they charged my credit card anyways! This is very unethical and there is no way to get your money back! I would highly recommend NO ONE use this company!!!

This company has terrible customer service and nobody to speak to on the phone. I signed up for the $19 monthly subscription and in the first month was charged $159!! I need a refund immediately as this is not what I signed up for!

Noom falsely charged my account for an 8 month membership a total of $168.70. I paid $1. 00 for a 14 day trial which I wasn't active on the app, my coach even said she'd stop bugging me. I had no idea i'd automatically be charged after the trial was up. I didn't receive any notification that I would be charged, also why would I be charged for 8 months and not just 1month when I wasn't active the whole trial plus the account charged wasn't the account I used to pay the $1.

This company's billing practices are misleading and fraudulent. First of all, how does a "free" trial cost $18? Secondly, charging me $150 after 14 days and giving the impression that this is a month to month service is deceitful. An the app itself is mediocre at best. Offers nothing different from *** or *** - which really is free.

Unethical business practices. They are not clear that you must cancel your subscription before the end of the trail period then they charge you multiple months at one time. They do not notify you that this will be done and they do not let you know up front that they have a NO refund policy.

I wanted to try this service out. But it was simply too expensive. So I cancelled within the 14 day trial. Yet was still charged for meal plans and serviced I literally never asked for, knew about, or used.

Refused to give me a refund on my cancelation. Told me it was a none refundable payment, when I clearly read that I would get my money back if I canceled. Rip off!

They make it impossible to cancel,. It find this is yet another scam.
I wanted to cancel but they make you (supposedly) do it by first getting the app installed. I don't want to app installed. No way to contact anyone.

BEWARE -if you want to cancel. It is so complicated and weird (you have to contact your "personal coach" which I don't even have, and then they show you a picture of where to do that on the app, but then you can't get to that page. I am very computer savvy and I couldn't make it happen. Finally, I called my bank and had them stop payment on the auto renew. Creepy.

Signed up for a "free trial"--which I actually elected to pay for, it that I am--immediately realized the bot-coach wasn't for me, and deleted the app. Absolutely shocked to be charged for a four-month subscription today for $137. Absolute robbery, terrible customer service, and opaque and unscrupulous business practices. DO NOT TRY THIS APP.

I began a set of up account process with Noom, I did not go all the way through with it once I saw pricing, and back out of website/app after. I did not select any pricing packages and did not complete the account process. I was charged for a service anyways on Aug ***.

I tired to login to site, however it does not identify any email account I use. I only use 2 emails for services, it would not be under any other. Leads me to believe, I DID NOT set up an account with them (again, I did not complete the whole account process) however I was charge for a service I have NEVER used, not even in a trial form. I DID NOT authorize any payment to be taken from my account.

I have disputed charge with bank and sent the customer service an email, considering they do not have an operator to speak with. Cowards!
