I am rejecting this response because: They only had someone to contact, that had not even read my fileHe did not have the Police report nor did he Know that the person that totalled my car had fled the sceneHe sound surprise when I informed him that I had a copy of the report and Ferguson Police depart informed me they had already requested their copyLike the rest all he said was they will not extend my car rentalI appreciate your company (Revdex.com) for trying to assist me in this matterI have passed the word with my co- workers, family and friends whom have State Farm insurance to read over their policies
I am rejecting this response because: they have not answered my question about why they did not tell me about these changesI want to know that going forward, if they make any changes I am to be notifiedThey said they increased my rate because I made a claim years ago and I don't feel that should be held against me, after all, that is what it is for correct? I want credit for the change fees I was not aware of and credit for them canceling my policy and putting me at riskThey say they sent a letter, but they never updated my address, I updated? my address in April as I saw all the yellow return stickers from the post officeIt should have been updated when I moved in October and added home owners insurance to my new address

I am rejecting this response because: I have received no contact from State Farm. They are basically telling myself and the Revdex.com to disregard what they refuse to refund. I have documentation that the entire issue started with State Farm and yet they are refusing to cooperate or to actually contact me. No...I do not accept this and wish to know what I should do next

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I received a check from State Farm, in the amount of $143.17, in regard to my complaint about the Drive Safe & Save program I have deposited this check into my account.I have cancelled my Renter's Insurance through State Farm, and my Jewelry policy through State Farm When I'm able to secure car insurance (and the others) through anotherinsurance company I will be cancelling my State Farm car insurance I have no confidence in that company anymore I will probably pay more, starting anew with another insurance company but there is no way I will stay with State Farm Thank you for your assistance I consider this matter resolved and thank you for your assistance I wasn'thaving a whole lot of luck getting things resolved without your help.Thanks again.Ms*** ***
