I am rejecting this response because:I only received a phone call from the home mortgage department on my home refundWhich I got yesterday 11/1/(Only took days)I still do not believe I owe the difference on the MalibuOnce again not my fault that her office misquoted meI have no documentation from that State Farm office that I "signed" stating State Farm can change my policy rates at anytime without noticeIf State Farm could come up with that documentation with my signature on it stating I was told about this policyBecause I was not informed of this policy or I wouldn't of ever done business with State Farm. Once again no one called me about thisIf that's how State Farm gets clients is by scheming them into lower rates only to change your rates to a higher rate once you're a customer to get more money then I feel state farm should be put out of business and I've already have told multiple people to pull their policies from State Farm and so far I have gotten families to pull their policies because I do not want them to get schemed by Kara and her horrible sales tactics

State Farm says that someone reached out to me on October 9thI've received no email or message from State Farm relating to this issueIf someone called, they did not leave a message, so I'd have no way of knowing who it wasI received only one call
from someone asking if I wanted to renew my policy - I said no, and they ended the call
