I am rejecting this response because:They have offered no resolution.They are saying that because I took over payments that someone else set up, and that they contacted THAT PERSON (in a completely different state), that that gives them the right to continue charging me what that other person wantedEVEN THOUGH I specifically said that I was ONLY interested in paying for CAR INSURANCE when I set up payments, and there was NO MENTION of home owners insurance during the phone callI should not be responsible for what someone else didThey need to honor what I told them I wanted They acknowledge that they canceled my car insurance even though they took paymentsThey offered NO resolution.They claim they sent me a bill for the increased the amount, which they NEVER didThey said something was changed on the policyI NEVER changed anything, and have no idea what they are talking about
