I am rejecting this response because: One of the claims I made was rejected (Hail damage) and was resubmitted after a second hail storm a few months later which did do damageReally claims made in that year time frame not Further, my agent has never once called me to discuss possibly seeing if this issue could be resolved with out the loss of coverageMichelle Wolf may have talked to me once since I started doing business with them years ago (two houses)I understand quite a few homes in my neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods were dropped because of the roofing claims of So State Farm paid these claims knowing the roof had warranties and that the likelihood the roof claims coming from these houses unlikely?
